    89 Paint did a marvelous job on the exterior of our English Tudor home. Their carpenters are true craftsmen and they superbly recreated many of the timbers and wood vents. The painters did interior and exterior work and they were very neat and precise with their work. Our house provided them with multiple challenges and 89 Paint never faltered but always found a perfect solution.

Each time they have done amazing work, from painting vaulted rooms inside to excellent repair on trim and cedar siding as well as painting the exterior.     89-Paint is contracted through my HOA to paint the doors and trim in my townhome community. They did a great job but there were initially some issues with the caulking, due to work done by the previous painters. Will and Cassidy met with me take a look and see what could be done to fix it. After two days of work the front door area looks 100% better.Thank you so much for taking the time to fix this. We love the way it looks!

    We originally booked with 89-Paint because their price was unbeatable. I called and they came over to give me a quote within two days, started the very next Monday, and it took 2.5 days to paint the majority of the interior of my house, ceilings included. All I had to do was be there in the morning to let them in and they did everything else-moved and covered furniture, took off outlet covers, etc. They even patched all the holes from old screws/nails. My only regret is not getting them to paint even more rooms in my house! Will definitely recommend them to everyone and use them when needed in the future.

    Just love 89 Paint! Have had only great experiences. They are always prompt in estimate and getting the job done quickly. One funny example is the time I wanted to change the color of our living room I had painted only one year earlier. They worked with me to come in, move the furniture, clear the walls, paint new color and then put it all back together. My husband never knew it even happened!Please dont tell Jack.

    89-Paint – we will never use anyone else! We had several rooms painted including ceilings. Customer service was excellent. They provided an interior decorator to help us with color selections and they were ALWAYS on time and friendly. The completed work was perfect and our home was left as neat and clean as it was when they arrived. Bottom line – a professional job, done by professionals at a reasonable price. Bravo 89 Paint!

    89-Paint did a great job from start to finish. I dealt with Brendan and he was very responsive and informative in all aspects. We were in a time crunch on getting the interior of the home painted, 89-Paint came through and had the interior painted before the deadline. The quality of the work was amazing. We had asked numerous other painting companies to give us an estimate and many never even showed up for the estimate. 89-Paint came out the same day we requested for the proposal and had the quote to me very quickly. We will use 89-Paint in the future.

    We used 89 Paint to repaint a commercial fuel tank. They did quite well. There were some scheduling issues, but once they got going finished it up and got the job done. When called to come back out and do some touch up work they were there promptly. Would use them again for other projects in the area.

    I selected 80-Paint to do my entire first floor last year. I had gotten several estimates; and their price was definitely competitive. I did check their references. One of the main reasons that I chose them, rather than an individual painter, is that they said they would have 3 painters here and could get the job done in 2 days. My husband really did not want a painter in the house for 5-6 days. Although they were one man short and only had 2 painters the first day, they had the full complement of 3 the following day, and finished the job as promised. They did a great job, were polite, professional, and cleaned up all their mess. Then Ronnie came back the following day to check the work and had a man fix/touch-up all drips or minor issues that I pointed out. I would definitely use them again!

    Ive had them paint both the exterior of my home and a couple interior rooms over the years. Each time they were right on time, worked efficiently, and did good work. I docked one star because I have noticed a few places where they missed on the second coat, but I honestly just fixed those areas with the leftover paint and didnt let them know... I believe they would have fixed it if Id asked.

    My boyfriend hired 89 paint to do 2 rooms and the front stoop of our house. The house turned out well but my boyfriend said they did not paint the front stoop the correct color he gave them. He did not notice this until a few weeks after so he never did report this so they were never able to offer a fix which is not the companys fault.Immediately after he hired them I hired them to paint my entire condo. I had several issues with the paint job once it was completed and my initial attempts to report and fix the issues with one staff member were not great by any means. Fortunately this company really cares about their customers and I had the owner of the company and another staff member Maria call me to rectify the situation. Not only did they offer to solve all my issues, which by then had already been fixed by another contractor, they went a few steps further and completely covered the fix and then some.I would recommend this company to anyone, just ask for Maria when you call.

    This review was originally 2 stars. Please read this original review and then my update:I have now had 89-Paint in twice. The first time they painted a hallway bathroom. When they left I felt the bathroom looked nice but they never covered up the drain to the tub so the drain was clogged with lots of paint chips where they had scraped the ceiling. I never called them back to do anything about it...just wrote it off as a small mistake in cleaning up.But now I had them come back last week (Sep 1, 2015) to paint living room walls and a hallway (trim and walls). A quick look around when they were finished said to me they did a good job, but I was busy with work in my home office. It wasnt until LATER on that I started noticing a LOT of stuff:1) most notably (well I noticed this the next day): they painted the hallway closet door edge and the frame trim and closed the door. When I opened the door all the paint was stuck and then started peeling right off the door frame. That whole thing has to be redone.2) They dropped a bunch of paint chips outside the front steps. That must have been on the drop cloth.3). On the front lawn they must have either cleaned their brushes or emptied a bucket because I have a big white area of paint on my front lawn.4) In the backyard they must have emptied their dirty paint bucket in the ivy, not thinking I would notice.5) There is dust everywhere...they didnt put down drop cloths or cover much in the house. The mantel, dining table, side coffee table, etc. is full of dust.6). There are paint drops on the wood floors and they must have brushed along the side of my wall unit because theres paint on that.I had people come into the house, look around, and wonder if 89-Paint hired these guys off the street the day before. Its in NO way, shape, or form ANY kind of professional job that would be done by painters who knew what they were doing.Im still waiting for a call back to see what theyre going to do to rectify this. Im going to have to see a LOT of work from these guys to earn trust back that they can do a better job than this.UPDATE: 10-SEP-2015 (please read the whole thing):The company sent a couple of guys back to my house to resolve the problems. The living room and my hallway are now in the condition that I would have expected it to look after they first finished the job. It looks great.They cleaned up the paint chips outside, cleaned the paint spills off the front steps. They tried to clean up the grass where the guys threw dirty water with paint on the front lawn....Looks like Ill have to wait to until spring to see if the grass comes back (it appears to be dead, now).As to revising the rating from my original 2 stars to 4 stars.....Im still a bit conflicted by how to rate this because this whole thing should never have happened. No professional would have ever been *THIS* sloppy. If there was a foreman, he should have monitored any painters who may not have been that experienced. If the foreman left the job to go to another, he should have come back to check out the work.One of the guys who came by to clean up the mess was looking around and I could see him shaking his head. He made some comments on how they shouldnt have done this, shouldnt have done that.... **Hes** the one I want at my house the next time.

    Fermin Torres and his crew painted my house inside and out. As I had them before, I knew they were good.Fermin repaired badly damaged ceiling plaster perfectly. Because most houses built after the 60shave drywall it can be difficult to find someone who is good with plasterThey are careful with things in the house and are extremely pleasant and polite, and guess what--they washed all the windows after painting. I would never get anyone else

    89-Paint had some great pictures shown on Facebook of recent work they had done. A couple of pictures showed the extent of wood damage and the results of the work 89-Pint performed. We were having issues with the front facia of our house with pealing and substandard paint, birds nesting, and the beginning of wood rot. I contacted 89-Paint to see if they could help us out with this project. Within a few hours, I was contacted by 89-Paint and had an appointment set up to look at the scope of the work we needed done. Will was prompt, professional, and had a good idea of what we wanted to do and how to accomplish it. The next day, we had a proposal, price and timeline. The scope and terms were perfect so we signed and things were put into motion. Now comes the good part. Zach Monahan was assigned as our project coordinator. I cant say enough good things about Zach and his project management abilities!!! We found out that signing near the end of the year, would ultimately delay our project until 89-Paint had warmer weather to perform the work. From the end of November 23 to March 24 when the work was completed, Zach never failed to have regular contact with us, updating us on our status in their job schedule and making sure we knew we were a priority when the weather broke. In the meantime, we another project come up and contacted Zach to see if 89-Paint could help. Zach had Gunner at our house a couple of days later to do the project and he was an absolute joy to work with. Gunner told me that he would be the person to do our facia project, so while he was at the hose, he looked at the facia project, had an understanding of what we wanted done and was ready to do this project as soon as the weather and their schedule allowed. So, that brings us up to date. Gunner just finished up the facia project taking three days to complete the work. Gunner arrived on time, worked throughout the day with no breaks, not phone chatting or surfing, paying great attention to detail, was always personable and professional, and best of all, did EXCEPTIONAL work. I cant say enough good things about Gunner except that you would be very lucky to have him working on a project at your home or office. To wrap this up, if you need some carpentry and any type of paint work done, do not hesitate to contact 89-Paint. We will definitely use them again and they will be the first people we will call. Zach and Gunner, thank you for making our home a much better place to live. You guys are FANTASTIC and we cant thank you both enough!!!

    Ethan and his team did a wonderful job painting my Moms house after we renovated. She was a smoker and his team was able to encapsulate the nicotine staining near the ceiling. They painted the entire house, walls plus ceilings plus trim, plus they did an AMAZING job with painting her kitchen cabinets and vanities - they looked better than new! We sold the house on the first day it was listed, thanks in part to 89 Paint. Job well done.

    We had a substantial water leak that damaged the ceiling in our foyer (the centerpiece of our house).89-PAINT brought in a two person team that replaced the drywall, prepped the area and then painted to try and match the existing ceiling color (rather than the expensive task of painting the entire ceiling).The end result... the ceiling looks great and it is impossible to detect the repair.We were pleased with the entire process. They did what they said they were going to do!

    We had a wonderful experience with 89-Paint! We recently purchased a new home and Ethan came out for our consult. He was professional, listened carefully to what I wanted, and was incredibly flexible with pricing and sticking to our budget! They initially anticipated our job taking a full week, but we were pleasantly surprised that it was completed in three days! It allows us to move in to our home that much faster. When we had some concerns about the quality of a few spots in the home (and I mean a few, minor spots), they IMMEDIATELY sent their crews back out, the project coordinator was in touch with me, and they addressed every single one of my concerns perfectly.
