    Sometimes you can just feel a persons knowledge when they walk through the door. Never once did any member of this team try any scare tactics or push any unnecessary sales on me. Lance, Daniel and Gabriel rewired multiple new outlets into my garage. I didn’t feel at any point that they rushed and my husband is thrilled with the finished product. My house looks as though it was built with these new additions. Very professional, 10 out of 10.

    Good price, super friendly folks to work with, and unbelievably quick service. Called on a Friday for a non emergency issue, and they were here working on Monday afternoon. Cant beat that for this area. Will definitely use again for any electrical issues or projects in the future.

    Called R.L. Roberts for my residential electrical project. Bobby came out, looked over everything, listened to what I was wanting, made some recommendations, and in no time sent me a very fair quote with no surprises.Had the guys on site the following day and they were all very professional, personable and detailed. Knocked it all out in a day and did an outstanding job.

    We saw ads for Jellyfish Lighting and wanted to know more. We submitted an inquiry and within a day we had an email from Bobby asking to set up a call. Being busy, I failed to reply but Bobby called me a few days later. He went out of his way to explain the product, the functions, the benefits, the installation process and the rough costs. Then he sent Gunnar to San Angelo to confirm measurements and ensure that my questions were answered. The installation, which began less than a week after placing the order, hit a snag when Gunnar realized that he was short on materials. He owned it, made no excuses, and rescheduled to complete the install. I’d take accountability and transparency over pretend perfection any day! Anyway, less than a week later he was back and completed the install. The lights are amazing and the fit and finish is flawless. Even the control box was placed where it is out of sight. Great people with a great product and a STRONG work ethic. Five stars! I would definitely recommend.

    I have watched this company grow from one guy in a truck to large and successful company. They have been the preferred Electrical Company for Christmas in Action for years. I have hired them for about every electrical service you could imagine. Not only is the service and pricing quality and fair but Mr. Roberts heart is where it matters. He gives back to this community more than most know and he is the first person I recommend. At the end of the day he makes it right with the customer no matter what. If you catch him busy its worth the wait.

    I had these guys help me with mounting some network equipment 40 feet up in the air. Gunnar did very good work. Also Bobby was super responsive and flexible with timing when I had to reschedule last minute. They were on time and ready when I needed.

    Called mid-morning regarding an AC unit that wasn’t getting power. They were at the house by noon and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Communication was top notch.     I decided to install some can lights in my living room. After a week of work and many Youtube videos -the time to install the switch came-and there where more cables in the receptical than I expected. I called Bobby around 4:30pm and he said hed get to it asap. Next morning Pablo and Kim came and set me up.When I went to close up the receptacle couldnt get it.----> Pablo and Kim came back next morning and saved my DIY -- lol. Great Company definitely using again!

    I have used RLROBERTS for several projects. I have been pleased with each and every job this company has been involved in. I know the owner personally and he is a very considerate christian man. Mr. Roberts helps handicap and underprivileged people and would not park in a handicap parking space. If you really saw this why didnt you go and speak with the individual at that time or call the police for the truck to get ticketed. Could it be the picture was taken at an angle leading people to think wrongly? I think so. You target people and give terrible reports out that may or not be true. Have a backbone and speak with people at the time you see things that you feel are wrong.Concerning this individual Denis Goff (Gee) who posted a slanderous comment: when I reviewed your comments you are driving and taking photos. You are an unsafe individual who needs to look at yourself and know we are considering the source - you, Mr. Goff. It appears you consider yourself to be the town crier on every business. Your comments should be kept to yourself. If you can’t say something nice or speak to the company why not keep your opinions to yourself.
