Brian A came to service my Generac generator on 7/27/2021 @ 9:30 am. It was the first time and he really did a through job. He was on time, courteous, professional & pleasant. Explaining the inner working & what I should do if power goes out for more than 24 hours. Taught how to check & add oil if needed; what steps to perform first. We have a 22/27k Generac Stationary Generator which needed to be repaired. We called Benson due to the fact that another repair service misdiagnosed the issue . This other company was another Generac trained company! We called the morning, the day before a blizzard and they were extremely busy. The technician, Andre and his crew, made the necessary repairs late at night as the storm began. This is a wonderful company, Glen, the owner, was in communication with me throughout the evening. Andre and his crew discovered the problem immediately, never complained about the weather and worked diligently. Andre had it fixed and by midnight we were up and running.
