I cannot say enough about Deao Electric and how wonderful they were with our service. We had Matt as an electrician. His work is impeccable and efficient, he is kind and courteous. Matts work is top notch and I would recommend him to anyone. Kevin also came to help a few days and he was great as well! Communication with Sue was great and efficient as well. We HIGHLY recommend Deao electric and they have some amazing employees.

The people at Deao Electric are professional and have excellent customer service. Chris responded quickly to my inquiry of rewiring my home heating unit. Kevin, one of the electricians, was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what the issue was and how it needed to be resolved. He even drew me a diagram to better understand how the parts function and why we first needed a plumber before they could begin. Once that was settled, Kevin came back promptly and safely upgraded our electric wiring for the boiler. Highly recommend using this company for their quality and customer service!

My exterior lights were fried by a transformer fire so I called Deao to come take a look. They were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue (fried WiFi transponders) quickly and for a very reasonable rate.The electrician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend them and will use in the future if needed.

Deao Electric did a great job completely rewiring our 1920 house including upgrading the service and relocating where the service comes into the house. Chris is very knowledgeable and did a thorough job during the quoting phase. Lisa was helpful coordinating all the details. John and Derek did a great and gentle job getting all new lights, outlets and switches installed while minimizing the amount of holes needed to pull wires. I highly can recommend them.

I called and needed assistance with a light fixture in my bedroom. I was nervous as the fixture was hanging from the ceiling. I got a phone call from Lisa Who is very pleasant and easy to talk to and then spoke to Chris who is just as easy to speak to and heard me. They told me they could help me the following day. John- the electrician, came to the house early in the morning as promised. He was professional, friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. There was also another safety concern with the ceiling fan hanging in my kitchen he repaired that as well. He took the time to speak to my landlord to make sure he was OK with that and took care of everything for me in a timely manner. I called Chris on Christmas morning in an emergency situation where my elderly father had lost power and had no heat. The exterior main electrical conduit had been ripped off the house and meter was smashed from a fallen branch in a storm. Chris answered the phone and immediately gave me his cell phone number so I could send pictures and we could communicate better.He called national grid and came out first thing the next morning to do the work. He coordinated the permit, the approval with the building inspector and made sure national grid came back out to turn the power back on. Chris went above and beyond, which eased my nerves in a very stressful situation.He communicated very well and his crew were prompt and professional. I cannot thank them enough for jumping into action over the holiday for this emergency situation. He responded quickly and was very kind. Most importantly, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I HIGHLY recommend using Deao Electric.

We contact Deao Electric when we moved into a new house to add some basement outlets and install a coax cable so that we can have out living room the way that we wanted it. Chris was great over the phone in talking through the work that his team would be doing and how long it would take. At the end of the day, his team was spot on in doing the work on time and at the price estimate that Chris had given me and cleaning up the area where work was done. Would absolutely call them first if anything were to arise in the future!

I cant say enough about my great experience with Team Deao - Chris, Harry, Jamie and Lisa are a knowledgeable, reliable, honest and friendly team of pros! The job was to upgrade two panels for my 200 year old multi- family home and I ran into a permit issue on the start date of the job. Chris and Lisa stayed in regular contact with advise and schedule openings while I sorted out the permit issue. Once the job started Jamie and Harry took over to complete the job efficiently and with quality workmanship.I highly recommend Deao Electric for their fair pricing, excellent work ethic and genuine concern for the their customers.My thanks to Team Deao for a job well done!

I think Chris is one of the most responsive trades people I have ever dealt with. I have used his services on multiple occasions and he has always replied to me very promptly. He just had one of his electricians install two ceiling fans for me in my new condo. Bob showed up with his apprentice John right on time. They did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend Christopher A. Deao Electrician, LLC for any job large or small.

Chris did electrical work on our basement. We are really happy with his work and are glad that we found an electrician that we can trust. He took the time to provide us with the proper lighting, outlets and switches in our basement. Given that our home is still under construction , he also anticipated our future needs. He also took the time to discuss energy saving tips like LED lighting. He gave us a very fair price. We will definitely be asking him again to meet our electrical work needs.

I had a new roof installed last October and needed an electric attic exhaust fan connected. I put it off thinking I could easily get it wired in the spring before the roof temperatures went above 70 degrees. Well along came the Corona virus which threw a major monkey wrench into the works. The next thing I know my roof temperatures were soaring into the 90s by May. I called numerous electricians who could not fit me in for a couple of weeks.I called Deao Electrics and spoke to Lisa, who called the owner Chris and explained my situation to him. Chris called me immediately and said he would get the next available electrician to pop over and see what could be done. Jamie (I hope I spelled it correctly) came arrived within an hour and saved my shingles. He completed the job in about an hour, was processional, friendly and technically competent. I had to look in his toolbox to see if he had a superhero cape in there.I have found my forever electricians! This truly couldnt have worked out better for me thanks to Chris, Jamie and Lisa of Deao Electrics!Highly Recommend!!!

Unbelievable, great.. the first time I talk to Chris I thought he was the employee, he was friendly, on the phone, explained how things work, not just wanted my money, spent time talking, this was on a Sunday, he wasn’t the first person I call, The first person I call was trying to get someone close, he was definitely about his money, , so I call the NEXT one one DEAO, I knew he was the one . My experience with Christopher and John was phenomenal. Very, very nice gentlemen. They fixed everything I needed to have done and advised me of some important things I need to replace. I was so lucky to have found them through Home Advisor and their affiliates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were so friendly and helpful. Chris came out to take a look at the wiring I had done when we finished part of our basement. We are in the process of selling the home now and the buyers wanted to make sure everything was safe, up to code and working properly. Chris went outlet by outlet, switch by switch, circuit by circuit and checked everything out, making comments and suggestions along way which clearly demonstrate his high level of expertise and he did so without the expected judgement (i.e. you should have hired a professional to do this). He was great about explaining why certain things should have been done a little bit differently and ultimately helped me get everything up to current code. He and his secretary were great about communication and I would highly recommend Deao Electric based on this interaction. Thanks!!

Deao Electric replaced over a dozen outlets and answered my (many!) miscellaneous questions. I worked with Kevin, who arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He was efficient yet thorough, offering insight and context about the tasks he was completing. After finishing the scheduled work, I asked several additional questions - including asking him to check a ceiling fan that required a ladder, check 5+ loose outlets, and replace a ceiling fan remote. He was extremely generous in making sure my questions were answered in plain language - and never making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. Besides his excellent service, Lisa was so helpful in scheduling the appointment. She was very responsive to my questions; I really appreciated her calling to clarify details and confirming the visit the night before. Overall, Deao Electric is a fantastic business and will be my familys electrician for many years to come!

We requested a quote through the BBB’s (Better Business Bureau) website of top-rated area electricians on a Thursday. Chris replied via text that same day and I texted him a pic of what we needed done (replacing an overhead recessed old bathroom light). He asked if we needed it done urgently or if it could wait until Monday. We said Monday was fine, and he said John or Kevin would arrive at 8 am.On Monday, John arrived exactly on time. He was polite, professional, and explained everything he did. He even fixed an errant wire that was in the way of the light fixture. Price was exactly as quoted by Chris. We’ll definitely call Deao Electric again!
