Ramon was wonderful to work with. He came out same day to quote my roof repair and was available within two weeks to do the work. He found some problems with the roof after he stripped it, contacted me immediately for approval to fix it. His foreman Kevin was able to get the supplies needed to fix the holes in the roof and the roof rot. The roof was sealed up tight before they left for the night. Thank goodness we bc we had huge thunderstorms that night. The next day the entire roof was shingled, and my 200 year old roof looks brand new. The site was left spotless, the workers were professional, on time and hard workers. I would 100% recommend this company! thank you Ramon

I contacted NMTI to have my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel installation. Ramon came out initially to discuss any issues I had and to evaluate the roof structure. He addressed the issues I saw and recommended metal valleys. He also recommended altering the front of the roof since I don’t have fascia boards or soffits to prevent water from seeping behind the siding. Which was one of my concerns. They also reinstalled my leaf filter guards for the gutters. Great price. Great work. Thank you Ramon and Wilson

I contacted NMTI to provide an estimate to replace my mother-in-laws deck in Salem MA. Their quote was prompt, competitive, comprehensive and no detail was left out. Ramon made sure that every aspect was brought up to code managing demolition, electrical and construction. There were some tricky obstacles such as an existing iron railing that weighed a ton that they worked around simply and elegantly. They left the place spotless and addressed the inevitable punch list immediately. They arrived when they said they would and put in solid working days with impressive professionalism. I recommend them highly.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with every element of our project with NMTI general contractors.Our project was a full kitchen remodel that involved taking down a wall an rerouting the plumbing. From the jump, the work crews were detail oriented and respectful. In addition the project managers made sure every decision was made with our best interests in mind.A lesser aspect of the project was repairing a crack in my foundation. Like with the kitchen, the work was professional and high quality.I’d hire these guys again in a heartbeat and have no reservations about it.

Ramon & Juans team from NTMI did a fantastic job this week of replacing our aged, leaking rubber flat roof.Their team worked hard and fast, stripping the old roofing, blowing insulation into the roofing cavity, putting in a moisture barrier (aka plastic sheeting :), putting in two layers of solid poly-iso foam insulation, EPDM rubber membrane on top, plus replacing the flashing and aluminum roof edge fascia, and replacing the old flue vent and roof drain with better quality new ones.GREAT communication, and a good sales process in which Ramon took pains to find out what I wanted and gave me several options for how to achieve it. NTMIs bid wasnt the lowest bid; it was the _best_ bid.Big, big thumbs up. Give them your money. Do it. Do it now.
