    As a first time customer and needed to fix a tenants issue quickly. I could not believe how fast Richie responded to my phone call, text and send out his team to fix the problem within an hour. They provided a reasonable price, excellent service, very professional, prompt communications and arrived quickly. What more can I ask for in a excellent company. I will definitely highly recommend and use this company again for any other upcoming issues.

    So pleased with this company! Richie answered the phone right away when I called. I told him what I needed and we set the date and price for the job. This morning, Devin and Jason arrived to move my chandelier over to the correct spot above my dining table. They started by protecting my floor with plastic (very appreciated) and were able to remove the ceiling medallion from its original spot to use in the new spot. They cut a new whole in my ceiling and installed a new electrical box between the joists. They were patient and helpful so that I was sure to be pleased with the height and the way it hung. Devin and Jason were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and a pleasure to have in my home. A perfect job! Also. Richie was very prompt and communicative via text when I had some questions before and after. Highly recommend!! :)

    I met this guy at the bar I work at, turns out he’s an electrician. And I was in need of one at apartment. I eventually got around to calling the company for an estimate. Rich came through and we went back and forth about what I wanted in my place. For example, a steam generator, Tesla charger, wall sconces and maybe cove lighting. Well he gave me price for everything and then explain to me what was actually worth it for my rental situation. also how to go about it with the building managers. This guy turned out to save me a lot money with his honesty. After a few different estimates I still went with electric AC just because of Rich, he’s actually the owner and Devin and Johnny showed up to complete the work on time and in an efficient matter. Go with these guys, great communication.

    These guys came in on time, answered my many questions in non electrical terms. They really communicated well with us especially for the amount of changes we had. they were beyond accommodating. We spoke to rich mainly, he’s a straight shooter, which we loved. It never felt like he was trying to sell us for a bigger job then our budget. With our new grand baby in town they changed out all our old electrical sockets, to tamper proof, installed fancy dimmers and really did a great job with our high hats.

    Excellent service!! Richie and Johnny are amazing! Prompt, answered all my questions and provided details on what needed to be done. The power went out to half my building and they were able to come the same day to get my power back up! Richie ended up coming late at night and Im so thankful he did given that it was right before the holiday weekend! I highly recommend using their services for any electrical needs!

    I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle my electrical work. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I’m a realtor and met these guys during a renovation sale. They are now my go to guys!     I hired Richie to install 3 split units in my home. He was really responsive and took his time explaining everything to me. (And I’m sure I was very annoying as I was particular about the placement). His prices and work were great! We ended up hiring him again a few years later when we renovated our basement. I’d highly recommend.

    I hired ELectric A/C Inc to install a 4 zone mini-split system on my 3-story brick house. The project was a bear but their team took care of it in a few days.They were on time every day, asked me lots of questions to make sure my (and more importantly my wifes) preferences were met, and even gave me a follow up call after the job was done just to make sure I was happy with everything.I have already referred them to 2 other family members in the area.10/10.

    Our kitchen outlets were all messed up. We had to run extension cables to plug in our fridge, some outlets didn’t work, some lights didn’t work. I called for help Tuesday and 2 days later, COI in hand, Richie arrived and got right to work. In no time, he had found the problem and resolved it, and everything was again working perfectly. And it was far far less expensive than I had feared. Would definitely recommend for any and all electrical work.

This team came to my home and figured out exactly what caused the outage and made sure my family was safe, we had power back throughout my home within hours.     Weve been working with rich for while about upgrading the power in our apartment. With the type of building we live in, it seemed like a lot more then just electrical work for him. We all had to communicate along with our building manager, super , insurance and conEd. We havent even moved in to our apartment yet so we went through a lot of different guys to finally pick Electric Ac Inc. And thank God we did, rich and his team was amazing! He was way ahead of us on every project as it was our first purchase. At the end of our long list of lights, switches, fans, sconce and appliances we were charged a fair price and his trade was always ahead of timing. We also went with a few of his contractor recommendations to wrap up the walls and plumbing.

    We lost power to three bedrooms and our bathroom a few weeks ago in early December. We were in a bind so we called Electric A/C on a Saturday (based on their reviews) to see if they could help. The owner, Richie, was able to send Johnny, one of his electricians over as he was already working nearby. Johnny was able to assess and identify the situation and provide steps to fix the issue. He communicated with me throughout the entire time and walked me through all that needed to be done. Johnny and Pablo came back the following day and were able to install the new circuits. They were professional, courteous, tidy, and timely in their work. I will be calling these guys again for any future electrical issues.
