    Amazing Home Contractors did a great job with our flat roof replacement! These Baltimore rowhomes have their own set of quirks and we couldn’t feel happier about the quality and value of our new roof. Our roof replacement included removing 7+ layers of roofing including the original tin roof, connecting the new roof with the walkable/permadecking material, and a lot of thought around diverting water away from our doghouse for optimal water flow. As a Realtor, I was happy to finally give Amazing Home a job at my personal residence since a number of my clients had used and raved about them. We still had multiple roofers out to evaluate our roof and I felt like Amazing Home was the most honest and gave us the best value for our money while also keeping in mind our goal of moving from this home in a few years and selling. It’s also an added bonus that they offer a financing option since sometimes these expenses come at a tricky time. Highly recommend these guys!!

    We had several contractors come out to discuss replacing our roof and Amazing Home contractors exceeded my expectations before his crew even had a ladder up. He was able to identify potential concerns with his knowledge from the ground and then further discuss when he got a closer look. We discussed best and worst case scenarios and if there were any changes the owner called us directly. I couldn’t be happier with the way my roof turned out!!The crew did a great job, was extremely friendly and professional and cleaned up everything all while working in what seems to be the heat wave of 2023

    Highly recommend! We Initially contacted AHS for roof repair which was caused by a recent rain storm. While on site for the estimate, Jimmy also quoted for a whole roof replacement due to ours being weathered and pretty beat up after 16 years. We got the repair and the whole roof replacement done, including gutter goards. Jimmy kept in contact throughout the whole process, even asking if we wanted an unused satellite dish removed and disposed of. The workere were courteous and cleaned up after themselved very well. Thank you to the entire AHS team!!

    Two thumbs up to Amazing Home Contractors. I needed a roof on my garage so I called Amazing Home Contractors. Jim (Father and Son) arrived to give me an estimate. They were very professional. They explained in detail what was going to be done. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. The roof turned out perfect. I am very happy with the results.     I would highly recommend Amazing for a roofing project. They responded to my inquiry and gave a quote the same day for a very reasonable price. The work crew was very professional and the finished project looks great. GAF products were used and the job on a split level house of removing old shingles, plywood replacement where needed and installation of new shingles was completed in a day.

    Absolutely 5 Stars. Couldn’t be more pleased. Several years ago, my old back roof was leaking. The problem was diagnosed and fixed - never anymore problems. Their most recent visit, was to replace the whole roof. From beginning to end, everything was done in such a professional manner. They are timely, efficient, neat, friendly, and take pride in doing a good job. From the start, they cleaned-up behind themselves. They even did a little extra, when they observed it was needed. The crew was quick to answer any questions.     Awesome experience with new replacement roof. Upfront, honest, and professional with everything from start to finish, from site prep protection to the site clean-up afterwards. Great follow-up by James III with any questions asked throughout the project! Had 32 year old GAF Timberline roof replaced by GAF HDZ Timberland shingles. Also, it was important to us by selecting GAF shingles made in Baltimore and supporting GAF plant employees and the local economy.

    I, initially, contacted Amazing Home Contractors in 2019 to replace the roof, soffit, fascia & gutters on my home. They did an outstanding job! To be completely honest, there was a small leak, but, I called them and they sent someone out right away to fix the issue!I was impressed with service they provided that I contact them, again, to replace the roof on my garage this past week. Again, the same professionalism and great service. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

    I would highly recommend Amazing Home Contractors! We had storm damage on the side of my house and I called for a quote, Jim came out very next days. I was interested in a new roof, gutters, chimney and siding for the top of my house, since the rest is brick. Received the estimate and great financing options. They came out to fix within a week. Started at 7am and done by 4pm. Everything looked amazing, beyond happy with Jim and his team. Easy to deal with and great quality, again highly recommend!

    The Roofers were on time both days. Those guys WORKED! Seems to be an excellent job for all I know about roofing... lol, But never worry, I was told to call if I have any problems at all. The crew had to remove my Christmas Deer to work and I was pleasantly surprised they reinstalled them perfectly when they finished. Cleaned the entire property perfectly. This is the second property we have used Amazing Home Contractors for roof installation. Highly recommend!!!

    Amazing Home Contractors installed a new roof on my SFH in October 2021. They were, pun intended, simply Amazing in every step-of-the- process! ACH beat the five other estimates I received from well known companies using the same exact products, and in some cases, by a substantial amount of money! The main office answered any questions or concerns I had or left messages for the ones who could answer them. The installers were on time, thorough, and operated like a well-oild machine! James, provided me with my initial estimate and final cost, was professional, personable, and on-point with everything from start to finish!     I called and left a message and they called right back.They came the next day with an estimate and explained what had to be done and the price was good. Workers were on time and it only took 2 days. They cleaned up after 1st day and again after the second day. My neighbors commented on how beautiful the roof was.     Had a very good experience with this firm. Placed the initial call, met with the owner and sales person the very next day, the entire roofing job was completed within a week. Its a beautiful roof! The staff appears to really understand roofing and know what they are doing. They fixed all of our problems. The pricing was very fair. No runaround or heavy sales pressure and they didnt talk down to or patronize my spouse who was here when the work was done. The crews were very nice and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Based on our personal experience, we can highly recommend this firm!

    The job was started and finished on date that was promised. When the job was completed they cleaned up promptly and you wouldn’t think anybody was working on the property that day. Jim was easy to reach and took his time explaining the various types of shingles and what I was getting for the price. They did a great job overall.

    This is an honest company. My husband is a postal carrier and Im a nurse. We were surprised when we started pricing roofs. We got 4 estimates. Amazing Home Contractors and Jim Ryder president and businessman is who we dealt with. He was honest and did not try to oversell like other companies, ( if you sign today...the price is this...Dont share this price with others.). He gave a fair price on plywood. He did not try to do unnecessary work like other companies, (Oh yeh, you need all the wood replaced.). He also came out after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with the job and explained what they did. We mostly want to promote this small business because of how honest he was and how we were treated.

    From start to finish, working with Amazing Home Contractors was an awesome experience. I called for an estimate and recieved a call the very same day from a wonderful gentleman named Cody Cooper whose good cheer and awesome communication skills made me feel cared for and looked after the entire time! It couldnt have been easier (and less time-consuming) to get the estimate, set up an appointment for the work with their office staff, and get a whole new roof!I live in a townhouse, so the work took less than a full day, and was done with efficiency and professionalism. The workers who came to my house were kind and friendly from the start. Whenever I had a question, Cody, the office staff, or installers answered it immediately.They took a pretty stressful circumstance (I need a new roof, agh!) and turned it into a breeze.Awesomely affordable, thoroughly helpful and informative, and friendly work!     Shopped around & received 4 quotes for new roof. Amazing is the only one that followed up and called me back to see how everything was going. For their customer service only, they were the best of the 4. They explained everything to me & when they installed my roof and downspouts, they were finished in 1 day.     In my time, I have had quotes and work done from other companies. Amazing Contractors tops them all . A Great company that delivered on honesty, kindness, professionalism, strong integrity with high standards. Along with a new roof, gutters and covers, they took on a task to repair, rebuild and replace parts of a deteriorating front porch. In this old home, we ran into some unexpected water and termite damage. Jim brought in an emergency crew that immediately fixed the structural damage and created a new interior wall in just a few hours! They respected my property and the clean up was outstanding. Hard workers of integrity. There is not enough room to type all they did for me. The job is outstanding on every front. Jim and his company did not cut corners or take advantage of me financially. My porch is beautiful! I am grateful the unforeseen damage was found and not ignored as other companies may have done. This company is true to its name-Amazing-,.
