Return policy is very difficult. 20% restocking fee for unopened box. Cannot return if you open the box since no longer “unused” according to business. Purchase at big box retailer (Lowe’s or Home Depot) with more generous refund policy.Update to response: you should not charge a 20% restocking fee for an unopened box. What is the rationale? Restocking fees should be charged for an opened box item since you can no longer sell the product as new (torn box, opened plastic, etc.). Many stores offer an “open box” product at a discount, which is understandable. However, your return policy requires a 20% restocking fee upon purchase regardless of circumstances. This is purely opportunistic.

I had the best experience with fixing my Tankless water heater. Lida did a wonderful job in communicating with me all the details on how to ship the product and the estimate time needed to fix it. I am so impressed with the company and the owners! I cant believe the great service; and so polite, knowledgeable and very fast! I took 2 units in to be repaired late Wed evening and they finished the repair and shipped them back to me in Daytona Beach and I got them on Saturday! Amazing! They take pride in their work and I appreciate that! Very difficult to find service like this.

Incredible service and an owner who truly cares about his company and customers.My previous Titan tankless water heater started failing on me so I decided to bring it in to see if they could repair it. I called to make sure I wouldnt waste my trip and was told that they could analyze it right then and there and fix it right away if possible.When I showed up, one of the repair guys took the unit and started to diagnose it. After about 20 minutes, I was told that they could fix it (for under $100) or I could buy a new one. They warned me that this unit is so calcified (no filter installed) that even though they could repair it, it was likely that it would fail again within a year.This simple act was enough for me to gain their trust and see that they actually cared about my long-term well-being and were not in it to make a quick buck off me. I ended up sitting with the owner for about 20 minutes and quickly learned how passionate he is about his business. His site lists his cell phone and he even showed me texts from a few days earlier where customers were reaching out to him for assistance at close to midnight. Most people would not go this far but this owner does and I for one am grateful for his honesty and dedication to his customers.Bravo!

And no...you cant buy Titans at Home Depot for what they sell them for at this retailer. Lowest prices, and well worth the Gas and time included!

I have had this water heater for a few weeks now & I love it . I had to run a 6/3 wire to it from my breaker box t other than that , the install was pretty easy . This little thing supplies hot water to the whole house with out any issue .
