    We chose DRM solution as the contractor to complete a large renovation project at our home. The scope of work included adding a dormer to the front of our home, adding a third bedroom upstairs, replacing our HVAC system, new hardwood floors throughout our second floor, installing a shiplap wall in the master bedroom and adding a pocket door to our master bathroom. From day one the owner Dan Melo was very responsive, organized and professional. I knew I could trust Dan as a contractor and that he would complete our project on time. His team of guys were very respectful of our home during the entire renovation. The lead foreman Patrick oversaw the entire project and his attention to detail was top notch. We are thrilled with how the project turned out and our oldest son loves his new room. We can’t thank Dan and his team enough for transforming our upstairs space, just in time for our second sons arrival. Thank you DRM solutions!

    DRM Solutions was the contractor we chose for the renovations to my new business location. DRM was responsive and always addressed my concerns in a professional manner. This was a complicated fitup that came out absolutely amazing. As an architect, I can by hyper concerned with detail and quality, but that was not a concern with DRM.

    I used Dan and his crew for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and to add a sunroom to my house. Everything came out great! Dan and his team were very easy to work with, were responsive to all of my questions, and adapted well when changes had to be made. Dans bid on my project was competitive and fair, and the overall project cost was reasonable and well worth the investment.     DRM did a full renovation of our master bathroom and closet and we’re thrilled with the results. Our experience with them was night and day from a previous contractor. Unlike our first home reno experience, Dan and team are professional, organized and great communicators. They use an app to streamline scheduling, communications and provide daily progress updates. The worksite was always left clean and they were great about adapting to changes and feedback as we went along. We’d definitely recommend them.

    Dan Melo from DRM Solutions is by far the best contractor that I have worked with in 30 years, and he has worked with me in several projects over four years. Since 2016, he is my “go to” contractor as he does outstanding work, is highly trustworthy, is patient and is a great communicator. He has been the general manager for work on kitchens, baths, flooring, painting, electrical work and more. I find his prices very reasonable and competitive- and his work is outstanding! His prices are bargains when you see the quality of work he does on every single project. He is only happy when you are completely satisfied.These days, it is rare to find a contractor with such great ethics and attention to detail. I’m fussy and am thrilled with every single project he has done. Dan plans well, communicates superbly and helps me make great decisions on materials. He was always available to help me get the project done.Dan is a trouble shooter. I was away working and the tiles I selected did not match the counter in the kitchen. Dan called me, sent me pictures, and pointed out that they clashed. He waited for several days so I could get back and goose tiles that matched. This is just the type of guy he is.     We had our basement finished by DRM and could not be happier with the results. We chose DRM because from the outset (and to the finish) Dan is very communicative and professional. That isn’t something that always presents itself in the industry.The crew was also very professional and insightful. They were here every day, worked with purpose and scheduled the subcontractors with precision – and this resulted in the job being completed many weeks before the estimate. How often do you hear of that?The foreman, Pat, has a keen eye for design and is a finished carpenter by trade – so the results are absolutely stunning. They added a few built-ins that really made the space pop.It has been a few months since they finished and we just love our new space, it really expanded our home. In addition to all of these points, I would also like to say that DRM’s quote was substantially lower than some we received.When selecting a contractor, I know how important these reviews can be. Please let me assure you that if you choose DRM, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

    I couldnt be more impressed. I watched Daniel and his team literally RAISE THE ROOF of a house. Wow!Daniel (the owner) meets and exceeds deadlines, even when faced with unforseen circumstances. He communicates every step of the way and pays attention to every detail.I will be using DRM Solutions again for my next renovation.
