Top notch. Kyle and his team installed a number of Lutron lights and switches to create a scene system for our house. He’s a super creative guy and came up with ideas to light certain areas I didn’t even know existed. The end result continues to get wows from friends and family, really elevated the house. This is my second experience with Figueroa Electric. On this occasion I had two fixtures swapped out, one new ceiling fan installed and a relocation of coax cable and electrical outlet to accommodate wall mounting my television. I called Kyle back because I was impressed with his work three years ago. He is knowledgeable and up to date on all codes. Communication was excellent from the start, with text reminders as the appointment approached. Kyle and his team arrived on time, and worked diligently until the job was completed. They moved items as needed and completely covered remaining furniture. Before leaving all furniture was replaced and everything was cleaned. I highly recommend Figueroa Electric and I will use his services when the need arises again.

I cannot recommend Figueroa Electric highly enough! Kyle went out of his way to speak with us multiple times to fully understand our issues (a complicated ungrounded outlets scenario) and provide us with various options to handle the issues, describing the pros and cons of each. As first-time homeowners of an old home, these conversations were invaluable. Within a week, we had a plan and an appointment. The technicians, Joel and Ever, were equally friendly, helpful, patient, and thorough. They explained the work they were doing as they went and were always willing to pause to answer questions. We received a detailed report of the work completed after the appointment, as well as a detailed description of the future work we will need to do to ensure the long-term safety of our electrical system. Their online portal is so convenient as well! What started as a stressful and overwhelming situation ended very positively, and we will absolutely be working with Figueroa Electric again.

Installed a Tesla Charger, outdoor outlet, and whole house surge protector. Crew was very friendly and efficient and installation was quick and seamless. They were able to set up the wall connector easily and are a Tesla certfied installer which is how I found Figueroa in the first place. Price was very reasonable and were able to do the install within a week of accepting the quote.

Figueroa Electirc is just amazing. I first connected with Kyle and he explained to me different lighting options and the reasons for each different one and how they can affect the room. He has so much knowledge and doesnt just suggest what he thinks is a blanketed need. He will ask you what youre looking for, the ambiance of the room, and detailed explanation for what he thinks fits your personal need. Once the crew came in they were respectful of the bedrooms where the lights were installed. They checked in with us and once they were all set they started the process and were very quick. They educated you on the system on how it works. They took the time to show you the process and not just install and leave. You get great care with this team. I highly recommend them!

They did a complete service upgrade, furnishing and installing a new panel board wall to house 3 panels, furnishing and installing new wiring for electric dryer and washer as well as installing motion activated common area lighting. Over a period of time we had our outdated electric panel moved and upgraded, old basement lighting updated (no longer dependent on extension cords!!), new lighting and fans installed in bedroom and living room. Kyle and his team rewired our entire house to swap out aluminum wiring, remove electric radiators, swap out a corroded panel and apportion systems and areas to a generator panel. As the changes weren’t critical, but more convenient, I let it go.With my present day state of not being able to use some basic kitchen functionality, I looked at some reviews on Nextdoor from my neighbors and found Kyle’s name. I called. He answered immediately, sent me a link to his website, and allowed me to enter some basic details and schedule an entry. Email and text confirmations were pushed out right after.He showed up on time this morning, with a great text asking about masking needs before he approached my home. The communication before he walked in the door was awesome.The communication while he was in my unit and diagnosing the issue continued to be great.He helped me be able to cook again, and also gave me the lowdown on what would be involved if I wanted to have the more ‘convenient’ upgrades made. I felt like he was being honest and incredibly knowledgeable. Of the three who gave me the time of day, only 2 provided quotes, and it was only Kyle who actually understood the entire scope of the necessary work to be done. Kyle also explained the job to my wife and I (most wouldnt even acknowledge my wife!) to make sure we understood what he was going to do before he did it. Figueroa Electric did an excellent job installing a level 2 (240V) Tesla charger into our garage in Bedford, MA. It look us a little time to nail down and installation date, but their knowledge, attention to detail, and ease of paying the deposit before the installation, and professionalism and competency during the job were excellent. They are not the cheapest, but their pricing was fair, and their quality made it absolutely the right decision. They are also Tesla certified, which many are not, and which makes a difference with the Tesla charging warranty.
