If you are looking for a full package deal in a commercial construction team- I cannot recommend MBC Services more. Not only does the owner, Michael Barbieri, lead a stellar team, but his attention to each customer and their needs is unlike any other I have seen amongst the other construction teams I have worked with before. There’s so much to compliment them on, but I always appreciate personalized service, knowing that I am being prioritized, rather addressed and shoved to the side. Michael does just that as he consistently delivers the highest quality of customer service to each customer and job with the utmost attention. 5 star review for MBC Services from me!

MBC Services is an excellent construction company. I have worked extensively with them on a few large projects involving multiple condominium units (roof replacements, water leaks and damage, stucco repair, flashing, windows, etc.) and on smaller projects for upscale home remodeling. MBC does great quality work and if there is a problem they do everything within reason to make it right. Their projects are on time and on budget and they operate with character and integrity—doing what they say they will do and within the time frame in which they say they will do it.

We hired MBC for a huge task of wood rot replacement, stucco repair and complete painting for a residential condo complex of 18 units. They were very responsive, on site and working with homeowners and the work is great quality.

I hired MBC Services to build an addition to my home, and I am so glad that I did. Throughout the process, from initial design to final finish out, Michael and his team provided constant communication and high-quality workmanship. My wife and daughter visited the site regularly and were always treated in a friendly and approachable manner. Several neighbors commented throughout the process on how good the house looked, and what a clean job site MBC maintained. The finished addition exceeded my expectations, and I could not be more pleased with the process. When I hired a contractor, I braced for cost overruns, delays, and excuses: the typical contractor experience. I am grateful to instead have found a reliable builder I can trust to handle jobs for my neighbors, friends, and family. I would enthusiastically recommend MBC Services to anyone.

They were wonderful! Booking them and getting a quote for my moms transfer from one assisted living facility to another was very easy. On the day of the move, they arrived on time and worked for five hours straight. They used all layers of protection and protected my valuables. It was great to see that they are punctual and did everything by the clock. It was the smoothest move I ever had and I am beyond happy with their work. I wanted a fast, clean and easy move and I got it! The company provided me with hardworking men who knew their work and provided me a damage free move. Delivery was on tap, price was very affordable and I recommend using them to everyone i come across!

They did a complete warehouse bathroom remodel for me, along with adding in new cabinets in our production area. They did a great job and the finished product was everything we expected. It was a pleasure to work with John who was the PM on my project. The owner Michael also did multiple site visits during construction to make sure we were happy and the project was moving along.We will use them again for any of our office construction projects!

Michael and the team at MBC are top notch. Ive known them for years and they perform some of the highest quality work you will see. They focus on commercial construction but Ive even had them over at a house I was considering buying that had been renovated and they were able to point out different materials that had been used that werent top of the line and were therefore going to deteriorate in short order and cost me more money in the long run. They deliver great value for what they do and I see them time and time again prioritize their clients needs ahead of even their own. If youre looking for quality commercial construction and management, MBC Services is your spot.

I hired MBC Services to repair some damage to my home. Michael and his team were fantastic to work with from the initial contact through the end of job. The lead, Russell, and his guys communicated each step of the process clearly and when they saw something that didnt seem right, they fixed it without me having to point it out or notice later on...even if it wasnt their doing. Russell oversaw each step along the way making sure the scope of work was completed to his and my satisfaction. They also took care to protect themselves & my family by wearing shoe coverings or taking off their shoes when in my home, wearing masks and sanitizing down all the areas they touched after each day. I would recommend MBC Services to anyone needing repairs, renovations or restorations on their home or commercial building.
