We used 1st Choice back in 2016 and again in 2024. The work is still great. I found out today that they also do stucco, so used them to do a couple stucco patches. They got in and set up quickly, did the patches and cleaned up, letting us know what kind of primer to buy before we paint. Good guys… I’d use them again.

If you have a hole in your drywall, dont even try to fix it yourself with puddy or those kits at Lowes, trust me, it will look terrible and you will end up loosing money. 1st Choice has all the tools necessary to make it look perfect, like a brand new wall. He was able to explain what needed to be done and how much the charge would be, on the spot! Although it was a fairly small job, he didnt let us down. After a few days of texts and phone calls to the roofing company determining the method of payment, we were able to set an appointment with Scott to do the repairs. We are amazed at how well the job was done and Scott matched the texture of the ceiling PERFECTLY! We honestly can not tell where the damage had been. This all happened within a five day period! We highly recommend Scott for any drywall job needed!

Got a quick quote from Scott by text to remove popcorn finish from my garage ceiling and have it finished with something more modern.I needed it done quickly so I didnt shop around but I think it was a fair price.Scott moved very quickly. We agreed in principle on the price by text message in the morning, he looked at my garage in the afternoon, and his crews schedule worked out that they could start the following morning. They completed the job the same day and I was able to paint a few days later. Overall I can recommend 1st Choice Drywall. Scott communicates whats going on frequently.If I would make one suggestion it would be to cover the garage door motor during a ceiling job - not a big complaint, but it would have meant zero mess. Otherwise the crew did do a good job cleaning the garage floor after they finished.

I had an AC drainage leak in my attic, which caused some drywall damage. I called these guys and they gave me a quote over the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment with a week. They called to confirm appointment and we’re even able to come early. Repairman did a good job and patched-textured the hole quickly. They gave me advise on sanding and sealing the drywall before painting. I was able to get sealant at HD and painted it a few days later. Looks great, you can’t even tell that there was a hole anymore.

When selecting a drywall repair specialist, I wanted a person who specialized in texturing drywall for a good match. Not a handyman that did all sorts of things and not really a specialist in one. I also saw repairs by companies out there where the drywall texture was not done very well, and you can see where repairs were obviously done. After reading these reviews, I selected 1st Choice Drywall, and am more than satisfied with the outcome. I had some cracks in the drywall in my old S. Scottsdale house where house settling/expansion and contraction left big gaps going from top down in a corner, buckling wrinkles, and loose drywall on the ceiling. These were repaired, and I literally cannot tell where any repairs have been done, because the texture has been blended in so well. I will be using this company again in the future and recommend him to anyone. It was such a good job i felt obligated to give this 5 star review.

Reached out to 1st Choice Drywall for a small/medium sized patch job in a first level ceiling. Unfortunately I dont have the gentlemans name but I was contacted back the same day, practically the same hour, and was able to get an estimate with some photos.The work could have also been done same day but I wasnt available, they came the next day exactly when scheduled and even let me know that they were on the way.Everything was done quickly and professionally. No leftover cleanup and the few remaining steps were explained to me clearly. I will certainly be using 1st Choice if I have further drywall needs, even just getting a same day estimate is better than most other companies Ive dealt with.
