    I can’t recommend Imagine Architectural Concrete enough. My home looks like a resort. I love the transformation. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t look at my back patio and my front porch with a sense of pride.Brian did an excellent job of orchestrating the colors and crew. Cool decking in the back and stamped concrete in the front. The crew is always on time polite and they clean up after themselves. Which is very important to me. When you speak with Julie on the phone in the main office, she’s polite, courteous, and informative. I recommended image architectural concrete to my friend Ralph C. He and his wife Carol absolutely love the job they did in their backyard. Don’t try anyone else. You too will enjoy your resort your getaway oasis as much as I do.

    Imagine did a fantastic job replacing our old pool deck with Travertine pavers. Pete was very informative and knowledgeable. He also took care of a problem we were having with drainage as well as giving us a beautiful new deck. The crew was always on time and did a great job. Highly recommend.

    HelloI would like to say that Imagine Concrete did an awesome job on my project. I needed cantilever repair on my pool, cement poured and acrylic lace to match the existing pool deck on part of the project. The cement work was great and where the cantilever acrylic lace met the original acrylic lace was seamless. Brian and Danny were excellent in providing me with information and checked on the job periodically as it was being done. The crews were incredibly fast and were fun and friendly and their craftsmanship was excellent!Thank you for a job well done,Gary

    Our pool deck looks amazing! Imagine Architectural supplied and installed travertine pavers on top of our existing cool deck. Brian met us for the original estimate and for job execution Pete the owner was involved as well with organizing the crew and explaining how the job needed to be done. The sloping was very important to me and Imagine nailed it. Very happy with the professionalism and more so with the workmanship. Not one complaint and I highly recommend!

    Working with Imagine was a refreshing experience. We have used a lot of services/contractors during our home remodel, and Imagine is definitely one of the best. They helped design and replace a 600 sq ft paver patio with new travertine. The entire process was very positive from beginning to end; the communication from Brian, Peter and Meghan was excellent throughout the project, and the overall quality of the finished project exceeded expectations, my wife and I could not be happier with how everything turned out.Another thing worth noting is that they did an exceptional job cleaning up after the project was complete, it was like they were never here. Seriously, other contractors say they’ll clean up and then do the bare minimum, leaving us having to go out and clean further after they left. Honestly, I think Imagine left things better than when they started. I highly recommend Imagine and plan to use for additional projects.

    Imagine Architectural Concrete did a great job on resurfacing our pool deck and patio (cool deck/lace for the pool deck; and stamped concrete, with flagstone pattern, for the patio). We are very pleased with the result. Brian (job supervisor) was easy to work with and he and Pete (the owner) went over options to help us make a selection on style and colors. Christian (the crew leader) is a real artist and did a great job cutting in the grout and flagstone patio surface, with matching edge treatment around the pool. He also did a great job blending the colors on the patio and pool edge. It looks great - just in time for the summer swimming season.

    Think of the very best experience you have ever had with a product manufacturer, merchant, or other vendor. Imagine Architectural will almost certainly exceed that experience.Imagine renovated my pool deck, built planters around trees, and refinished a sidewalk. From the first phone call that I had with Pete (the owner) through the end of the project, I was treated as if I was the companys only customer. Not only that, but the people on his crews were not only highly professional, they were very, very skilled.     We hired Imagine Concrete for our remodel in March. We needed our pool decking replaced and had a severe drainage problem in our backyard. There has been a handful of times in the 25 years we have lived in AZ where we felt the service or product we received from contractors/businesses was better than we expected. This is one of them. We cannot say enough good things about this company, the owner and the crew that performed the work. The project/job was completed on time, clean, over and above what was expected, and absolutely beautiful. The owner was always available to answer questions, checked daily on the progress, kept us informed, and made us feel like we were his most important customer. Just a great person!     Brian assisted us with our redo on our pool deck. We had our old surface ground off treated,re textured and painted. I was very concerned about the texture and cleanup after the work was done. These guys could not have done a better job. The texture was perfectly matched (even though Brian couldnt guarantee it would ) The guys were right on time for the 3 days they were here. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work. Dont expect em to be the cheapest guys in town, but you will be happy with your results.

    It was a great experience working with this company.... and I have had a lot of contractors work on different projects on my home. Extensive and costly projects can be stressful and finding the right company to do it can make it pleasant experience. I worked with Pete, who I highly recommend. Pete and his office were very responsive to emails, phone calls, and texts. Work was completed as expected and as scheduled. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I have no background on concrete work and did no research, but I had complete confidence in Pete’s experience and recommendations. Our backyard looks fantastic!

    This is an A1 organization. They are professional, show up on time, do great work and all of their workers are sincerely interested in pleasing you as the customer.We contacted Imagine Concrete for a bid on repairing and re painting about 2000 square feet of acrylic lace cool deck. I had some previous bids and was expecting some hard selling salesman to show up, trying to sell me more than I needed. Bryan was a total professional. He evaluated our job and felt most of our decking was in good condition and he could do some spot repairs. While we were talking he suggested we might want to consider two different colors to accent the raised are. Great suggestion. He dropped off paint sample boards and gave us plenty of time to make a decision.Each of the crew had at least one member who spoke English. The crews all cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming my artificial turf. As things might happen, I noticed one panel that was resurfaced as well as repainted seemed to have bleached out. I called the office and thy arranged for someone from their warranty department and to come out and take photos of the affected area. The repainted crew just left and to my surprise redid several areas not just the one I complained about. This is what I call great follow up and a company that honors its warranty.Without hesitation I would strongly recommend this organization to anyone needing deck work.

    We were VERY HAPPY with Pete and company at Imagine. Service was great--very responsive. Quality of work was perfect--couldnt be happier. We had our pool/cool deck refreshed and added some Saltillo tile for interest and to tie the pool deck in with the porch and ramada areas. It came out great, so they are not averse to customizing. When that went so well, we hired them to redo the water feature and that was also perfect in every way. An absolute delight to deal with! And, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The price was competitive and the results exceeded my expectations. The concrete install was superior . After curing for a week, What made it all come together was Brians finishing crew.     Imagine came out to inspect some warranty concerns with our deck that was finished two years ago. The on-site crew was professional and had exceptional attention to detail.     We had our pool deck resurfaced and our old tile patio surface removed and resurfaced to match our pool deck. Imagines crew arrived as scheduled, taped plastic on my windows to protect them from debris as they worked, and worked all day to get my job completed. They did a beautiful job matching the new patio surface to the original pool deck surface. We are very satisfied with the way it turned out!

    A few years ago Imagine installed pavers for a back patio. I was so impressed with their excellence, I recently contracted for a paver install of the front porch, walkway and driveway.     Imagine re-worked the deck area around my pool this spring of 2017. Pete responded right away to my initial phone call and came out to give me a free estimate within days. The estimate was reasonable and Imagine scheduled the work for about two weeks out. We settled on the color the day before the work and the crew was on site on time and remained on schedule through the completion of the work. What made me extremely happy is that Pete and Imagine went above and beyond in painting some of the non-work areas just to assure the whole back yard looked beautiful. The work was extremely well done and the service was absolutely fantastic. Things are looking great for summer and I cant be happier.
