    They did a wonderful job! We are so pleased with how our bathroom turned out. The floors were so uneven, they leveled them out and corrected everything the previous owner did incorrectly. They used the best products and finishes within our budget. They are honest, trustworthy and kept us informed the whole time. No surprises, they charged us what they quoted us.They also converted an exterior door into a window. The drywall is seamless, you’d never know there was ever a door there. Would highly recommend, great local business.

    My fiancé and I hired Kazman Services to install our new shower door and to fix a broken tile we had in our front entry way. The team did a phenomenal job on the tile and grout work. When the shower door was first installed, we noticed that water was leaking underneath. Nevertheless, we notified Nate of the problem the next day and Ryan and his coworker were at our doorstep 20 minutes later to fix the problem. We were very impressed by their professionalism and response time. We now love our shower door and we are so happy that we hired them for their handiwork. They were very respectful and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend this team!

    These guys were very professional and courteous. Always showed up on time and got the job done on time as well. They framed out a brand new room for us including hanging new French doors, painted the entire inside of our house, installed a mantle over our fire place that they custom built, and even recoated our pool deck! I threw changes at them throughout the project and they never blinked. I will always reach out to them first for any project I have.

    Nathan’s quote for repairing drywall, patching popcorn ceilings, adding/replacing trim, and adding/replacing doors was reasonable and the work that he and Rich did was exceptional. Attention was paid to the details and when issues popped up (as they always do) they notified me and recommended resolutions. Great communication! My house was swept and clean at the end of every day. I am happy with the end result and have a list of items I will be contracting them for in the future. Would absolutely recommend!PSA: I have not included photos because I am the one that will be doing the finish work (painting, installing fixtures, etc) which is not done yet. Somehow I don’t think that photos of patched walls/ceilings, and unpainted trim/doors would be helpful for a review. Lol.

    We loved the service we received. Needed some drywall repaired after AC company had to cut a hole in the ceiling and also needed the ceiling repaired in our Bedroom from water damage. Nathan gave us an estimate and during the 3 days of repair he always kept in communication when he would arrive.We were super surprised how clean the work areas were after they left each day. Always vacuumed the areas and removed their items.Highly recommend this company.We will use them again for built in closets and a bathroom remodel in the future.Competitive pricing!

    Wow just wow. Nathan and Ryan helped me update my mothers home. A friend called it unrecognizable! I agree. So transformative. It came out so sweet. I have a few before photos and the after below. They really know how to handle barn doors and assisted in color selections making my vision come to life.     I have used Kazman Services for several jobs. They refinished my cedar ceilings in my Cabana (beautiful job), they replaced 3 lighted ceiling fans, they replaced entry door lock sets, replaced my fence door hardware and even replaced my garbage disposal.     Nathan was excellent. I needed someone to take down shutters for my elderly aunt that was 300 miles away. I called him and he aren’t right away. Very reasonable and caring...need more individuals like him. All the best .

    Work Completed: Removing (deleting) 2 Doors and 1 Wall to create larger Master Walk-in Closet / Replacing Closet Pocket Door / Framing and Adding New Door to create Home Office / Extensive Drywall and Texturing / Installing Vinyl Plank Flooring at Dining Room / Remodeling 5 Bathrooms / Installing Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring and Quarter Round throughout the entire ground floor and all bathroomsUpcoming Work: Renovate 2 Showers / Create Game Room from Garage WorkshopWe bought a Cocoa Beach house in Aug 2021. The house had been empty for some time and was in need of updating. My wife and I struggled along for about three months doing as much as we could to advance our updating plans, but we were swimming against the tide. Then one day I opened our mailbox and found a flyer card from Kazman Services. I called Nathan about 15 minutes later, met him the next day and the rest is wonderful history. I can’t imagine where we would be if we never met Kazman Services.Nathan and Ryan, the Kazman brothers, are a rare find. Prompt, courteous, skilled, adaptable and fairly priced. They are the full package and anyone with planned home renovations would be super happy with the results, should they be lucky to enough to engage Kazman Services.Kazman Services completed a variety of projects. Project 1 was to combine two closets, by removing the division wall and one pocket door, to form a larger walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The door between the two bathrooms was deleted, framed and dry-walled. On both sides of this new wall we added a full- length mirror. The existing pocket door was replaced with a solid wood door, new track and lockset. Project 2 was to enclose the home office. This included framing and installing a new door, and to close the ceiling which opened to the second floor. An amazing new home office was created from a formerly open space. We also hung 2 barn doors for the bedroom 2 closets, which was a great upgrade from the old bi-fold closet doors. Project 3 was to repair the dining room subfloor, install plywood over the entire floor area to match the level of the kitchen floor and install luxury vinyl plank to match the kitchen. We used Life Proof from Home Depot for all the luxury vinyl planks. The success of these three projects led us to Project 4, which was to cover the entire ground floor with vinyl planks and renovate 5 bathrooms. The vinyl planking covered 5 different types of tiles and brought a warm and flowing continuity to the ground floor and bathrooms. Ryan did an amazing job cutting the planks to follow the many corners and curves, including the closets. The addition of quarter round was done extremely well, using fine nails and careful caulking, ensuring maximum integrity against water intrusion. Baseboards and quarter rounds were meticulously painted, thanks to Victor (the newest member of the Team Kazman), making it look great. The old vanities, toilets, mirrors and box fluorescent lights were removed. All drywall, including ceilings, was textured and painted. All new quarter-turn shut off valves and drain pipes were installed. Once we had the new vinyl flooring, new plumbing and nicely finished ceilings and walls, new sets of vanity/countertop/sink (all from Lowes) were installed. All new recessed lighting was installed and new black-framed mirrors were hung. The toilets were installed with upgraded toilet gaskets for a nice, simple, clean look.I added an assortment of pictures which hopefully capture the careful attention to detail. The house really looks amazing. I really wish I would have taken more ‘before’ photos to show the crazy-astounding difference in comparison to the ‘after’ photos, but such is life. If the photos don’t give the proper credit due, I take full responsibility for being a poor photographer. We are excited for the shower and game room work, but we need to patiently wait in line. I can only imagine the queue will grow as the word spreads about the high quality and fairly priced work of Kazman Services. Get in line while you can.

    These guys are your one stop shop for all your household repair needs!!! I was originally just looking for interior painters and after calling a few I came across Kazman Services. Nathan picked up promptly. He was friendly and professional. We met and I showed him some of the rooms that needed paint and he let me know they could also fix a few of the broken items around the house like a faucet, doors, lights etc. he sent me a quote for which I thought was fair pricing. He kept in touch leading up to the day of the job, I love good communication when entrusting someone with the care of our house, he showed up early with supplies. The work they did was top notch and wonderful. I even added last minute items that they had no problem completing. Ten stars, recommend. I will be using them again in the future and I would gladly recommend them to all my friends and family.
