    We just had the BEST experience with Dan, the owner & his two wonderful employees Josh & Shannon. Not only was their estimate really fair & below the costs of a big company in Wausau, to the point it makes the other company look truly shameful, Dans two employees did a fantastic job at our home with a number of projects we had to have finished.This is truly one of the best companies weve ever used & Im thrilled it was a local company to boot. Wish all companies took this kind of pride & care as this one did & are obviously not greed based...but fair & great quality work.Thank you dearly Dan, Josh & Shannon....Wonderful job. Best wishes.

    We hired the great team at In The Lite Electric off a referral from our contractor. We needed a different approach to get electricity to our gazebo while also seeking their advice for the best lighting options to showcase the wood beams in our outdoor living space. This job was unique, from getting wiring to the building to installing lights and ceiling fans through the 8 cedar beams, all while hiding the wiring for a hidden installation. Along with that, we asked them to bring us into modern times with Bluetooth switches that could be controlled remotely from our phones and from wireless remote switches in the home. If that wasnt enough, we had them exchange some ceiling light fixtures in the house while they were there. These guys knocked it out of the park!! Their recommendations were outstanding, they helped us with fixtures, innovative technology to get the functionality we desired all while gathering our input and ideas about the project. The employees could not have been any nicer, the project manager Justin who helped us with design and scheduling, to the electricians Doug and Shannon. Doug was the most polite respectful and caring worker we have ever had to our home. They were all exceptional but we worked with Doug the most, he took the extra time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and it shows in his work. He communicated with me throughout the whole project and because of his extra effort, the quality of their work was exceptional. They did not have the best weather to work outside in either, traditional WI spring, one nice day, one rain, one below freezing with snow and 30 mile winds, they never skipped a beat, and had smiles on their faces, they were never frustrated with the weather. Even the dirt work on trenching was perfect, with the cold and wet ground, i assumed we would have a huge mess to deal with, the hole was filled on properly and the dirt was raked out where we could plant grass, thats when we knew we picked the right company and we would definitely hire them again!! Hands down, they are the first call we will make!

    We have used In the Lite for several projects around the house and they have always done excellent work. Last winter our garage roof failed and we needed to put up a new garage. In the Light did a stellar job. Not only advised us on the best lighting to use in the garage -- and let me tell you having the right lighting makes everything easier -- but they matched the outdoor sconces to the style we had on the house.We were also interested in home automation, and Dan set up the garage and outdoor lights to work via smart devices. We are thrilled with the results and look forward to adding more smart systems to our home.

    Had an issue with a hot circuit breaker that you could smell in the laundry room. Called another electrician service and was told $100 to walk thru the door! In the Lite gave free estimate but the technician who came was so professional that he didnt feel right leaving the issue to fix another day so he made some calls, ordered the part and went and got it, returning shortly after, replaced the circuit breaker and was on his way. Were very thankful for the professionalism from the initial phone call to the saying goodbye. Would recommend this company anytime for any electrical needs. Theyve earned a lifetime customer for any future needs. Thanks again In The Lite Electric.

    Referred by a friend, so I called to get an estimate, was told would be in touch to let me know a day/time that would work to come look at the job. No response. A week later, my husband called, finally came out. Got us the quote, we asked for one change got us the new quote, emailed back asking Awesome, when can we get something scheduled and how do we get our down payment to you? And never heard back - once I left a Google review they viewed the email and responded and we were able to get something on the books.The technician was early; and very prompt and nice. Were one week out now from the work that was done, and no issues!

    We were able to call Justin at home (after hours) after our Gfci outlet blew, which caused heat and an acrid smell, which then sent us into a minor panic. Justin calmly walked us through some checks, outlined some possibilities of what he felt may have happened and ultimately reassured us that we were safe. He subsequently replaced the outlet, checked the breaker box, inspected the outside Christmas lights (which had blown) and explained everything in terms that non-electrical people could understand. Justin was a pleasant, polite (wore his mask and took off his shoes) competent and professional electrician. In The Lite is now our official electrical business of choice!!!!

    I had Dan come over to my house to fix a motion and light and diagnose a few other electrical issues. He came on time was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.Took him less than an hour to fix all the issues. Highly recommend him.Thank you!

    Absolutely fantastic! They came and gave me a very reasonable quote. The workers showed up on time and work was finished on time! I was kept apprised on the status as work progressed. Everyone was considerate and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
