    I recently had service by Power Pros and couldnt be happier. I needed an outlet repaired, a new panel, and a service line replacement. Owner Pete explained the process, reassured me, and gave me a clear invoice and a fair price. Some of the work I needed ran over the allotted time because of poor previous repairs but I wasnt nickle and dimed for the extra time. The serious work was scheduled and completely very quickly. Electricians Vinny, Josh, and the rest of the team did amazing work and cleaned up after themselves very well.I am so happy to support a local business run by someone with integrity who cares about his customers. I even asked for a referral to a plumber because I trust Petes honest opinion. This has been the single best experience Ive ever had dealing with an electrician. I wont go anywhere else.     Power Pros is phenomenal. Vincent and Josh went above and beyond, and the owner, Peter, followed up to make sure we were happy with the work. I referred them to an elderly neighbor, who let me know how delighted he was with the work they did for him. Its great to have professionals so reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable work for us!

    Highly recommend! I called Pete at Power Pros and he was able to send over one of his guys very quickly that same morning. His technician, Joshua, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed all the issues we were experiencing and was able to address any questions we had for him.     Highly recommend! I had Power Pros come out and do a service upgrade on my duplex and I couldn’t have been happier! The crew clearly communicated what they were working on (as I’m curious and want to see how the work is done and understand the concepts) and answered any and all questions I had. Any time an issue or decision that I had to make came up they clearly explained the situation and laid out the options to continue, and if I was still confused they were able to “dumb it down” for me.Their communication skills are top notch.     Pete and his team did an awesome job on the electrical work at our house. They installed motion sensor lights, outlets and lights for our garage and a generator hookup.     My wife and I had started hearing a loud, high-pitched noise from our breaker box, furnace and most of our electronic devices/appliances. This noise had been driving us completely insane! We called Power Pros Electric and after multiple days of nonstop troubleshooting (Pete personally came out himself as it was very difficult to diagnose) and brainstorming over the weekend, they were able to confirm that the problem stemmed from our utility pole. Our Utility company had already come out twice, but neither time did they inspect the pole. When we called the Utility company to check again, because we were still having the issue, they refused to send someone out for a third time... until Pete from Power Pros contacted them and submitted a work order for them to come back out and take this issue more seriously. After this they realized that there was a faulty ground wire at the pole! After this was fixed, our problem has went away. Thank you so much to Pete and the rest of the Power Pros crew for going above and beyond, and not treating us like just a number. We will be customers for life, and already have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

    I needed to have overhead lighting installed and light switches and after one message with the owner we were able to schedule a free estimate, book the service and have the job completed within 2 weeks. Our home is over 100 years old and they were very knowledgeable about our delicate electrical system. We were even able to discuss which lighting looked best in our dining room before installing to make sure it was a perfect fit. Quick, clean, efficient and highly recommended!!!

    After redoing our deck, we wanted to add lights and run additional power inside the house. Power Pros sent two guys who were professional and took their time but got the jobs done efficiently. After they were done they showed me the work they did and I was impressed by how clean they left the area they worked in.

    Honestly, can’t say enough about these guys! My father uses these guys too and he said the same which is why we went with them. They ran electricity to an outbuilding in the day they started and then came out for an unrelated emergency the first thing in the morning the day after a major holiday.     Power Pros came through for me today! Pete and his technician, Tammi, really did an amazing job at figuring out some tangled up electrical at my 100 year old house. Tammi was determined to get it all worked out and she did. Pete is great guy and his team is top notch! I’m very pleased with their work and professionalism.
