Highly recommend this company! From the design process, through the permits and build they were easy to work with and I have never had a construction site that was kept so clean. They definitely gave us the deck of our dreams!

Brian and crew have worked on my house 2 times now. They completely renovated my newly bought house in 2019 and it turned out amazing with no shortage of quality. 2021 I hired him to build a porch on the front of my house and once again, they did an amazing job. I was out of town when they built the porch and I came home blown away. Ive always told Brian that I dont do this for a living so you know what looks right, and he does. Its nice to get valuable advice on how things will look the best and not have to worry about what the builder will do. Ive gotten compliments from everyone in the neighborhood and my family. I wanted some curb appeal on a late 60s home in mentor and they gave me way more than I bargained for. I also suggest Brian to many people because hes reliable and always on time. And his work is reliable. He isnt the cheapest, but I feel he does the best work for the best price. It takes a delicate balance to achieve that. When Brian works on my home, I know I wont have to call back about anything. Peace of mind is what Im getting and thats priceless. Thanks again Brian. Im sure Ill find something else for you to do around here

Brian and his team are the best! My favorite part about working with Brian is that I always know the work will turn out even better than I had imagined. They have done many projects through out our home which include finishing our basement and building a custom wine cellar, a brick backsplash in our kitchen, refinishing our fireplace, building a pool cabana and most recently our covered deck with a custom built in grill area and an outdoor fireplace. Their work is impeccable and I always recommend them to everyone I know!

Brian and his crew did a fantastic job on the steps and columns on our patio. Brian was always responsive and helped design a beautiful set of stairs. While the concrete was being poured (different company) they discovered the columns were not set in the ground. Brian got his crew there ASAP to re-set the columns so the concrete guys could continue their work. We were absolutely thrilled with the level of service and quality of their work. I would hire Snyder Carpetentry again!
