    Could not be happier with my experience from getting an estimate, to scheduling and to having the actual work done. Everything was well done, with reasonable prices and truly a great experience. I am always hesitant to call anybody out to the house for anything because of the poor customer service that is typical these days. But if you are in need of Electrical work, RB Electrical is the way to go if they are in your area, dont hesitate. Brian and Tom were great guys who were pleasant to deal with and I knew the job was done right. Highly Recommended!

    Excellent experience. Saw their ad in the church newsletter. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Prior to the appointment, reminders were sent and they even sent a photo of Tom who would be coming to our house. Tom was respectful, efficient and knowlegeable. He managed to squeeze in another task within the same hour. Rates are reasonable. I would call them again.

    We called RB Electrical Service because we wanted a few things done in our new home: recessed lights in the bedrooms, additional lighting in the garage, a couple of dedicated circuits, and fan switches swapped out for ones with timers. Brian, the owner, came to our home to discuss the job and give us an estimate. He arrived on time, was very polite and patient with us, and offered a very fair price. We had gotten a couple of other quotes from licensed and insured electricians prior to contacting RB Electrical Service; one quote was higher and one was lower, but we felt most comfortable with Brian, both personally and professionally.The day of the job, Brian and two electricians, Tom and Jaime, showed up on time and after Brian unloaded all of the materials, Tom and Jaime quickly got to work. They did a great job. The recessed lights look clean and provide us with even and ample lighting. As a woman, I probably shouldn’t be so excited about the LED shop lights in the garage, but I am! The builder installed two really weak fluorescent lights in the garage, but the new lighting is super bright and very functional. The dedicated circuits mean we can use computer equipment without lights flickering and use gym equipment without tripping the breaker.We were so pleased with RB Electrical Service that, two weeks later, we called them again to put a couple more recessed lights and an outlet in the walk-in closet. Tom again did an excellent job. He’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and he was even kind and thoughtful enough to put down protective covering on the floor, vacuum during and after the job, and wipe a few fingerprints off the attic access panel! We were once again impressed with the level of care and attention to detail.I can’t say enough good things about RB Electrical Service. I warned them that we’ll be calling them out again before too long to install ceiling fans!

    Brian Raney is my go to electrician for both residential and commercial properties. Recently Brian did work on my clients shopping center including installing, repairing and replacing parking lot lights, changing over to LED, exterior security lights, timers, etc. Before any work was done, Brian was onsite, doing his investigation and expert assessment on how best to resolve the issues and meet clients needs. Brian and his crew, including Tom arrived on time, did the work as represented and job well done. I also have used Brian for several years for my own home and always 100% satisfied. I find Brian to be ethical, reliable, and resourceful. I recommend Brian and his crew without reservation.

    We have just had our requested service provided by this wonderful company. We had new outlets installed, new overhead lamps, repairs to different switches and outlets. Here are some high points of their excellent service: They verified the, appointment time, arrival time, receipt and the contract in writing, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, and greeted me professionally (shook hands--impressive in these days), not only where they neat and clean but ran the vacuum to pick up any debris and took away old parts. When they send a technician out they enclose a photo. Our electrician for yesterdays work was Jaime and he was the best! He had a pink bow tie on in his photo and I vote for that to be part of his work apparel. Great job guys.

    We were searching for an electrician for a few new outlets as well as bathroom exhaust fan switch installations before the summer heat kicked in. Brian helped us get Tom set up to complete these installations within a very reasonable time frame. Brian from the get go was experienced, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was communicative by phone, which made the entire process so much easier. Home upgrades can be stressful enough as it is!The day of install, Tom our electrician was punctual, neat, and got the job done professionally.Pricing is extremely fair. The best part is seeing the end product (we love it!) and feeling like you went with the right business.     I had several outlets that all of a sudden stopped working but no circuit breakers had tripped. I called early on Thursday and they fit me into their schedule that same day. Jaime showed up with a smile and found the problem quickly. Replaced an outlet and I was back in business. Excellent service, super professional, I will definitely use them again!

    Very Professional Electrical Contractor! Spoke to Brian about our small project in the garage for an EV outlet and he promptly provided a quote. The price was better than most of the other estimates received, however, what really made the difference was that Brian personally was involved up front and was easy to talk to. On the installation day, we were issued a text letting us know that the rep. was on his way which was within the estimated arrival time scheduled. Jaime from RB Electrical Service came out to our home and was just as friendly as Brian and very knowledgeable. Jaimes recommendations on how to best complete the job was valuable to us.     RB Electrical Service recently completed a fuse box replacement in my condo.They provided an excellent quality of work with a very competitive pricing – and trust me, I did shop around for the pricing. The whole fuse box replacement project can be a very stressful undertaking what with obtaining the Citi permit first and the City inspection of the completed project afterwards. RB Electrical Service took care of all these things as a bundle, and it’s not a very simple routine – I did look into this. I am grateful they took care of all the necessary official paperwork and they did an excellent work on the electrical project itself. I am very happy with the service.     A section of my house lost power because of the GFI, Bryan sent his Tech Tom to my house the next day and it was fixed quickly and professionally. 3 days later I called Bryan to install can lights in my kitchen. Tom Ferris arrived on time, assessed the various tasks to be done, and resolved all issues, including odd failure of canned led lights .Turns out it was the dimmer.     Had an issue with an outlet that kept tripping. Jamie came out very quickly and was very professional and knowledge.     Brian and his team did a superb job installing cameras and a monitoring system for my Mother-in-laws house. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and personable.     Did a great job for my mom Cynthia. She had them install smart light switch for our patio lights. She would not allow clean up because she wanted the electrician to get to and have the next very satisfied customer. Really quick, friendly and professional service at a great price.     Sent an email to RB on Monday and they responded the next morning and were able to come out that day. I had and issue with an outdoor GFI outlet and a breaker box.     Jaime arrived on time. Hes friendly and seems like a nice guy. He pre wired 2 rooms for ceiling fan access with two switches for the fan and for the light. He also installed four 6 recessed LED can lights with a dimmer switch. Overall his performance that day was excellent. He laid down plastic on the floor to catch all the debris . He completed the job within the specified time allowed. He is a professional in his craft and he cleaned and vacuumed all the mess on the floor. Job well done !     I spoke with Brain on a Thursday and he set an appointment for Monday Morning at 10:00 am . The Techs were on time and completed a job of Installing lights in my ceiling that another electrician did not finish. The both were polite and cleaned everything completely.     Courteous, prompt, competitive pricing. Brian came out to my house to give me an estimate for wiring up my spa.     I was thankful for the worker who came the same day I called. I was informed what time he would arrive and he arrived at exactly when expected. I explained the problem regarding an area in my home that had no power. He found an outlet that was not working and replaced it promptly and everything worked again! He was polite, explained what he was doing each step of the way . A previous company I had called was much more expensive and told me I needed all kinds of changes that it turns out were not necessary.     The cost to replace a broken exterior outlet and install a new one was quoted when we spoke on the telephone., I liked that a lot. The electrician was cordial, enlightened me on GFI, promptly went to work and was finished quickly. Then, he thoroughly cleaned up any mess he had to make. The new exterior outlets are attractive and appear that they will standup well in bad weather A very efficient process, which I appreciate, having worked as a Manager for a large corporation for 35 years.     I read these reviews believing most are probably from peoples friends. Like the 1star that was obviously a joke. But this is an honest review. I actually used Brian awhile ago and he was so knowledgeable and lightning quick I added a few more things like oh two extra outlets and they were done and drywalled in in like 15 minutes. Well needless to say when I called him for a new chandelier convert he didnt even get here before I added that I wanted dimmers he had them on the truck and seriously to watch him work is amazing. I know this sounds like a bunch of smoke but its not. Yes hes a great guy but hes an awesome worker.

    I received a text saying Jaime was on his way. Fifteen minutes later he was here. He installed a new door bell, fixed the fan in an upstairs bedroom - now the lights work Yeah!!!. Jaime also mounted the ring for the fan flush to the ceiling, which had never been done, and the most important to me was to install a ceiling fan in my bedroom. Jaime covered everything with plastic and went to work. He did an excellent job and I couldnt be happier. Jaime is an asset to your company and when we need an electrician in the future we will definitely call you.

    I had a friend visit from New Jersey that was an electrician back there, and I needed some work done and special outlets put in my backyard along the patio wall. Well, he had NO clue what he was doing and caused a major electrical hazard to my property.RB Electrical Service did an AMAZING job and fixed all of my electrical issues and its done RIGHT. I now feel safe at home and its been done by a licensed, bonded and insured company. Everything will now pass inspection, too!I also had Brian and his amazing assistant, Jaime, install all of the electrical for 8 new security cameras I purchased. They installed the new cameras outside and inside my home with such professionalism, I was greatly impressed by both of their work! Jaime went above and beyond and was more talented than other electricians I hired twice his age. He is going far in this business and Brian has a superstar on his team!I am so ecstatic that my home business has the extra security I need, and I love my 7 Nest IQ 4k cameras and Ring floodlight camera. I scanned them on the app on my phone first and activated them so they could just grab and install them easily. I cannot say how much I LOVE the security and fact that they installed them all exactly where I wanted them!They also replaced 8 electrical sockets that were worn where the plugs would fall out from overuse the past 15 years since I purchased my new home, as well as installing about 5 new light switches that were sparking, which was a hazard from overuse as well.For the amount of work they did, two full days, I thought the price was fair!
