    Triple Service employee was very thorough in keeping us informed as he troubleshot the home air conditioner. He provided 3 different options of new units along with a estimate to repair the original unit. Once the decision was made, they returned the next day and installed a new system. We were very pleased with their professional service and prompt response!

    I just moved and was just calling from what electricians popped up, boy did I get lucky to call Triple Service. Everyone was very pleasant! Benjamin was able to arrive shortly before the scheduled time. I asked him in addition to the plug for the stove, I asked him to check the plug for the dishwasher. He was able to install both plugs so I could get my new appliances. Dont hesitate to call them for your electric services!

    Twenty-four hours after our problem was diagnosed ( leak in septic stack), the yellow Triple Service truck pulled into our driveway and Jacob R went to work. The 100 year old casting was removed and replaced. Thank you, for a job well done.

    I had Triple Service come out and install a whole new HVAC system, AC and Furnace with new duct work. They did an amazing job and i couldn’t recommend them more. They did this project in a fast period of time, very efficient workers, and clean work. The new equipment works amazing. I highly recommend Triple Service!

    Best crew ever delt with. They called us when they was leaving mendota to make sure was available. Comapnys need to have that curtious call like that. The crew that was here was very polite and curtious. They came out and told us what was wrong with our 30yr old furnace glad they came out cuz it could have killed us. They came out and took our old furnace and vent ducs out the attic and put where we asked them and it looks amazing. The crew that was here was very intelligent and informative about the product and help us understand more about what we was gaining. They will be getting my business from know on for all my heating and cooling needs. They even clean up after them selfs even when we told them we would take care of it.

    The service is always good.I did have a issue that the sure switch was not covered under warranty by rheemThey said wear and tear but the unit is justOver 2 years old.The new sure switch was over $300 dollars.Plus its got a 5 year warranty.It is odd that the new sure switch is covered for 5 years but the old one was only 2 years old.Than I find out that they have been replacing many sure switchs in rheem air conditioners.I would really recommend that you do not purchase any Rheem products.Not a high quality productThe service technician was excellent but really upset that a part that is just over 2 years is not covered under warranty

    Before and after pics of backyard security lighting project. Done in conjunction with re-wiring of garage from storm downed power line. Crew trenched & buried garage wire, cleaned up downed wire, removed mercury vapor light, install and re-wire new light on house and add second (duplicate) light on remote garage. As well as correct circuit wiring inside porch and garage…all in one day! Old house wiring can be a real problem and these guys did a great job working with this old house. Tip of my hat!

    I highly recommend this company! My sump pump pipes broke and were needing of an emergency repair asap. I called them and the operator helped me intil the repairman got there.     It has taken me some time to write my review.First of all, we have been living with this drain issue for about five years. So when Paul said it was done and completely cleaned out and we would have no more issues. I couldn’t believe it! I have been waiting for time to go by, waiting for it to start clogging up again. Every time my washer would start to drain. I would run to the washing machine and I would wait for it, and then I would hear some gurgling, and then I would think it was starting to back up into our tub and toilet again. Running into the bathroom on the other side of the house. Back and forth. But the drain never clogged. I’ve been doing this for a month. My heart is completely touched. I would not choose anybody else at this point. Paul said he would fix it, and he did. Considering we had one other company claim that they would help us and we never heard back from them twice and they are very local and well known. I actually came across Triple service by accident. But reading the reviews helped me choose them. I now see how giving a review is very important for everyone looking for good or bad service. Sure you’re gonna have times when things don’t work out. But according to the reviews, I know that Triple Service Plumbing/heating would strive to make it better. Triple service did an amazing job And I would truly recommend them to everybody. Thank you so much for helping to remove a very heavy Burden for many years Triple Service. I give you a six star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. It was obvious that Carter was trained with special skills who has knowledge and training in technical process. Carter is very polite and his communication was wonderful.     This place went above and beyond. Savannah who took my call was super informative, stayed in constant communication with me until we could get someone to our house for plumbing issues.     Called at 10:00 and a service person was at my house at 1:30 to see what could be done to fix our sewer problem. His recommendation was to have a jetter clean our sewer. First thing next morning cleaning began and completed at 10:00. Very fast service with a great service rep. Would recommend Paul for his professional work.

    I had to install a new water heater, but I couldn’t get it to fire up. So I called Triple Service and they were here within about four hours.Jacob came in and looked over the system. He checked for gas flow and to ensure no blockage in the supply system. Then he was able to ignite the pilot light and everything worked properly and I was ecstatic to have hot water again!Jacob was very friendly and went right to work, no dillydalling And back in business. Great response by Triple Service and excellent service by Jacob!

    Paul and Jake were awesome. When they showed up they started working immediately and never stopped till the job was completed. They didnt even stop to take a lunch break.     This place is FANTASTIC! I will use them for all service and installation needs in the future. All of the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, on time, friendly, and do fantastic work. I now have a new AC unit that works great with a new more efficient return, a new faucet that works properly, and no more leaking pipes.     Nick L. From Triple Service did a great job today! He inspected and clean the Central Air Unit in order to get it ready for the summer heat! He took time to explain what he looked at and exactly what he did with the unit as far as the inspection and cleaning it goes!     Triple Service replaced our new furnace in 2020. These guys worked all day getting it installed and cranked up (it was January). They did a very good job with the install.I have also used them recently to get a quote for an electric panel. They were very thorough in explaining the issue and was needed to get it up to code. They sent me a quote in a timely manner.

    Ricardo Diaz Sr and Daniel are the technicians that installed my central air and furnace. Both of them were very cordial and on top of things. They arrived shortly after 8:00 am and were here until 6:00 pm. They removed and installed the new units in this time. I dont remember seeing either of them take a break. I highly recommend either of them to do work. As a whole I am very satisfied with the service and treatment I received.

    We had Jake evaluate our sewer drain and he was very nice...very professional, but also just a very nice guy all around. Ours empties into a septic system and were going to have it emptied first, but will have him return afterwards to complete some damage caused by excessive back pressure.So far though, Im very pleased with this service.

    I had my home’s air ducts cleaned today for the first time. Jameson was our technician and did a great job. It usually is a two man job, but it was just him today because they are currently short handed. That didn’t affect his attitude as he did everything a two man team would do and with a positive mindset. He called me about 30 minutes before he arrived, was courteous (wore a mask and booties on his shoes while walking through my house the entire time), professional (developed a plan and let me know how he was going to execute), friendly and helpful (showed me pictures of before and after for multiple ducts to show the difference).The difference was outstanding and will surely help with asthma and allergies when we begin to run our AC this summer.     Could not be more pleased. I called TripleService on Monday November 7th and exlained that my furnace was completely down and needed a replacement before the EXTREME COLD FRONT starting the upcoming weekend.     I will recommend this company to absolutely everyone I know. My furnace, and power both went out at 1am on a Sunday/Monday. I called Triple Service because I saw a mailer on my table as I was panic pacing. Within ten minutes I was on the phone with Jackie (sp) their dispatch agent, and thirty minutes later, they were at my house. When I tell you these are professionals I am not overstating. They explained every detail of what needed doing. Called their HAVOC specialist Shana (sp) who then came out. Did I mention it was during -27 degrees, and a horrific snow storm with no viable roads) She worked diligently until she restored our heat at 9:30 that night. Even having to make extra trips on impassable roadways because my furnace is old, and riddled with issues. The following morning Brian the electrician was back, fixing the damaged fuse box, and again keeping me informed as to not only what he was doing, but the why behind it. A horrible stress inducing ordeal was made much more palatable by hiring people who know exactly what they are doing. This morning, two days after this all began they even gave me a follow up call just to check in and make sure everything was up to par. You truly do get what you pay for! And here you get exemplary customer service.
