    We had a great experience with Watters Plumbing for our two bathroom remodel. “Sales person Jarred” arrived on time explained how the process would work. “Carpenter Mark”, Electrician Mark” and “Plumber Al” were easy to work with. They had some good ideas but also listened to yours. They arrived on time to start the day and worked steady until mid-afternoon. I would recommend Watters Plumbing and would use them in the future.

    Very happy with my bathroom remodel! Swapped a shower/tub for a walk in shower, removed 6 layers of old floor and replaced it with new subfloor & vinyl, moved toilet and vanity locations, and more work in my basement. All employees were courteous, professional, extremely hard working, and cleaned up after every day. Jared the carpenter was excellent and very patient working with my 100 year old house. I cant remember the plumbers names, but they did a great job too. Mike stopped by after the project was complete to go over care instructions and answer any questions. He adjusted the showers water pressure up for me so now its perfect.Im just doing the painting now and a few other finishing touches, but my bathroom is already drastically improved!     Watters is great! Jared was prompt, friendly, and had great communication. Brian, the carpenter, and Al from plumbing took a lot of pride in their work. Again, prompt, friendly, and great to work with. Brian did the follow up post construction and was great as well.I deal with a lot of contractors in my professional life and would recommend Watters.

    We had Watters plumbing remove our tub/shower and install a new walk in shower . We had Jared come out to give us an estimate. His communication and commitment to give us every detail that we needed to make a decision was excellent! We had a few high pressure salesman come out for estimates ,so having Jared here was a great relief. Mark and Al were the installers which was another great experience. They were on time ,very polite,informative and did awesome work. We were very impressed with the clean up after they were done each day as well . Mike came out the following week and again communication,on time, a big plus . Mike walk us through everything from shower functions and the best way to maintain our new shower . We will definitely work with Watters plumbing again .

    Watters was amazing in solving a situation with my very difficult remodel. My bathroom is tiny and they had to take out an iron claw tub to install a shower with very limited options. It did take a while but in the end I am very happy. These are all the people I worked with: Mike, Jarred’l, Brian, Al, Dylan and MJ. They also offered to support me in any issues since I have old pipes and sediment can build up. Great job.

    My thanks to Jared, Brian, Al, Mike, and the electrical team for an excellent remodel experience. I had 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet/laundry room brought up to date. Connecting online and setting up the in-home consultation was easy. The shopping visit to the showroom was low-keyed and unhurried. I left feeling satisfied with my bath, shower, floor, and cabinet choices. The work began in the timeframe promised. I am so impressed with how the job was managed and the clean-up afterward. The in-home visit to close out the project was very helpful, addressing my questions about cleaning and care. I would definitely work with the Watters Plumbing team again.

    1 Shower/Tub & 1 Shower Stall replaced.Our adventure started off with Jared the Sales person contacting me and setting up an appt. discuss what our project will entail and rough scheduling. His knowledge and suggestions were spot on.The install team Jared and Jason were outstanding, they would stop and answer any questions/concerns and made sure everything was understood about what they were doing, I cannot say enough about their cleanliness these guys were amazing.Both the Shower/Tub & the Shower Stall turned out amazing. The bath with the Shower Stall also had flooring done and again no disappointment, old flooring removed, new sub-floor went down and the finished product is incredible.The Plumber, Al did an outstanding job, and again answered any questions was easy to talk to and was clean and thorough.And finally, Mike their supervisor came out to go over all the products used for care and maintenance, he was thorough, easy to talk to and answered all my questions.The Watters team that I had my experience with was definitely a Class A team, these guys were absolutely great.Thank You Guys.

    Wow! We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom remodel from Watter’s Plumbing. Jared and Brad did an amazing job on the installation. They were both Super down to earth, friendly and open to suggestions and small alterations. Rhonda and Mike at the store were absolutely amazing to work with, from the first visit for measurements, to selecting all of the textures and fixtures, it was first class all the way.     After having our pipes snaked we were told there was a crack in a pipe under the concrete in the basement, it was urgent to repair.I had spoken to several plumbers, and the customer service and scheduling people with Watters Plumbing is what made me schedule to begin with. They were here within a day, the tech was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions, I ask a lot. He was patient enough to explain things on my level. In 2 days the repair was completed. He cleaned up after himself and again answered all the questions... Definitely recommend!

    OMG!!!! Watters Plumbing!!!! They are so wonderful their work is perfection and promptness! No mess left behind they came in in the morning and they were done before 5 PM fantastic work and the gentleman that I work with by the name of Dylan is amazing.     Phil came and helped us repair/install many items that were broken in our recently purchased older home. Plumbing service is never inexpensive, but we felt we received great service for the money. We will definitely use Watters plumbing as our go to plumbing resource.We also used Watters Plumbing for our bath remodel and we love it! Jerrod planned it with us and Mark installed it. I am a picky customer and they were very patient and it looks beautiful. We would definitely recommend them.

    Brian from Watters plumbing took out our bathtub, prepped the walls and floor and installed a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. He was on time, courteous and friendly. At the end of the day, he cleaned up and left no mess. He was very particular and did quality work. Before he started each day he put tarps on the floors that he would have to walk through to get to the bathroom. The project took 2 days. We are happy with the whole experience beginning with the salesman (Jared) who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy.

    Our hot water heater stopped working over the weekend. We called a local plumber we have used for years. They came out and quoted us an astronomical price. We decided to get a few more quotes. I will say all of the other quotes were much more reasonable than our first. However, Watters had a very efficient process and they were able to quote the project over the phone and had same day service availability. We had a very nice technician who had everything done in less than two hours. My husband and I were beyond impressed. Thankful we shopped around. It saved us thousands of dollars.

    4 years ago we had a battery back up sump pump system installed by Watters Plumbing, Inc. For the second time since installing it it has been worth every penny! 36 hours in to this power outage and it still has charge and we do not have a drop of water in our basement. Well worth the investment in my opinion, I highly recommend getting one installed by Watters!

    The Plumber that showed up was perfect. Polite,professional, knowledgeable and most important patient with all of our questions. Watters Plumbing was here Monday to assess by 4pm Wednesday the job was complete. Which included busting up concrete replacing cracked pipes under the 3ft of concrete and pouring/finishing new concrete. Highly recommended! And most important very friendly to our dog, even brought him a treat..

    I recently had a new shower surround installed in my bathroom and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. Mike was knowledgeable about the installation process, timely with all communication, and patient as I went back and forth on a style/pattern selection for the shower. When Brian came out to complete the project he was on time, professional, friendly, and did a great job installing the surround. Overall I dont think I could have had a better experience, really impressed with all aspects of the sale and project completion.

    I had a bad leak in my bathroom. I called around & when I called Watters Plumbing, they were so kind & had a professional plumber come out that day🤗My plumber was Ryan J. He was on time & immediately checked both bathrooms and diagnosed the leak & repaired it as soon as he discovered what it was. Ryan explained everything to me to the extent that I had no questions, I was very pleased & relieved at what the leak was caused from but more so at how he took the time to explain to me what was going on. His professionalism & communication skills were fantastic. I felt comfortable with Ryan in my home. I feel Ryan is a excellent example & representation of what Watters Plumbing is. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or even question his diagnostic work. I would & will recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. Watters would be my first choice. With employees like Ryan, I would not want to go anywhere else. Ryan deserves high marks from me and should be recognized by his peers & supervisors.     26 year old Water heater finally saw its end. Called Watters Plumbing in hopes of getting a new one within a few days. Im sure this may not be a common ooccurrence with the worlds supply shortages and such however our new water heater is being installed immediately. Only hours later. Amazing job by all at the office in communicating with each other and the field techs. Very very impressed with Watters Plumbing and Jasons professionalism with installation. Merry Christmas!!!

    I needed a water heater replaced fast after our old one sprung a leak. I wasnt sure who to call, but after reading all the good reviews of Watters Plumbing I decided to give them a call. I was happy I did. They were able to schedule a service visit for the afternoon of the same day I called. Ryan showed up promptly at 2:00pm and I had a new water heater by 3:30pm. Ryan was very professional and gave me reasonable options for replacing my water heater. No pressure or up selling. Ryan came back the next day and picked up the old water heater after it finished draining. He also cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Watters and will use them for future plumbing needs.

    Ryan and Cletus have been a pleasure to work with. Cletus ripped out 30 yr old shower/tub combo unit, capped off plumbing and added new drain for walk in shower project.     My sister and I needed our bathroom updated. Mike gave us a quote that was reasonable and guaranteed the work. We had also bought new kitchen faucets because ours were starting to pit. Mike included the faucet work for free with the bathroom quote, so we were able to get the work done. The carpenter (Brian) and the plumber (Phil) were both very helpful, professional, and their work is amazing!We highly recommend Watters for any work in your home.

    Watters Plumbing was Phenomenal!!!! Starting with Remodeling Coordinator Sami Schmidt and Mike Leatherman helping us plan and answering all our questions for our new Bathroom remodel. We gutted and replaced everything in upstairs bathroom and added a shower and new flooring in the downstairs bathroom. Brian and Jared (Carpenters) were exceptional. They asked questions and explained everything so the remodel was done to best of there ability. Both went above and beyond expectations. Paul the election also above and beyond with exceptional service. Brad (Plumber) did a wonderful job. Also giving very good advice and making sure everything was done right.     Updated ReviewWatters Plumbing gained a Customer after my first experience (See Below) with them. Just had them back to replace an outside faucet. Should have done it when it was warmer. Phil Hansen showed up at 8am and had the job completed by 9:30am. Great work! I will have them back in a month or two to have some inside work done.When a plumbing issue happens on a weekend it inconveniences you and the person you have to call. Thats what happened to me when I had a sump pump issue. Kirk Knight showed up and fixed the problem. I cant thank him enough for the job he did. What made it worse was the fact that he had to reinstall a faulty brand new pump that I had just purchased that morning. I drove all the way back to the store I purchased it at and exchanged it for another new one. He waited patiently for me to return. Thank goodness this one worked. Thank you again Kirk. Great job!

    We had both our bathrooms remodeled during covid. To be honest, we did hit some snags when we first started the process Feb/ March, but I dont believe it was intentional and we told them we werent in a huge rush. Overall we are very happy with the finished products. Rhonda does a great job of leading you down the path of picking out the different parts so they compliment each other and are a good investment. But we never got the feeling she was trying to oversell. When it came to the demo/install week plus a few days, they have it down to a science. And there were some problems that needed to be figured out through the demo / install process. Brad did the plumbing work quickly, neatly and he was off to the next job. We give Brian 5+ stars for the demo and install. Considering how dusty the process is to take out the old fiberglass and everything else, there was very little evidence outside the work areas. He really is a neat, professional jack-of-all trades, figure-it-out-on-the-fly kind of guy - from the acrylic surround, to the floors, to patching and blending the walls.

    Excellent service! They did a partial bathroom remodel for us and everyone we met with was incredibly nice and helpful. We love the finished product and the main worker Brian who fixed our shower was incredible! He brought dog treats even and became friends with our very shy puppy. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be calling again with any projects we may come across!

    I was replacing my sink and countertop when I realized I needed a plumber to redo the piping and install a new garbage disposal ASAP. I called Watters Plumbing who said they could have someone come in 2 days. Two hours later they called me to say they could get someone to my house in an hour. Ryan showed up and had all the work done in a very short period of time. Workmanship was outstanding and the fee was very reasonable for what he did!

    We just finished a remodel of our main bathroom. Everything went very well and we love the look of our bathroo.     What a gem! Watters has been out twice, once to install a new sink and faucet and once to unclog my drain and disposal. Beautiful job on the sink and faucet and quick and reasonable for the disposal. Pricing interpretation is relative to perception, that said, Im happy with the value and quality jobs done!

    Had Watters come in on Tuesday due to my own dumb doing for a shower facet, valve, drain, and shower head install. I broke the pipe to the housing of the valve so got above my pay grade. The plumber did a good job and was a nice guy. He was here for about 2.5 hours. It was a little more than I thought I would spend (just over $500 for labor only) but Im sure if I didnt bust the pipe it would have been cheaper and less time consuming. Probably will find someone cheaper next time around but would recommend Watters if asked.

    Updated our entire 40+ year old bathroom. Jared came to our house and was instrumental in assisting us in the design of our new bathroom. We were concerned from the start about high pressure sales similar to some other companies in the area but quickly found this is NOT the way Jared works with his customers, he was concerned with helping us not signing a contract! He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything. Installation was the same, Brian, Mark, and Al all did a great professional job, answered questions and cleaned up each day. Mike came a couple of weeks after completion to insure bathroom was completely done to our satisfaction and expectations, he also thoroughly went through maintaining the shower etc..     Had a leaking hose connected to washing machine frozen by mineral deposits. I almost broke pipe trying to remove it. Watters was able to get hose off and stop leak. Very pleasant service person. Would gladly call Watters back for any future issues.

    Had a slow bathroom sink drain we called about. Was not an emergency but they were able to fit us in the same day we called. Explained options to snake the pipes (short term fix) or install new a new drain pipe which was a more permanent fix. Tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Did great work and cleaned up thoroughly after he completed the job. Always very happy with the work Watters Plumbing does and will not hesitate to call them again.

    We had a truly lovely experience from beginning to end working with Watters’ team when we built our house five years ago. Tonight, the on call gentleman gave us wonderful guidance after our 4 year old dropped my diamond wedding ring down the bathtub drain. He was responsive, kind, and so very helpful.     I contacted Watters plumbing for a bathroom in our old farmhouse that needed a tub surround and new fixtures. Mike Leatherman came out to see the project and described what they could do. When I mentioned I would also have to contact someone about a new floor, Mike mentioned they could do that as well! It was EXACTLY what I needed and wanted done. I met with Rhonda DeLeeuw to pick out fixtures and set up dates and times for the work. She was excellent at getting the project details all worked out for me. Brian came out and completed the work. He checked with me throughout the project asking before each step to make sure things were going exactly as I wanted. This team was professional, personable, and friendly from start to finish. My old bathroom looks great and the price was better than all of the other quotes I received which did not even include the floor! After completion, Mike stopped out again to explain the lifetime warranty and cleaning tips for the new bathroom surround and fixtures. They made it clear that they would be there to help down the road if I ever have any concerns. I feel so confident that this company stands by their work and their products.
