Hands down the best customer experience I’ve had since I’ve been in Memphis. I hired him to mount the tv. The tv was broken so we had to take it back to the store at 9 pm and he came back and mounted it again no problem same night free of charge. We got to talking about general home repairs for my house, somehow we ended up in the kitchen looking at my cabinets and drawers. This guy fixed my cabinets and realigned my drawers. For fun.! He does way more than just mount tvs.

Pro Mount did an excellent job of listening to our needs and then giving us a couple of different options on how to proceed along with costs. We set an appointment for the install and Spencer and Billy did a great job installing a TV mount over our fireplace that allows us to pull the TV down in front of the mantle when in use and then pushed back above the mantle when we want it out of the way. They also did a good job of cleaning up once the job was done. Very personable! I would definitely hire them again.

ProMount is the way to go. They installed my patio television and electrical socket outlet perfectly. They had to work between my master bedroom and patio for the outlet installation and without me asking/requesting they used booties (shoe covers) so they didn’t track any debris inside my home or on my bedroom rug. The television is perfectly mounted with no displayed wires. The outlet required a partial brick of my patio be removed which was done and looks fabulous. Lastly, they thoroughly cleaned up their work area after the job was complete (minor detail but that goes a long way when rating a contractor/business professionalism). I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
