    I just want to start out by saying Jimmy is a jewel and I am so glad to have found his service! He came out and gave me an estimate soon after I contacted them. He was excellent at communicating throughout the whole process. The job was done on the scheduled time and I am very pleased. I highly recommend them and will be doing future business.

    Jimmie Dennis ( Owner of Rays Electric ) and his team did an amazing job installing my Generac system. Professionally coordinated with Clay Electric to cut power for their safety.Chris and Marshall are two outstanding employees for the company.There is not enough Star ⭐️ buttons to click on for them or I would keep adding Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️I truly and highly recommend his company!!!!!!

    Chris and Marshall came immediately when I called with a circuit breaker problem. Then persisted until the cause was found.... Knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with.Update...had them back for alot of remodel work in a challenging home. They were prompt, professional, code and safety conscious, and not afraid to tackle a few unique challenges - which they did with creative problem solving. Ill have them back again over the next few months of this peoject.. I recommend highly wirh no reservations!Update 6 months later...brought them into a kitchen remodel project with many challenging issues and needed updates. They offered her advice on the latest features possible and all budget options, and provided sophisticated technical knowledge and excellent workmanship. My client was very happy with Jimmy and all his technicians from beginning to end.

    Rays Electric is doing the wiring for the Putnam County Library System security system. They come in and do what they are scheduled to do with no goofing off or avoiding the work.     Rays Electric replaced my meter box. They ran into a snag in the scheduling with the power company but Jimmy went above and beyond to get it resolved. The electrician Marschal who did the work was courteous and professional. I always say that you learn how efficient a company is when everything goes right but you learn about their character when problems arise. Rays Electric could have left me hanging but took the time to deal with the glitch. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Very nice and professional staff that worked at my home. Had to return when newly purchased ceiling fans did not work and had to be exchanged. Very timely in rescheduling the install of replaced fans. Cleaned up after completing the work. Will definitely call them again when electrical work is needed. They are busy so a little patience is needed to get the work scheduled - worth the wait!!! Highly recommend.

    I had recently been experiencing electrical outages with flickering outside lights and contacted Rays Electric of Keystone. Jimmy the owner suggested I contact my electric company and have them check my outside power meter to ensure that their was no fluctuation or interruption of power coming to my house. Clay Electric was notified and check the outside power source leading to my house. All tests showed no interruption of fluctuation in external power leading to my house.With that said I contacted Jimmy, at Rays Electric of Keystone, and let him know that Clay Electric had been at my house and everything was good to go on their end. He was able to schedule me an appointment and sent one of his electricians to my house.Mr. Marschal notified me via text and let me know he was enroute to my property. Upon his arrival he introduced himself and I gave him the history of the electrical problem I was currently experiencing and the additional electrical work which was added to my property since I gained ownership.Mr Marschal went right to work by checking the internal electrical power box and verified which outlets were affected and identified the main source of the speratic electrical outages. Mostly attributed to a bad 15 amp fuse which was burned out and not fully connected. He was able to replace with a new 15 amp circuit fuse to the power panel.Mr Marschal also took the time and identified outside power outlets that showed no power going to the outdoor outlets, as well as, the outdoor electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans on both my backyard patio and my dock.Mr Marschal was diligent, professional and able to find trace the source to be that of a GFI outlet, located in the master bathroom, which was tripped to the off position and able to reset the GFI - back to the on position.All of my electrical issues and concerns were fixed and functioning correctly.In closing, I would highly recommend RaysElectrical company to anyone who may be having an electrical issue. Thank you Jimmy and Thank you Mr. Marschal for doing what yall do to keep our electricity running correctly and our homes electrically safe.Sincerely Appreciated,Bill BigleySemper Fidelis

    When a tree fell on my house and knocked out the power, Rays was able to come as soon as the tree was removed and restored my power.     We had what was a possible tornado come thru less then 48 hours ago(Saturday night) I called left a message and Jimmy/owner called me at 7am today and my power pole, breaker box and the electric company all coordinated by Ray’s had my power back on in less then 8 hours. I only would use Ray’s electric for my home and highly recommend them to anyone. TheyJimmy, handled everything with my Insurance adjuster as well.     Jimmy at Ray’s Electric could not have been more helpful‼️‼️ Several of my outlets went dead on Friday. He told me what to do over the weekend and then he had someone out here Monday morning at 9:00.The young man who came worked very methodically until he found the obscure unused outlet that was causing the problem.And the price was most reasonable. I highly recommend Ray’s Electric!!!!
