We were so happy with our service with Smartwire. Jessica was so awesome to chat with. She immediately got us a quote when we called, I was able to text photos of what I needed and she responded immediately. She also got us on the schedule within 4 days!Their technicians were on time, quick and made our new outlets look nice.During our consult, the master electrician even noticed our panel may have some recalled products in there. Alerting us of this was so helpful. I was able to research, find the recall notice and reach out to the manufacturer that helped us identify that our panel, thankfully, was in the clear. I felt that the electrician went above and beyond to let us know this information and provided a prompt quote when I requested. We really appreciated it!Thank you to Smartwire for all their help! As always, the communication from the dispatcher was consistent and personable. The dispatcher texted me as it got closer to my appointment and noted that they might be a little late. For me, this was a major perk because I didnt have to take the day off or leave work early to wait during a window of time.Their technicians were just as personable and knowledgeable about my issue, which was a malfunctioning light timer for my front porch. They even tolerated my barking dog. This is the fourth or fifth time Ive had to use them (repairs and renovation). No plans to switch.

Back in May, we needed a small chandelier installed as a surprise with a narrow window to complete the project. When the first company we had scheduled was unable to do the project, they referred us to Bubba at Smartwire, who fit us in the very next day. He and his assistant had everything installed and working in no time, all at a very reasonable cost. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing work from Smartwire. I sent a message on a Saturday about getting a 6 awg wire installed for an electric vehicle. They immediately responded and set an appointment for 9am on Monday.Russell and Josh showed up, I explained where Id like the box and they quickly got to work. It was somewhat of a tough job, running the thick wire through the attic, ceiling, and walls, but they handled it with no issue and went above and beyond. They were careful to make as little mess as possible and cleaned everything up before leaving. The installation looks great and I couldnt be any happier. Will be using them for all my other electrical needs.

This was the first time my husband and I needed to call an electrician, so weve been pretty fortunate until now. The first company we reached out to came highly recommended, but they ended up being surprisingly difficult to work with—something as simple as coordinating the appointment became a hassle. Thankfully, one of our neighbors suggested Smartwire, and it was a completely different experience. They answered right away, and working with them was a breeze. Andrew, who I believe is the owner, handled almost everything personally. He even managed to get one of their master electricians, Bubba, out to us within just a couple of days. Bubba was incredible—he identified and fixed the issue the same day! Both Andrew and Bubba were fantastic, and we cant recommend Smartwire enough—if we could, wed give them 5 1/2 stars!

Despite it being a relatively small job, it was treated with importance and professionalism. Andrew responded to my call for a quote right away and was able to get the job on the schedule within two business days. The team arrived on time, communicated well and finished quickly. The job was very fairly priced. Id definitely hire Smartwire again and highly recommend them to anyone!

We have used Smartwire for two separate projects! Each project was done with professionalism, extreme attention to detail, and high level communication. Jarrod, our electrician, walked us through plans each morning and listened to our concerns while providing feedback on positive modifications if they were needed. Their team continuously cleaned between each step of the project and left no detail out. They are meticulous about having it done correctly and more importantly, safely. One of our projects was very detailed and they embraced the challenge and it came out beautifully. I will continue to use Smartwire for additional projects in the future and would recommend them to others! Several neighbors share in positive experiences as well!

A light fixture came loose and would not be as simple as reattaching. I needed this to be fixed within 24 hours because I am putting my house on the market. This was my first time using Smartwire360 and though I chose them simply based on availability, I can now say the experience was speedy and excellent. The estimate came right away and the service was worth it. Upon arrival, we inspected the fixture and the team immediately knew what to do which is relieving for a homeowner like me. What a wonderful experience with SmartWire! I had a small job (two bathroom fans were not working, and I had a kitchen switch which needed looking into) and I was treated as if it was a huge project. I was very impressed. Communication was extremely prompt, professional/courteous. The inhome inspection/free quote was done efficiently and the next day, two gentleman arrived on time and were just as polite and professional as the person who gave the originial quote (I will add due to pandemic everyone I met with wore masks/gloves and took every precaution). The price was lower than I anticipated! Very reasonable!! I have found my company for any electrical/lighting needs I may have in the future, and I highly recommend them to you as well.

Smartwire 360I own a commercial building in Mechanicsville and was looking for someone to replace the lights on the exterior of my building to LEDs to save on the energy bill. I gave smartwire 360 a call to get a proposal on converting everything. After the initial visit Dennis and Bubba informed me that I qualify for a rebate program that Dominion energy was offering and I would get money back for converting everything. Once I received the proposal and saw how much I would get back for installing the new fixtures it was a no brainer to convert everything. The smartwire team came out after all the fixtures arrived and installed everything in two days. The best part of it all I have saved 2/3 on the energy bill every month since everything was installed and not to mention a lifetime of savings. Knowledge of lighting options for the exterior of our home was excellent. Installation was performed promptly and professionally during our home remodeling, working seamlessly with the existing on-the-job contractors. The resulting mood lighting installed on our home is the talk of the neighborhood and just about everyone who drives past our house after dark. Added touches included a dimmer feature to get the just-right contrast with the background house exterior, and a programmable computer that knows dusk in our area so the lighting comes on each night at the correct time. Likely not the least expensive way to add exterior lighting, but certainly the best and most cost effective. You get what you pay for!
