Roy was extremely generous and kind in spending 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through how to make an aluminum wired home safe and going through the different options. He went above and beyond to provide resources and to try to support me through a difficult situation in which I found myself under contract for a home that was discovered to have aluminum wiring. I havent yet hired Roy to do the work, but based on my experience so far, I feel confident he is trustworthy, caring, skilled, thorough and knowledgable.

Great to work with this company! With online scheduling I got my first choice in an appointment time and it was confirmed back within minutes, even on a Sunday morning! He took care of installing all new smoke detectors for us quickly and was very reasonably priced. This will definitely be our go to electrician from now on!

We are in the process of a bathroom remodel and due to a change in our project, found ourselves in need of an electrician to move a switch and outlet. Mr Schoolfield was so professional. He came out to see our project the very next day, provided me an estimate and went to work. Scheduling the appointment online was so easy. Mr Schoolfield arrived perfectly on time as scheduled. I sincerely appreciate his help as it kept our project from being delayed. His prices were fair and the final price was exactly what we were estimated. We definitely will use him again and I recommend him highly!

I used Schoolfield electric to install a Generac generator in my home. Roy and his associate Ray did an awesome job. I could not be more pleased with the work performed. I also had them do the wiring for a hot tub. They did the wiring in such a manner that I have no worries about the power at all. Roy, and one of his employees, Ray, were very professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. They came when they said they would come, and did what they said they would do, and then some. That is hard to find with most contractors these days! I had the power go out in a portion of my home on a Sunday and this service returned my phone call immediately and was at my door in less than an hour! They were cordial, efficient and very knowledgeable. Not only did the owner do the work himself and fix my problem, he went above and beyond and checked multiple other outlets in my home. And not to mention, for a weekend service call, the price was GREAT! I highly recommend this service!

R.W. Schoolfield Electrical Contractors did an outstanding job of isolating our electrical problem that I believed we inherited from the previous owners. It was an intermitant problem and hard for us to say exactly what was causing the problem. They were able to isolate the problem and are 99% sure of what they found was the cause of the problem. During his troubleshooting procedure he must have gone up and down the stairs 20 to 30 times trying different scenarios to isolate the problem. So far so good so it looks like his 99% assumption of problem fixed is a winner. My thanks to R.W. Schoolfield Electrical Contractors. They were also very friendly and courteous and kept us informed as to what they were testing.

Roy came out to my very old house, the electrical has been messed up for a while. The previous owner did some crazy wiring to a few parts of my house. Roy came in and took every outlet and switch and chased down every wire, replaced outlets with the correct outlet and re-wired in the correct order. Now my house works perfectly. I would definitely use Roy again!
