I had originally called a different plumber on a Friday when I had a leak in my basement. They never showed up. I called Don and Melissa Saturday morning and they showed up to fix the leak. They had my job done so fast and everything was clean when they left. Very appreciative. Good company to use, will use them exclusively from now on! Highly recommend.

I called one day and left a message for ac service. Received a text shortly after setting up a service check/repair for the following morning. It was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price! Great service and easy to work with! I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to everyone!

Don and Melissa were contacted late Friday afternoon, about a complete house blockage that had been looked at days earlier by another plumbing company who said they would have to dig up our yard with a backhoe and install another clean out and wait till middle of following week. Hometown was out by noon on a Saturday had us up and flowing within 30 minutes. Very kind and professional and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need.

I was so impressed with the customer service provided during our repair. I was out of town & couldnt be home when we had our plumbing emergency. They were able to make it to our house the same day to make the needed repairs. This level of customer service is so hard to find these days & is so appreciated when emergencies happen. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs needed.

Phenomenal work! Had a number of projects lined up for Hometown and the day he was going to tackle those our A/C went out. Don made time and quickly got our A/C back up and running. He also knocked out all of the other projects, no problem! Highly recommend!!!

Hometown Plumbing and Heating is my go to for any of my plumbing needs. I can call or text Don Leathers at any time and he returns my call within a few minutes. Don is very prompt and professional. If he is unable to get to your house when scheduled Don will contact you. He doesn’t leave you setting and waiting. He checks out the problem and makes the appropriate repairs. He does not leave a mess for you to clean up. Don is a pleasant person and takes pride in his work! Hometown Plumbing and Heating is a very reputable company!
