    My husband and I hired Josh Miller with Performance Painting for a full home remodel. We connected right away with Josh but more importantly from speaking to him at our first meeting we knew he was knowledgeable, experienced and honest. All throughout the protect, he never wavered and his patience with us was very professional. He offered suggestions but never tried to steer us on anything we didnā€™t want. With a full home demo and remodel we were concerned the entire process would be stressful and frustrating. We encountered a couple of hiccups but Josh was there to assist and resolve issues timely with experienced recommendations. We selected Performance Painting for our home project due to their excellent reviews and Josh sealed the deal for us. We are extremely pleased and thrilled with the results of our home ! We couldnā€™t have asked for a better project manager and company.

    I personally had such a great experience with Performance Painters. Brad and his team were professional and flexible when it came to coordinating with my busy schedule. They were very thorough in explaining the process and consistently checked in to make sure everything turned out how I wanted it. I love the way my condo looks after their help! Brads team was so kind and stayed late to make sure it was finished in time for my new tenants to move in.     Had Performance Painters out to correct numerous exterior problems with my home and do a full exterior paint. They responded very quickly with an excellent crew who repaired every issue I pointed out, and were extremely thorough with caulk, prep and paint. They were very flexible, and were able to pivot on the fly when I requested accent colors for the garage and shutters, and made it look perfect. Salesman Brad Boehm was upfront and transparent with his estimates. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the job they did, and will not hesitate to use them again when the time comes.

    Our experience with PPC was top notch throughout our entire bathroom remodel. They had timely communication and quality workmanship throughout the process, along with a fair price.Our project manager was Josh Miller and we were very pleased with him from start to finish.     Jeff, Daniel, and Ryan did such a fantastic job for us. Our home was built in 1907 and some of the original wood siding was failing. They were able to exactly match and replace the areas that needed it. We were particularly impressed with the care they took in prepping the home prior to painting- scraping, sanding, caulking. The paint job wasnā€™t easy (four colors), it looks great! The workers were on time, worked all day long. They were the hardest workers we have encountered and managed to complete the project much faster than we expected. We could not be happier with our experience and we highly recommend them to others.

    Phenomenal process start to finish. Brad was experienced and helpful on inital quote. His experience was apparent, and he helped troubleshoot next steps while also coaching me on what to be aware of when painting my houses exterior.I got quotes from several companies and it took me some time to decide. Brad wasnt at all pushy and was ready whenever I made my decision.Jesus and his team who came and painted our house were fantastic. Extremely professional and very thorough.Could not be more satisfied with my experience. My only regret is that I didnt hire Performance sooner!

    I want to whole heartedly recommend Performance Painting. We did a total house remodel a few years ago and worked with many contractors. I was not impressed with any thats why I reached out to Performance to do some painting and exterior work with siding.Jeff took care of me from start to finish. Victor and his crew were excellent. The painting is top notch. Better than the former company that did the whole house.We hit a few snags but Jeff and everyone was extremely responsive and took care of everything very quickly to the point where I was completely satisfied.I cannot say I have experienced this kind of work and service with any other company I have worked with.The quote was fast. The price was great. The work even better. The service tip notch.I cant imagine a situation where you would be disappointed with Performance Painting.I recommend you give Jeff a call and if Victor and his crew show up you know its gonna look great.     I had a ceiling repair that I wanted done as soon as possible. I went to four different companies for an estimate and repair. One was too busy to get to it, the next one wanted too much, and another one couldnt make it to his estimate appointment until the next day. The people from Performance Painting were quick to respond, provided a very reasonable quote, and were able to get me on the schedule the very next day. Working Jeff and Manuel made everything easy for me. Jeff explained the process and communicated promptly throughout the repair. Manuel is very professional in manner and talent. He made my damaged ceiling look new again. It is like nothing ever happened!

    My husband, William and I used Performance Painting & Roofing for a baseboard installation and painting job. We knew it was going to be ā€œtrickyā€ as we went from a 2 1/2 inch grooved baseboard to a modern 6 inch baseboard. We knew we also had to find a company with true craftsmen and experience. Performance came through for us totally. Their team members were very responsive and went out of their way to understand and address our needs. William hires a lot of contractors and he was beyond pleased with the craftsmen they provided. Jeff, Lindsey, and Annette addressed our needs and concerns with such integrity and professionalism, we plan on using Performance for more projects. Thank you guys!     Our experience was extremely great. The process was straight forward, and very clear. We discussed with Brad initially on what we wanted to do, and then the team did exactly what we wanted. It was pretty amazing. We were initially thinking it would take two days, and the team was able to complete the texture and painting in one. On top of that, they did a really good job.

Performance Roofing gave us the most value and upgrades for the money. The process was fast and efficient. The regional manager, Brendan was spot on with timing and attention to detail and went out of his way to show us samples, etc. We would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

    Brad and Chuy (Performance Painting) were great. They were available when we called or texted and helped answer many questions. They were true professionals and helped more than what they were required to. We had a problem with an electrical issue immediately after they left and we didnā€™t know if it was caused by them or not but Brad and Chuy both came out on a Saturday to help me fix and it ended up not being caused by them. They were still nice about having to come out and werenā€™t annoyed. The paint job was great and the drywall work was even better. Canā€™t go wrong with them.

    I cannot recommend Performance Painting highly enough. Josh Miller was the project manager who provided the estimate and oversaw the project. Two workers showed up for an entire weekā€™s worth of work. They were punctual, polite, and obviously extremely skilled. Those workers knew what they were doing! I needed to have the exterior of my home repainted, but I also knew that a substantial amount of carpentry work would be needed as well. Performance did not disappoint. My project ended up being more carpentry work than actual exterior painting. I had the entire chimney rebuilt (siding and trim boards), had a beautiful new backdoor installed and the door frame completely reconstructed, and had a mountain of wood replaced (areas of siding, fascia, soffit, etc.). And, of course, the exterior repainted. They started on time and they ended the project on time ā€“ and my house looks brand new. You cannot go wrong if you hire Performance Painting! M.Johnson

    Shawn and Palo did everything right.     We added a closet to our game room and they installed barn doors for us so we can close the game room off when we need to. They did a beautiful job. Weā€™ve been very happy with the results.This is our fourth job with Performance Painting. First was a total kitchen remodel and then we remodeled the bathroom and put a new floor in a bedroom. Each time they finish the job by taking care of the trim, new trim when needed and painting. They are fair in their pricing and do an excellent job.

    Hands down, best experience with a contractor weā€™ve ever had. We wanted to convert our open formal front living space to be an enclosed office, while also converting the dining room to a playroom.Josh was on time, responsive, and gave us reasonable quote from the get go.     I had Performance Painting come out to re-paint almost all of my builder-grade painted walls. The original flat paint was driving me crazy with how uncleanable it was. Jeff was the first person to help me out - he came out in the late Fall and I walked him through the house and he gave me a fair quote for the job. I told him I was going to be ready to execute in the early Spring. By the time I was actually ready (it ended up being Summer) my quote had expired. Jeff was kind enough to come back out, confirm the work, and requote me for the job. He gave me some great advice on what types of paint I should consider and got me scheduled. At the office Angie sent me the quote over and I realized I forgot to get the kitchen island included when chatting with Jeff. She was so responsive and helpful by getting with Jeff and updating the quote to the addition I was asking for. When paint day came Manuel came out and did an excellent job. An HVAC leak caused damage to a ceiling requiring replacement of drywall and new paint. The crew arrived on time, were courteous and were very good about explaining what to expect.     Josh Miller Project Manager with Performance Painting on the Good Contractors List did an amazing job with our home. We had hired another contractor that was not on the Good Contractors list and had to let them go. We realized instead of updating our living room, two halls, laundry room, kitchen, and dining room they were making a disaster of the project. Josh came and looked over what had been done and explained how he would correct everything. Unfortunately, that individual did an extremely poor jobā€¦completely miss-aligning drawers, and the quality of painting done was subpar.Instead of making excuses and dragging his feet, Joe immediately hired a new crew of painters and also hired a cabinet crew to realign each cabinet perfectly at no additional charge. Joe was responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our cabinets perfect. Would highly recommend Performance Painting!

No, but the saying is true that you get what you pay for.     We have come back to Performance Painting time and time again. This time the house is new construction and the builder cut corners (on a cost plus contract) and his paint provider didnt prime the drywall and thinned out the paint so when they were done we could see bare spots and uneven application of the product - it didnt look like it had been painted. We brought in Performance Painting and they brought their usual high level of professionalism. When they finished we had the high end look this house deserves! This is our go to paint provider!!

After remodeling our house for 8 years and seeing several contractors come and go; there is one who is light years ahead of every one else; that is Performance Painting!I cannot believe the service. I had called several companies that wanted to nickle and dime me to death! For example, on having our baseboards painted everyone wanted to charge for the first coat, the second coat, and so forth. For some strange reason Performance Painting wanted my base boards to shine! So, they painted the baseboards several times and only charged for the first time at a low price.The bottom line: BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF PERFORMANCE PAINTINGS WORK WE WERE ABLE TO SELL OUR HOUSE FOR MORE DOUBLE OF WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR IT!!!!!Thank you Jerry & Omar.You guys are the BEST!

    Update: owner saw review and corrected the scheduling issue. Completed the work at a discount, it was alot of prep work involved also. No way I would be able to do all that.The guy that came and gave a quote seemed ok and knowledgeable, only trouble they never showed up to do the work after months of asking. I ended up just doing it myself, painters in this city all just ghost you unless its a whole house repaint.
