We hired Superior to restore our home after a pipe burst in our kitchen. From day one they were extremely professional and attentive. Fred, our project manager, shared our vision for the remodel and made it a reality. Jorge, the lead, worked tirelessly replacing walls, floors, stairs, cabinets, tile, and the list goes on. My wife and I have been completely impressed with this entire process and how smoothly everything went. We are so thankful we called Superior Construction Services.

After a slow unknown water leak from our kitchen faucet, we had to have our kitchen gutted. Unfortunately we chose another company at first and they were unresponsive and unprofessional. I did more research and came across Superior and I’m so glad I did.They were amazing. Patrick our project manager was attentive and available no matter the time of day.I would highly recommend Superior.They are honest and professional and that’s very hard to find these days.

Fantastic company. When a tree fell on my home and smashed the roof in, Superior Construction made the recovery quick and painless. From day one we had a dedicated project manager working with us and for us at all times. They handled everything, including the claims process with our adjuster. Our family was able to move on with life, almost as though nothing had ever happened. Add to that the fact that their workmanship is incredible. My home looks better now than it did before! I have zero reservations recommending their company to my friends and family. If you are In need of construction or restoration work you won’t regret calling Superior construction.

Jonathan Anderson and his company Superior Construction walked me through the difficult process of restoring my home after an incident involving water and mold damage. The entire house was gutted down to the studs to remediate the damage. Superior rebuilt and painted walls, hung new doors, and put in hardwood flooring and tile throughout. We installed all new cabinetry in the bathrooms and kitchen plus all new stainless appliances and lighting fixtures. What absolutely amazed me was Jonathan was able to upgrade my home interior well beyond my expectations while staying within the budget set by the insurance company. I was so impressed him and his team that I asked them to finish the partially remodeled basement on my own nickel. I am extremely pleased with the results and the timeline on which they were completed. I can not recommend Jonathan and Superior Construction highly enough. I am so pleased with the restoration work done by Jonathan and Superior Construction. After a pipe leak in an upstairs bathroom there was extensive water damage throughout my home including walls, ceilings, and almost all the flooring in the house. It was a 3 month project that went very smoothly. Communication with Jonathan was excellent and the crew was great to work with. I would use this company again and recommend to anyone needing home repairs/remodeling/additions.

Great service after a bad water leak!Our Superior Construction lead, Patrick Mangione, promptly and professionally assessed the damage, coordinated people to repair it, and helped finalize claim settlement with our insurer.Throughout, Patrick kept us informed of workers’ schedules and worked around ours. Without hesitation he accommodated every extra task we requested. Plus, he was always immediately responsive to texts and calls - even on a Sunday.The real proof is in the pudding, though - how well the work is done - and his crews did excellent jobs, from sheetrock and painting to refinishing wooden floors.Superior Construction is on my speed dial for any future projects!Bob, retired army colonel

Superior Construction Services saved the day and my house. As nature would have it, my roof began leaking during a week where rain was forecasted for the whole week and the next week was a holiday week. Superior Construction Services came out on a holiday, surveyed my roof and fixed it the same day! I must say as a first time home owner I was a nervous wreck, but they eased my nerves and as you would have it, rain came pouring down the very next day BUT there were absolutely no leaks! Thank you so much Superior Construction Services. We can’t wait to use you for some remodeling of our home.

We had water damages to the first floor of the house in September 2019, due to a bathroom pipe burst. The drying, clean-up and removal was done by another company. But we were not comfortable with all the contractors that came to evaluate for the restoration, until Patrick came in February 2020, representing Superior quite well.Then the job of restoration started: the walls were restored and painted, new flooring laid, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter-tops installed.I applaud Patricks professionalism and caring attitude as he handled the project. His knowledge of the insurance process, coupled with his patience was very comforting to me at that very time.Jorge, the painter did a superb job.I also want to commend Jonathan, the owner in the way he handled the matter at the end due to the pandemic.I will surely recommend Superior, they are superior indeed!God bless!Bisi

A tree fell on my parents house and caused serious damage to the roof, interior of home and knocked down the 2nd story deck. They were able to not only fix the damaged property to back to new but what I appreciated the most was that they really hung in there with me through the whole process. The insurance company didnt want to pay out what was needed for the project, I went through 3 different adjusters and the project manager was there each time to explain how extensive the work would be and finally I got the needed funds. Thanks for the good quality work and most of all your support through the process, which is invaluable.

An undetected leak at our kitchen sink resulted in extensive water damage- cabinet damage and over 1600 square foot of hardwood flooring replaced. We were quite satisfied with the work of Superior Construction Services of McDonough. Jonathan Anderson met with us promptly to define the scope of work and was timey in his scheduling subs and overall communication with me and our insurance company.

I had two water leaks in November. I called Champion cleaning and mold remediation. They were out the next day. Jonathan, owner of Superior Construction came that day as well to look at what they would have to do. I was devasted to realize that half my house was going to have to be pretty much gutted. Jonathan assured me that he would have us back in the house by Christmas. That was my main concern. Sure enough after the mold remediation was over, Jonathan had a crew over the next day. Jorge was there all the time working so hard with the best attitude and kindness. Thats extremely important when a family is uprooted living in a hotel. I cant say enough about what a great job they did. We were able to move back in December 18th. Promises kept and top knotch job. I highly recommend Superior Construction. While i was working in a small town, on a unconventional project and with an aggressive film schedule and challening budget, I met Jonathan and Wendy Anderson, the owners of Superior Contstruction. Everyone on their team met the daily challenges with professionalism and always showed up with a great attitude. Whenever a ball dropped, Jonathan was there to pick it up. I always felt like i was in good hands. They are extremely dependable and the guys worked as long as it took to get the project done in time and executed to meet the quality expectations. I really could not have pulled off this project without them.

Patrick & Superior Construction was exactly as named— Superior. I needed someone to fix major water damage from shoddy construction (by someone else) in an upstairs bathroom. Pipes burst and water came falling through 2 floors. We had to rip walls out down to the studs on the main floor and basement. Superior Construction handled all of it and did excellent work. They were courteous, communicative, on time, and always made sure I knew what was going on. If I had a question or concern, they addressed it immediately. Now that it’s all done, I’m very happy with the result. I can’t imagine navigating such a major repair project with anyone else. I would highly recommend!

Jonathan and Patrick remodeled our offices and took us from the 90’s to 2020. Our schedule was very tight because everyday our business was closed represented a significant loss for us. Communication was solid and the crews were quick to get in and put the project together like we requested. There were a couple scheduling hiccups but Jonathan was all over it and got things back on track. Check out our before and after pictures. We are super happy and back to work.

Superior Construction recently helped us with a major remodel and update to our beloved Lakehouse. Right from the beginning, Jonathan and his crew provided a “Superior” experience. We especially appreciated the creative design input! As the work progressed, a few problems with the house were encountered, but Superior always had a solution! The scope of the work included framing, drywall, turning horrible stippled ceilings into gorgeous flat ceilings, tile, trim, wood flooring, toilet replacement, and even exterior work... new front door and updating the front of the house with HardiPlank shake siding. Everything was completed on time and on budget. Our Lakehouse is adorable and beautifully up to date.... Thanks for a “Superior “ experience!

Our basement was completely flooded. Everything was thrown out they had to knock out all the wood supports in the walls because of mold. This was an entirely awful mess. Superior construction came in and actually they came in with a smile. I was told they were here to help and to make this as painless as possible. I was asked what I wanted to do with the downstairs and I had some ideas on the flooring and I had some ideas on the color of the walls. So samples were brought to me color samples were brought to me and I chose a very light gray what are for the walls. On the floor I chose the carpet that was white but had a dusting of gray and brown. It was extremely soft carpet and within budget. I can honestly say every time somebody new walked down those stairs and walked into the basement I heard a sigh with a comment about how is beautiful everything looks. Everything was put back in the same pattern of floor print as it was before. Every time I go downstairs I am just so pleased with what I see I recognized superior construction company is a great company to work with and you will not be disappointed. I am so pleased to give them an A+ plus plus for a grade and say thank you for a job well done.
