Last years hailstorm apparently caused some damage to our roof which was recently discovered due to heavy rains. As a result I shopped around for quotes from 4 different roofing company’s for a repair but all 4 wanted to replace the roof but only one offered a comprehensive plan to address my issue(s). CRV worked with my insurance company every step of the way to get our roof replacement covered, yes even after denying our claim earlier this year. They took what I had and turned a very dire situation to a SOLUTION! Where others failed to follow through, DAVID GARCIA & CRV got the job done and they did it expeditiously!! No more worrying about incoming downpours thanks to the wonderful folks at CRV. Our roof looks solid and best of all, beautiful!

CRV Construction company replaced our roof after it got damaged in a storm.When we contacted them about the damage, Fatima from CRV Construction company came to our house very quickly and reviewed the damage. She knew a lot about roofs. She explained to us in simple words what they need to do to fix it. Her team arrived at our property and looked at the roof to see what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company. After going through 3 different companies and none of them knew how to fill out insurances form nor work with them. We come across CRV construction and Roofing. Best decision ever!! We worked with Yessika Lara. She was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything, and was with us every step of the way. She also did the insurance paperwork correctly the first time! The insurance tried to fight it but they have a lawyer that helped and we got approval for a new roof within a few weeks. Due to some severe weather my roof took on damage and water leakage inside my home. I filed a claim with my insurance on 2 separate occasions and kept getting denied. Im glad I looked into their reviews and gave CRV a call. Yessika has been in charge of my case and honestly a huge help. As soon as she picked up the phone she explained the inspection process and set up a meeting the next day. She makes everything understandable, gives you options on how to go about repairs, and the best ways to deal with greedy insurance companies. Were currently working with a lawyer on getting my insurance to cover damage costs and everything is going well. CRV Construction performed a complete replacement of the roof on our entire 40-year-old house and flat-roofed carport in fall 2019; they did it right and did it quickly. They were recommended to us through our insurance companys Consumer Services, although this was not done as an insurance claim. It was a difficult job, involving considerable brush removal near the house in addition to the roof replacement, but, being a general contractor, all the work was taken care of without our having to locate additional service providers. Each of our [very minor!] questions and concerns were handled quickly and to our satisfaction as the work neared completion. But, best of all, we continue to be well cared for by Mr. Juan Alvarez, the Team Leader and Project Manager. Any time we have needed assistance with anything even vaguely related to our roof or ceilings, e.g., leaking water and AC drain lines in the attic that damaged the ceiling, or even issues created by other entities (e.g., bee removal ladies!), he has been quick to respond. These people are licensed, certified, insured, financially stable, and, in addition, very nice people to work with. CRV Construction has clearly earned its 5-star rating from us.

After losing our roof shingles during hurricane Hanna, I decided to use architectural singles as replacement and chose Owens Corning. In the list of O-C contractors I noted only CVR Construction met all the credentialing requirements as a preferred distributor and called them.The owner gave my wife and I an itemized list of materials needed and a reasonable price so we hired them. I am glad we did. The crew completely stripped the remainder of old shingles and paper and installed the new in about 10 hours. The owner followed up with a personal inspection. Our observation is that this is a truly professional grade company. We respect the quality of workmanship done and the customer service provided. We especially want to thank the crew for the hard and steady work they provided.

We incurred significant roof damage from the last storm. Which resulted in a few leaks in our home. I submitted a claim with my insurance and was instructed to find a roofing company to place a temporary tarp over the roof to protect our home from any further damage. In between our insurance claim being processed. I started researching roofing companies and came across CRV Construction. I read quite a few positive reviews with a number of detailed comments. Most of the comments, pertained to the insurance process and how smoothly it went for them. This is what I was looking for in a roofing company. Since we had no experience with insurance claims. Fatima was the rep that assisted us and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. She assured me that she would take care of everything from the insurance to scheduling the roof installation. She explained the process thoroughly and organized everything for us. We got a brand new roof installed within 8 hours and it looks great. I especially like how she thought of every last detail to painting the vents to match the new roof. I highly recommend CRV Construction.

With great confidence I can recommend CRV to help you with your roof. They have great customer service and attention to detail. They are an Owen Corning preffered supplier which was one of the many reasons I selected them to replace my roof. They also replaced the damaged facia board and soffit prior to the new roof install. The team finished the install in two days and cleaned up all the debris. I appreciated that they put a cover over my AC unit to avoid debris falling in, also they painted the flashing and exahust pipes to match my roof color. Please consider them in your next project.
