I know the last plumber I had messed things up and he told me what was wrong from them so that I can get it fixed! Five stars, Im going to stick with this company.     Blackburn Plumbing & Air came recommended to us by friends. We called them to have our plumbing and AC looked at; its certainly very cool they can do all that. The plumbing team first came within the hour of calling them, got the plumbing looked at, and told me the exact root of the problem - it was an AC issue. They had their AC technicians come look at the issue within minutes, and got everything fixed. Their team exceeded all my expectations with their professional service and knowledge. They didnt try to squeeze in hidden services or surprises during their work, something I really liked about them. The technician team was super helpful and able to quickly diagnose and resolve all the issues. I appreciate the attention to detail they put into getting the work done and explaining what they were doing throughout the process. I recommend Blackburn for their professional knowledge and fair pricing to anyone needing plumbing or AC services. A well deserved 5/5.

    I recently experienced my hot water heater flooding the house for the second time this year and had no idea where to start. Fortunately, Bradley Davis referred me to Blackburn Plumbing’s McAlester office and from there, everything was seamless. A quick phone call was all it took, and when I reached the front desk—where I believe her name was June—I received outstanding customer service. Bradley and his team promptly identified the issue and provided a clear, fair quote for a house filtration system, which was exactly what I needed. It turns out Hardy Springs’ water quality can cause water heaters to rust faster than you’d expect. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided.     Dalton and Johnnie came out today and completely blew away my expectations.Let me start by saying the Blackburn company overall has gone above and beyond for us. If I could give 10 stars I would! We were needing our plumbing hooked up after having our new modular home set and they said they were booked out a week after our house was ready to be hooked up. We couldnt be out of a home that long, so I reached out to their Facebook and asked them to please let me know if they had any cancellations.They immediately called me and made me and my family a priority. They brought guys down from another location to help with the extra work and Dalton and Johnnie were fantastic.I was told the work that needed to be done would take 8 plus hours and these two guys worked their butts off and got it done before lunch!If you dont want to feel like a paycheck and like actual humans this company is who you want to go with. They are not just trying to make money off us they truly care about their customers and have sympathy for their unique situations.Thanks Blackburn, Dalton and Johnnie!

    8/27/24 I can’t say enough about how happy my husband and I are with Blackburn and in particular, Bradley Davis. Brad is personable, friendly and easy to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and is always open to questions. Everyone in the company office are equally as nice and easy to talk to. They are my first call for plumbing and air issues and I always request Brad! I would also like to recognize Brad’s assistant, Matt. I was very impressed with work ethic. He’s also personable and friendly.

    The guys came and ran a propane line from my heating unit to my propane tank. The initial consult, quote, and final job, was done fast and efficient. I was unable to be there, so they took initial pictures and videos to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. I appreciate their great service.

    Outstanding, A+ service is what I got today after Jason and his journeyman showed up, immediately began working, and completed the job!!! They even cleaned up the mess that was made when they unstopped the toilet and then had to pull it up and do some more work. I really appreciate that!!!! They got here a couple of hours after I called in and requested some help. The whole time the two men were here I felt safe. No weird vibes, which I also appreciate. A+ job guys!!! I HIGHLY recommend Blackburn Plumbing and Air!!! Edit: my daughter just asked where the bathroom mat was. We looked around and found it in front of the washing machine, ready to be washed. That’s awesome! I injured my back yesterday and the guys knew I was in pain, so they quietly took the dirty mat to the laundry room. They saved me from having to bend down to the bathroom floor to up a wet, dirty mat. That’s incredible work ethic and incredible service!!!! I’m so glad that our family now has a phenomenal plumbing company that we will definitely be using in the future whenever we need heating or air help!!!!

    This group of people in McAlester are the best! They respond quickly, always professional, they follow through with what they promise!     Our air conditioning went out during this heat. They worked us in as soon as possible, since my husband is a heart patient and cant take the heat. Thomas was very nice and helpful. He checked everything out and gave us options so we new what we needed. so we are getting the help we needed, everything was nice and cleaned up before he left. And we are very happy .

    Marcus and Matt, were so courteous and made a point of showing me everything that was causing our plumbing issues. Marcus even called several hardware companies to find a kit to rebuild the broken part to try and save us some money but after finding that the part is discontinued, we had them just upgrade the part and replace it. These gentleman were very fast and cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I will be calling on them again in the future. Thank you Blackburn

    Tankless hot water was leaking like a faucet and we had an emergency situation. Jason from Blackburn plumbing came within 10 minutes. He checked it out and found that it was still under warranty. He then made arrangements with the manufacturer and had my unit replaced with a new one within two hours of being contacted.

    This company is fantastic!! I called for an appointment because the shower and toilet were not draining properly. The nice lady on the phone took my information and said someone would be out today! Brad and Cordell showed up a couple of hours later! They got to work right away , told me exactly what the problem was, and how much it would cost. These guys are so nice and they work fast and efficiently. They also made sure everything was put back the way it was before they left. They are affordable and reliable, and did not disappoint.     We had been without Plumbing for about 2 weeks by the time Brad came out from Blackburn to help us out. I had emotionally prepared myself to have my finances completely decimated so that I might once again be able to take a hot shower.     Thomas Little was my HVAC technician today at my house. He and his crew installed a complete new central air heat pump system in just 7 hours. That included the outside compressor and the heat exchanger in the attic. Blackburn HVAC really came through in a crunch to get this installed after my system died. We were relying on the fireplace to heat the house and the outside temps are in the mid 20s. I really appreciate them getting it done before the snow starts. I can recommend them very highly. 5 stars! Update: Tom came back out and double checked the amount of freon in the new unit to make sure that it was ready for summer.... Great Job.... Thanks!

    I worked with Thomas the last two days and very appreciative for his service. We identified and resolved two issues that appear to be from the initial EMS installation years ago with another vendor. He also helped to identify and label our units and thermostats to help troubleshooting within the EMS portal and in person much easier. I feel like I am at ground zero and much more in tune with the HVAC system at this store which is always a good thing. Although this was the first time working with Thomas directly, youd think we had worked together for years. He was very personable, professional and great example of follow through. I would be more than happy to have him back in our store anytime!

    Extremely happy with the service provided. Brad, is honest, down to earth and relatable He didnt just put a band-aid on the problem and leave. He let me know what the issue was, and explained my sewer line needed replaced. He walked me through the repair and replacement plan for the new sewer line. It took a few weeks before the team was able to get a date set for the repair, but it was expected with all the rain fall, and other jobs that were scheduled before my service. Definitely worth the wait. Once the date was set, the job was completed quickly, my yard was set back the way it was prior to the repair, and I was no longer worried about sewage in my back yard.In my opinion, Blackburn Plumbing is the best. Service is excellent and Pricing is affordable. I will be using Blackburn for all future plumbing needs.

    We had lightning strike our home and start an attic fire. We had a great deal of damage from the fire and the water damage was just as bad. I called Blackburn Plumbing and Heat & Air. Door frames that had to be removed during the installation looked like they had not been touched. Brandon and Diamond took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was knowledgeable about the unit and the suggested maintenance schedule. One week later and the unit is perfoming well. Was really impressed with the professionalism and service. Because of their excellent service I will be trying the Humphreys plumbing as well.

    None of my toilets wouldn’t flush so I called Blackburn and they sent Bradley out who had great knowledge and his expertise discovered that the construction crew installing my fence had hit the main line going from the house to the sewer when digging posts. He came back with Marcus and materials and dug down to the pipe, repaired it, and added a clean-out for easy access as well.     I received excellent service. I was called before my scheduled appointment to ensure that I was home and to tell me that the service tech was on his way. The guy got there quickly and was probably early. He listened as I described the problem and then went about checking out my A/C unit and confirmed that it was as I thought. He fixed the problems with the condensation line then checked the unit thoroughly to make sure there was no other problems or damage. He worked quickly and got my central air up and running fast. If I ever have problems with my A/C again I will for sure call them again.

    This company is the greatest!. Had a new A/C unit installed this summer and they were extremely efficient. They shopped around until they found a price I could live with and the door to my unit was too narrow so they had to remove the door and facings.     Humphreys plumbing heat & air in McAlester installed a new Trane heat and air system at my house this year in July. Even though it was boiling hot in my attic and they had to tear apart the old unit and then muscle the new unit up there, they never complained. before it was dark outside they had the new attic unit and outdoor unit and new thermostat installed and It was up and running. It has been an amazing system and the guys did a fabulous job and there have been no problems at all.
