Jose is absolutely wonderful to deal with. We have used Optimum for kitchen and three bathroom remodels, as well as complete roof repair and replacement. We have used Jose and his team at Optimum for several remodeling projects - master bath, kitchen, powder room and now the upstairs full bath. They have also refinished and installed hardwood floors and done interior painting. All projects have been completed in a timely manner and done with care. Needless to say we have been very pleased with the work Jose and Optimum have done in our home.

On Monday morning, my alarm company notified me that I had a leak, surely enough there was water dripping every where in my utility room. I called my warranty company, texted my normal plumber and called several other plumbing companies. No one could come out to assist until Wednesday. I reached out to Jose of Optimum Contractor explained the situation and he responded immediately with turn off your main water and I will have someone there this evening.Jose was true to his word, he and Juan came over assessed the issue and identified my leak right away! On quick trip to the hardware store to grab parts; and they were done within less than two hours. Both men were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and truly hard workers. They even went the extra mile in explaining how and when I need access to the main water valve. They are Godsends! I am grateful for their help and will use them for future projects. On time and on budget!! Both times the work has met or exceeded expectations.New roof and gutters installed on 1948 home. Care and attention was given to ensuring the aged underlayment of the roof was repaired and waterproofed.Vinyl siding replaced with Hardiboard! Again attention way given to ensuring trim and brick were not damaged.No surprise cost increases and no call backs.

José was quick to reply to my first message. He came over, followed Covid protocol, and went over the scope of work. We had four other estimates. Optimum gave us a great price and I felt José gave more time with us than the others. His team came in and ripped off the existing shingles and replaced them in one day. They did a great job. Cleanup was thorough. I would hire them again.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company. Today was Saturday and I came home at 2:30pm from running errands and saw that a ridge cap had torn off my roof. I called Ilia at Optimum and she was able to have Miguel, a project manager, in my driveway in 20 minutes. Miguel was able to get another colleague, Mario, out to my house in an hour and the two of them replaced my ridge cap in about 30-40 minutes. Without it, I would have had water leaks in my ceiling and lord knows what else. All of this was on a Saturday afternoon and on Thanksgiving weekend too!!! It is so remarkable to find a company who answers the phone on a Saturday and was able to come fix my roof in only a few hours. I am so, so grateful for this company and they will be my first call for home repairs. Miguel, Mario, and Ilia were kind, warm, professional, and thorough.
