Excellent service and fair prices!! Done By Tone was initially sent by our home warranty company when our central air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Tone was extremely professional, timely and effective at fixing our problem. A few months later, I contacted him directly for regular maintenance of our furnaces and we received the same quality service at a very reasonable cost. He showed up on time, replaced one part at a fair price, and our units are running smoothly in time for winter. I recommend Done By Tone to all my family and friends!

Tone replaced an a/c unit in our home. So, far we have been happy with the installation. No problems. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us options on how to repair our old unit. One of the furnaces and the air conditioning unit was in an extremely tight space but Tone was able to get it done without having to remove any walls or damage. Our furnace went out 12/22/22 gave Done by Tone a very early morning call 12/23/22 and he was out to our home later that same morning! He seen the problem( gas valve) but because the furnace was over 22yrs old, there was probably gonna be something else down the road that broke or not working properly. So he worked with us on just getting a new unit at my request! 12/24/22 it is now 9:30am and we have heat!!!!! Thank God! Two man crew came in and got it done! Very professional, polite, knowledgeable and great customer service! I will definitely continue to do business with him and I highly recommend him to anyone that my need his services! I was given Tone’s business by my home warranty program American Home Shield. Our AC went out in the middle of a random heat wave this month and it was reaching 90 degrees inside some days. Tone was very professional over the phone and responded quickly to our plight. He made a quick diagnosis of the problem and recommended replacing the whole outside AC unit to our warranty company. We both did a cordial back and forth with the warranty company for a day or two. Eventually, AHS only wanted to replace the condenser and patch up our 9+ year old AC unit. We opted just to hire Tone and replace the whole thing ourselves. He did quick work; documenting and texting me updates on progress of installation. Our house was cool by the time I got home later that afternoon.I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND Done By Tone LLC for all your HVAC needs.

Do you need a new hot water heater installed (and the old one carted away), or a hot water heater drained? Do you need a new furnace installed? Do you need a boiler repaired with a new water pump? Do you need sewer lines rodded out? Do you need a new toilet or sink installed? Done by Tone has done all of the above for me at our home and at our rental building (plus more). He is reasonably priced, incredibly prompt, very talented and responsive. I recommend him without reservation.

While fixing the heat he noticed a leak that was causing rust in my furance. Not only did he restore my heat, but, he also saved me from some major damage to my furance. After years of getting taken for a ride with either dishonest or incompetent HVAC companies, it was amazing to have hired Tone to fix our HVAC this week. From the moment we called, we knew we would be taken care of. He offered to come the same afternoon we called (!), which ended up being TOO SOON for our tenant. He turned up early on Monday morning, calling ahead to make sure the earlier time was ok (who does that these days?!). He diagnosed the issue (two switch failures) in about 30 minutes and was out the door soon after, ensuring our system was completely fixed and running perfectly. If youve ever struggled to find a communicative, courteous, fast, expert HVAC company, then call Tone. You wont be disappointed. Recommended 100%
