Jackson Wilson of Wood Haven Homes finish construction on my home in February 2015. The Whole process was very organized and planned.We have been in our home almost two years and we are so pleased.My highest utility bill is just over $100/per month. TheTheater Room have the best acoustic and surround sound.I would recommend Wood Haven Homes to anyone looking to have a new home constructed.

I built my first home with Woodhaven Homes--Jack Wilson in 2005. It was a great experience. They were all very helpful with my requests and questions. The quality of the home was solid and the decor options were more than I could have hoped for--sometimes having to ask them to help me coordinate and make selections. My husband and I built our current home with Woodhaven Homes--Jack Wilson in 2011. We were cared for as customers--and even more so as friends. The building experience was well organized between the builder, subcontractors, and our expectations. We can still call them when we have any kind of question--they promptly respond with helpful suggestions and referrals to reliable resources.

No one can tell me the home builder you choose is not one of the most important financial decisions you will ever make. When I moved o Maumelle four years ago, I did my research and read many great things about Woodhaven Homes. And I have been living happily ever after. My electric bills are around $100 because of the great energy efficient method the home was built. I am constantly receiving compliments about our home from visitors. I highly recommend Jack Wilson if you are looking for a great home!

Woodhaven Homes is an extremely reputable builder. Over the past 11 years they have built a total of 4 houses for myself and my family. We have never been happier with the process and the results. We are now about to break ground on the 5th and final home that Jack will be building for me and my husband. We have always enjoyed working with Jack and his team and put all of our trust in them when it comes to building our homes. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Woodhaven built our home. It was a real pleasure working with all of them - Jack, Brock, the office staff and, amazingly, every single one of their subs. All of them. And it was a stress-free experience. They have a great system where the whole process is laid out step by step and they were there to help us all the way. They all were responsive, efficient, quality-conscious and really worked to provide customer satisfaction. And after several years, they remember us like yesterday and remain ready to address any questions or concerns. Also, Jacks energy package makes for a quiet and energy efficient home - we have a large home and the utility bills are unbelievably low. Like anyone else, there were punch list and touch-up items but in our opinion they went over and above to take care of them. We wont consider anyone else to build our next home.

I met with Jack and 3 other builders before deciding on a builder. This was the first time to build a house and of course, my husband and I were scared. We heard terrible stories of building. So many of our friends went over budget and the process taking much longer than expected.The decision to choose Jack was an easy one. He made us feel comfortable and held our hand through the entire process.We looked at his floor plans and none of them fit our family. Jack and I met and discussed things that we wanted. He designed the perfect floor plan for us.The building process was so easy and fun. He had a wonderful binder that guided us with deadlines and our budget on everything from paint colors, appliances and flooring deadlines to budget for cabinets, lighting, and finishes.Brock played a huge part in the building process as well. He checked on every detail of the house. Brock noticed the columns o. The back porch were the wrong size. I didn’t even notice it.later that day he had a team of people correcting the minor mistake.Our house is beautiful and he completed it 3 weeks early and we stayed in budget!!!!Brock and Jack came out to the house and noticed some of the crown molding needed some touch up. They had someone out the very next day. Anytime we have a question or a concern they are always happy to help.I know if we build again, Jack and Brock will build our next home.

After interviewing with several Buldier. We decide to use jack Wilson. His kind and understanding personally felt like it will be great to deal with him. His knowledge and experience in building fields it does stand out. We started our house last February. Everything went nice and smoothly with jack. He communicate very well . Return your phone call right away. Address any issues or concerns . We are hoping to finish in 60 days. The quality work is awesome. We are looking forward to start painting this week and get the job done. I would definitely recommend jack to anyone that looking to built a good quality home with no hassle.Thanks jack Wilson for all of your hard workReham wahdan

Beautifully built homes. Me and my mother both used Woodhaven. Jack Wilson puts time and effort into all of his projects and is very pleasant to work with. We will definitely use him in the future!!

Woodhaven was great to work with and the experience of building a home with them was top notch. As a first time home builder they had a very organized building process that always made us feel comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
