    Wes went above and beyond to help us. He’s a crawl space expert and very thorough in his craft, but also a former GC with a lot of knowledge generally - he put on his GC hat (for free) to help us with a bigger house problem beyond the crawl space just because he wanted to be helpful. He’s a man of integrity driven to serve and help people.

    Oscar P., Daniel S., and Antonio A. all did a fabulous job with installing a drainage trench w/ grate in my driveway. They cut out a section in my concrete driveway and installed a drainage trench w/ grate and 4 drainage line that ran 76 going from that drainage trench, running in front of my house to the right side on my house and had a small grate for the water to exit at the rear of my home. They were on time, worked fast, and handle every part of the job professionally! I asked if they would be willing to use a grass seed mat that I bought from Walmart which has the seed and fertilizer in it and they were more than happy to do so. This was part 1 of 2 repairs that Im using Drypro to fix my foundation. It makes me glad I hired Drypro to do the repairs to my foundation which has many cracks in the slab. The water had always pooled in the driveway and now Im anxious for the next storm. Pictures are before and after the installation. Thank you Drypro!

    Mason from Dry Pro was fantastic. He did my yearly inspection and was extremely thorough during all phases of his trip. Initially he asked me if there were any issues to report and then inspected the crawlspace and showed me the pictures of all his visual and equipment tests. Mason was polite and on time. He knew everything about the system and what to look for under the house. I was totally impressed with Mason and the professionalism he displayed representing Dry Pro.

    I have used Dry Pro several times and have always been pleased. I recently called them out because of water accumulation in my crawl space. The salesman came out within 48 hours of my call and the work was scheduled shortly theraafter. When Michael S. and Andrew G. arrived to do the work, they determined that the proposed plan would not rectify the problem. They were VERY thorough, honest and competent. Given their recommendations, the project was put on hold. Subsequently, I spoke with Dewey (a supervisor) and he agreed with Michael S. and Andrew G. The work was completed this past Friday. I requested to have Michael S. and Andrew G. perform the work as I had 100% faith and trust in them given the prior interaction. I was not disappointed. They are amazing craftsman, very professional and the work was perfect. It is what I had come to expect with Dry Pro. They definitely rebuilt my faith in the company. Michael S., Andrew G. and Dewey are 5 star guys!

    Had my old crawlspace insulation removed and replaced (about 2500 sq ft). The team was on time, polite and very efficient. Huge thanks to Oscar P, Daniel S and Paulino L. Were looking forward to a more efficient insulation system!

    This week Cody and Andrew completed concrete lifting and repair in my basement in Salisbury. These guys were too young looking to be doing this type work, yet their expertise had the results of good years of experience. Both were friendly and outgoing. They explained what they would be doing when they first arrived. They worked diligently and completed the job within the allotted time. I would recommend these two for any position associated with foundation work. Two good workers.

    Charlotte had an extreme about of rain a few weeks ago. Our sump alarmed around 4am. We could not get it to reset. We made a service call for them to assist as soon as possible the next morning cause we were afraid water would get into our encapsulated crawl space. Service was scheduled 3pm that day and our service guy Brandon arrived a bit early and diagnosed the problem and called for assistance. Brandon and Mark stayed correctly completed. Both Joseph and myself were very pleased with the service they provided. They are the kind of associates you want to represent you company. Seller service.

    We had pipe bursts in late december due to weather in Charlotte. We contacted DryPro and their team was extremely helpful and effective in repairing our crawl space issues. this included extensive cleanup, drying out and then new encapsulation. They worked well with another contractor, Morris Jenkins, which was effective as well in pipe repair. DryPRo then came out and helped place new encapsulation> The entire project was very complicated but they were open and communicative and went the extra mile in ensuring our satisfaction. We wanted to particularly compliment the team: Michael S, Andrew and Kendall for their thorough, long and hard professional work. And Kassidy, an excellent and friendly scheduler. And last but not least, our original contact, Tyler North, who came to visit several times and always followed up to ensure we were educated and working with Kassidy, were knowledgeable about the schedule and steps and pleased with the work. As an example of Mr. Norths committment, he was in the area and voluntarily came in before the work was done to help me remove some heavy items from the crawl space. and Kassidy was excellent at all times helping us with the scheduling.     I have be trying to find someone to come and take care of the water that has been settling in my basement. DryPro came and got the job taken care of in a timely manner.     When I called DryPro.I had a slaging floor,a closet foot that I could not close. Various cracks over other doors, doors,I could not lock. A huge Crack in my living room.Second big problem included,mold, moisture in my crawl space.The structural exam included, Justin T.,William N.,Travis M., and Terrell W.At the end of their adjustments, I could close all my doors as well as lock the other doors. The big Crack in my living room was barely visible.Great clean up too.My waterproofing staff included, Illian K,, Watts B.and Robery B.This staff removed mold and water - proofing of crawl space. Nice and organized. Again, clean up excellent.I would highly recommend this company.

    Contact was made in less than 2 hours from my initial email. Within the same day, the engineer called and we were able to set up a date for the foreman to come out. Saviores Ethan Alfonzo communicated effectively and efficiently. He was able to move our time up a whole day.     Starting with the free estimate through completion of the project, everyone was professional, courteous and informative. Tyler performed the estimate and provide great information about the process. He followed up several times and even came by during the installion process. He also spent time just having a friendly conversation. He is definitely a people person.They were able to schedule the job quickly and finish before the next round of rain. Various departments called and came by to ensure all questions were answered and all information was made available. Juan and Ethan were professional and didnt waste any time. It only took a day and a half to waterproof my basement. They were great with my dogs as well! I give them a 10! Dry Pro is a well run organization.
