    Great experience overall. The company is very accessible and everyone is patient and friendly. We had a situation with rescheduling and it was not a problem at all.Shawn was the person that came out and took care of business. Very kind and courteous. Three decades of experience under his belt. Provided three options and walked me through each of them in enough detail to have me comfortable with the choice I made. Shawn took care of the problem, same day and made me feel ladies regarding the problem that we had with the toilet. Excellent service.This is the second time I’ve used Nj Pipe Doctor. I think it is very important to find quality and reliable people in the industry, and this company has delivered thus far.

    Bob and Rob were excellent! They work great as a team. Bob came in the morning and checked carefully and meticulously for the gas leak. Rob joined a bit later and together they kept looking for the leak, and once found they very efficiently solved the problem and fixed the leak.Great work ethic, very efficient.I highly recommend them for any job.

    Robert was beyond amazing! So kind and courteous and professional. We needed to replace the shower faucet and mixer. Rob did not have much space to work in and also ran into a bit of an obstacle caused by the previous company that originally installed it. But he was able to get the job done perfectly and with a smile. Greatly appreciated him! NJ pipe doctors replaced our water heater and installed a water softener for us in the past. We have been very pleased with their work, their timeliness and their professionalism. No need to call anyone else!

    Hello, my family recently converted from oil heat to natural gas and had a full house water softener installed. From start to finish, everyone we worked with at NJ Pipe Doctor was responses, patient and efficient. They did excellent work and were very receptive whenever I called with questions. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Want to say a special thank you to Steven who helped us decide on the system, Pablo and all those who worked on the install of the new tankless system, to Storm, who set up our water softener and his team and to Jordan who came out to help trouble shoot an issue. Which it turned out to be fine. Also Brittany, who answered my many many questions throughout this process. We had estimates from 7 companies and very happy we chose NJ Pipedoctors!

    I had a water leak in my kitchen. I called and the staff has been kind and accommodating. Came out quickly and they sent Kevin. He explained in full detail my issues & options to repair. He even noted another issue on my water pump connection that could cause potential flooding and safety issues that I plan on fixing immediately. I look forward to calling them back to get every thing fixed asap once I get the parts and I’m requesting Kevin again. I highly recommend them.

    Everyone at this company are wonderful and fantastic. Michelle, Shawn, and Joe are all highly skilled professionals and were able to see me in very short order -- though, I imagine it helps that I am only a few feet away from them 😅They explained their process and steps, along with integrating me with an remediation specialist who does this work often. At present, Ive made an initial payment for planned work, and Im excited to see the results soon, as everyone Ive interacted with have been professional and honest.Ill also give a shout out to Ed and Dennis, the technicians who removed my old system, installed the new one, and explained quite a bit of how to maintain it going forward and what to expect in the future. I had to make a note of asking for the documentation/warranty information, however.Im removing one star, however, as I feel there can be some improvements with regard to explaining how things work with remediation, scheduling of appointments/the process there, and scheduling of the replacement of the HVAC system. It wasnt fully clear that NJ Pipe Doctor would come and replace the unit the next morning, but Im glad they did. I look forward to getting an invoice of the work performed with the equipment listed. The only other thing I was unsure of is who handles registering the warranty for my equipment. Depending on the depth of what is listed there, I may add back the one star.Im very satisfied with their work -- they did a great job. 🌟

These guys not only did an excellent job installing the heater under severe hot weather outside but they managed to take a skunk out of our pool so easily even though that was not part of their job.     Our air conditioning repair could not have gone better. Cesar showed up promptly at the time expected. He was very polite and professional and explained exactly what was wrong with our split mini unit. After a full explanation, he repaired the problem and then went over all instructions on how, our unit is supposed to function. He taught us some things that were not in the manual. I could not be happier with the service we received. Cesar is excellent at his craft. I hope he gets to see this and knows how much he is appreciated. Somers could get pretty darn hot. Thank you.

He got frustrated for some reasons and stop working on that but still charged me full price (I know this is strange). Also they asked you to leave feedback while they are there - this is super unprofessional (feels like harassment). Yet overall it was a good service as he did explain everything and educated me very well. Never felt that they are after my money but rather it was for service - taken off 0.5 star as he did not fix the problem. (4.5/5).
