    Joe did an amazing job putting up my new wall mount for my 55” TV and he was really carful and knew what he was doing!     It gives me great pleasure to write this account about my experience contracting the home improvement services of Joe Lopez. I was astounded by his professionalism and enamored by his honesty, conscientiousness and the effort he put forth in ensuring the quality of the work he implemented was complete and measured up to the highest construction standard. Background: I contacted Joe Lopez and informed him on the details of a home improvement project I was planning to carry out. Joe relayed my project does not require specialized skill or extensive experience, and is something I could easily perform without the assistance of a professional handyman. I informed Joe I was not handy and would have difficulty completing the project in a timely and efficient manner. Joe took on the project, completed it rapidly with immaculate precision and charged me a small fee. I was moved by his professionalism, humility and willingness to take on a small project that did not yield him significant profit. He could have easily dismissed me and go with a higher paying client that had a larger project. Instead, he made time for my project while dealing with pressing matters, went out of his way to acquire additional materials that I should have provided, and went through great lengths to fortify the item he was constructing on my property to ensure it would remain durable in the most adverse of weathers. Joe not only saved me money, but saved me the time and trouble to complete a project small in scale but significantly beyond my own skill development. I am extremely grateful for Joe. Words are not enough to describe how much of a blessing he has been to me.     I called Joe because of his very professional add/website. He came by, gave me a very fair price, was personable. I hired him within minutes. It turned out to be the right decision. He painted our front porch pillars and rear french doors. Came out beautiful. He taped around non paint perimeters , had tarps everywhere, the ultimate professional. You cant go wrong with Grandpa.

    Needed to replace 2 of my sliding screens on my patio doors. Of course some folks said yeah I will be down and just didn’t show upAs luck would have it saw Joe’s van on my street and contacted him. Guess what he called me back right away and before I knew new doors installed. I am a person that is very particular and don’t like anything that doesn’t look right. These were perfect.     Joe is the best handyman! I originally contacted him to remove our old wall AC and repair the interior and exterior of the house. He was communicative, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He did an exceptional job and was forthright and reasonable with his estimates. Then, unprompted, he offered to mount the TV which we had been putting off for weeks.     Joe from GFE was recommended to us and I could not be happier with the job he did ! We just moved into a brand new apartment building and deciding to hang a 65” TV on our wall was very anxiety inducing but Joe exceeded my expectations.     I found Joe on Google and contacted him. He was very nice on the phone and in person. He installed a hardwired heater and did some small patch repairs for the walls around the house.     We hired GFE to repair a poor installation of a barn door by another contractor. Most contractors we approached did not want to touch somebody else’s mistake. GFE’s solution on how to handle the load of the barn door was finessed and simple, obviously based on a deep understanding of proper construction means and methods. I’d be comfortable using him for anything. Photo is not the finished job. Just the result of the first day. GFE was also very cautious to minimize dust and damage.

    I hired Joe to come mount a TV in our apartment. I cant recommend his services enough! He arrived on time with his lovely wife Jessica. Together they carefully prepped the area and mounting system for the TV. Joe was beyond cautious - to the point that he used a small camera to make sure no pipes or wires were in the way before he started drilling into the studs. The whole process was so pleasant and easy. Joe gave me peace of mind that the TV was mounted safely and correctly.     My gutter was coming off of my house in the heavy rain this week and I called Joe to have it repaired. Even though he is super busy with other jobs, Joe made time to come and fix my gutter the next day and he refused to take any compensation for the work. With the rain coming this weekend, I can rest easy knowing my gutter is securely in place. I plan to have Joe replace some of my old gutters and complete some additional work in my home.     I needed to come up with a way of keeping my five year old son from getting into his closet and climbing up the shelves. Joe figured out the perfect solution. He put in new closet doors with latches and locks that not only look great, but make it so my son cant get into his closet anymore. He did a great job and worked with us on pricing.
