Good people. Have used Fraser Construction for several major projects over the years. Theyve done roofing jobs for us (twice) and recently tore down an old deck and built a new one for us. Their work crews are skilled and friendly. Always top quality workmanship. Professional. Always on time. A good locally based business. Honest and fair priced.Highly recommend!!!

They replaced the shingles and put in new skylights.they were on time, the crew knew exactly what to do. Each one of them never wasted a minute, very professional, polite and they finished the job in one day!!! Dean Fraser is down to earth and very friendly. Very nice to work with. I would highly recommend his company.

Mike put together a very fair and thorough estimate that included items that needed to be addressed that other roofing estimates I received had missed. I appreciated him taking the extra effort to include these items. Also, the estimate was the only one that I received that offered a 15 year shingle blow off warranty and a lifetime warranty on labor. All the other estimates I received offered only a one year warranty. When some items needed to be addressed during the project the owner Dean Fraser was very willing to help address the items and bring a very positive resolution to them by paying for new gutters on the double car garage section of the house. I also would like to lift up Chris who did a great job with siding over my old gable vent and to Tim and his assistant who were very helpful answering my questions and for doing quality work. Also, I appreciated the way the crew who installed the shingles cleaned up so thoroughly after they installed the roof.

Roofing team came out and did a fantastic job. They replaced the skylights and the roof. It looks great, done at a fair price, and done within the time they estimated.Im thrilled with the way it looks and the care they took to do the job right. The crew left the yard so clean youd never know they were here. Great company!

My Roof was completed August 4, 2005. I just first wanted to start out with a BIG THANK YOU. I understand this was nearly 10 Years ago, but I remember it well. Several others that I know had roof problems this year with the brutal Winter 2015 that we had and fortunately my roof held up great. When my roof was completed the Crew that completed the job and paperwork were excellent!

Fraser Construction should be the only call you make for your roofing & construction needs. We recently moved to the Cape, so we received estimates from 6 roofing companies. Fraser Construction stood out from the moment we received the estimate. I was highly impressed with Mikes quick response to all of my questions and well laid out estimate. The crews arrived on time and on the days I expected them. They even left the work area spotless! Each one of their employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Fraser Construction recently replaced a large section of our cedar roof and installed copper ridge vent caps. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience and love the result! Mr. Fraser explained what his team would do and provided a concise, detailed quote with pricing and specified the materials to be used. (Note: other quotes were missing a breather, or a drip edge etc. Of the quotes that were complete and using similar materials Fraser was competitively priced). Communications in scheduling the work and delivery of materials was excellent. The roofing team was courteous, professional, respectful of the house, yard, etc. They were skilled, did a fantastic job and fortunately didnt mind myself and a few neighbors admire their work :-) The team performed a meticulous cleanup. Mr. Fraser inspected the completed job and met with us to ensure we were happy. Start to finish they were terrific and the work performed is just beautiful.
