    Working with Signature Exteriors (Dan and Tyson were great!) was a fantastic experience! We were one of the unfortunate ones that got 8 inches of rain in 8 hours in the historic storm in July 2022. With that, we ended up with water coming through our kitchen ceiling and bathroom ceiling. Needless to say, we were panicking and calling roofing companies to come out ASAP to fix the issue. We received quotes from 6 different companies and Signature Exteriors was by far the most affordable and knowledgeable of the work we needed done. Not only did they have recommended solutions to fix the improperly installed roof-vents where it was leaking, but they also informed us that our attic venting was not working as it should. They were happy to walk around on my roof and talk through everything they saw was an issue, why it was recommended to fix, and offered alternative solutions based on our financial situation. We ended up removing the ridge vent, plugged unnecessary turtle vents, replaced compromised sheathing, and re-installed appropriate venting and 2 new turtle vents. The roof looks fantastic, venting is working better, the replacement shingles match perfectly, and were currently leak-free!

    Our entire roof needed to be replaced due to storm damage. The project was completed as estimated, we were notified ahead of time when workers were going to arrive, and the cleanup of the site was outstanding.     I used signature exteriors to replace my gutters, install drip edge and replace the metal casing around my garage door which was all dinged up. The gutter crew did the project fast and everything looks and works great. The person who did the garage (Tyson) was very precise with his work and communicated with me well about numerous options to decide that I hadnt even considered. Im very satisfied with all of the work done.

    We had a very good experience working with Raul and the entire team at Signature Exteriors, Inc. in St. Charles, MO. We would energetically recommend them to anyone considering a new roof, fascia boards and gutters with guards. They did an excellent job and stayed with us every step of the way!! :)We needed them to come back to check on area where the drip did not flow in the proper direction, and they repaired it after ~2 weeks.

    We needed an entire new roof replacement, and were struggling with getting insurance approval.     I called Signature Exteriors for a roof inspection after noticing interior water damage. Jeramie was able to come out the following day to provide a free inspection.     Im a recent first-time homebuyer and bought a home about a year ago, planning to replace the roof. I was a bit uneasy about the process of replacing a roof with it being a new experience for me. After spending hours looking for a top-rated roofer in the area that I could feel confident working with, Signature Exteriors was the company I landed on. Dustin was awesome to work with. He came out for a quote, was very friendly, and straightforward with everything. He gave me confidence that the job would be done right, and was quick to communicate with me over email. The quote was very good, right within what I was expecting to spend, lower than other quotes I had received. The team that came out did a great job. There was a slight misunderstanding when they installed some extra ventilation on the house and garage. I want to stress how easy they made it to correct the issue. The came out to inspect, we discussed the mix-up, and they had someone come fix the vents about a week later. I think that says a lot, that while you cant be perfect any time, they made it quick and painless to make it 100%. A great service experience they provided me that I would certainly recommend!

    I had called Signature Exteriors last year to come out to inspect my roof and to possibly find the cause of water damage in my kitchen ceiling. Dustin inspected the roof and found no issues, but crawled around in my attic and confirmed the PVC pipe coming from my stack pipe had come apart. I was able to get this fixed and all water issues are now resolved.As a result of that great experience, I contacted Signature Exteriors to proceed with a roof replacement this year. The roof replacement process was flawless and I will not hesitate to contact Signature Exteriors for future exterior work. In addition, it was so nice to reach a friendly person (i.e. Aleesha) when setting appointments and coordinating payments.

    Excellent and timely service. I had Dan from Signature Exteriors look at our roof leak - that other roofers could not find - and he found the cause in no time.     My experience with Raul and Signature was a very positive and a very good one. I explained to Raul that this is the first time I had to claim anything on my home owners insurance he understood and helped mein every way.     This is the 2nd time weve used signature exteriors and there is good reason for it. The staff are very responsive. We mainly worked with Dustin... truly committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. The on site crew perform the work were extremely talented, courteous, and respectful of our property and landscaping. In the end it was as though they werent there... of course with with the exception of the great looking complete siding replacement, and the new large volume gutters and leaf guards.

    Jeramie was terrific to work with on our roof project. He is highly responsive, listened to our concerns and quick to resolve issues. The roof installation was professional and no damage was done to our existing gutters.     I had the pleasure of finding Signature Exteriors through Home Advisors and they were awesome. Dustin came to my home and his initial bid was to make repairs on my siding. He took pictures and showed me up front what he was giving me a bid for. After further discussion I decided to replace the siding on the full home and he also gave me options, help me pick a color and did a thorough walkthrough of the work. The workers were great and cleaned up behind themselves. Very professional.

    This company does high quality work. I really love the siding and how it looks. My contact person was Dustin Skeeters who was THE BEST. He was always honest even when the news was bad. BUT....We signed the contract on 5/17/17. The siding was delivered on 9/5/17 and they started to install it on 9/8/17. It took about 2 weeks to do 3 sides of the house. When they were finished, I looked at the patio door and it was a real mess. I called Dustin and he looked at it and said, I dont like it. He took pictures and sent them to his boss. It wasnt until 10/26/17 that someone finally came and made the patio door right. Would I use them again? Id like to because of the high quality work, but I really dont want the stress of their timeline. 5 months to put siding on 3 sides of my 1300 sq ft home.

    I have worked with signature exteriors over the past 6 years. I have had them work on a number of properties. They have performed repairs on several flat roofs for me. They have also performed repairs on asphalt shingle roofs.     So far, really happy with their work! They were the only company we talked to that could replace some siding damage without making us replace all of it, or an entire wall (since we have no idea who originally installed it, warranties, etc). We had a piece of wood go through one piece of siding during a storm, so they came and matched the colors as close as possible (its almost impossible to see a difference!), and they do have a minimum purchase amount, so we had a couple more pieces replaced that had paint on them. We have them coming out for some additional work in the next few days and we are strongly considering getting a roof with them as well. Would definitely recommend.

    Dustin was very helpful through the process. He was flexible on timing and was available for questions and worked very well with the insurance company. The roof was replaced quickly and there was even extra clean up a few days later to make sure all nails and other items were discarded.

    I recently obtained three quotes to replace my old tar and gravel flat roof (with TPO) and Signature Exteriors was one of the roofing contractors on my list due to numerous positive reviews on Angies List. Jeramie responded to my request for quote quickly and he was able to get to the property within a few days to do his evaluation. I didnt have to be there while he did it, which was very helpful since I am at work full time. He provided a very thorough and detailed estimate that include a 10 page roof measurement document, inspection photos and explanations on his findings and recommendations. He was quick to respond to my questions, let me know about the potential for a insurance claim based off of damage saw and was even willing to refer me to a different roofing contractor in order for me to get what I thought I might want (tar and gravel again). The estimate was competitively priced and Jeramie was a pleasure to work with.

Basically his experience found the real issue, which was not the roof but part of the siding where sattelite used to be. He also check the chimney.     Signature replaced the roof on my business a few years ago. They not only did a good job on the installation but communications were excellent. Subsequetnly I had hail damage on a rental house and the insurance company adjuster approved replaceing one side of the roof but not the other. Jeramie met with the adjuster who refused to budge. He highly recommended that I request another adjuster which I did. Jeramie not only got hime to approve doing the other side of the roof but other things that were also damaged. Subsequently he replace roofs on two apartment buildings I own and 1/2 of one that I had replaced the other 1/2 on severl years before. He also looked at other porperties I had and did some minor preventive repairs avound vents, etc. and gave me an idea of how many more years I had on others. I would not hesitate to use him again.

    I did a lot of research and obtained many quotes before going with Signiture Exteriors. I asked a lot of questions about the quote and the warranties for the work and materials. Dustin at Signiture was always responsive and welcomed my questions, providing timely answers.Materials were delivered as planned the day before the job. While the plan was a two day job, they had a great crew that got it all done in one long day. I was very appreciative of that because the weather did not look promising on the second day. I also appreciated their approach to keeping up with the trash that comes from reroofing a house. A person was assigned to keep ahead of the crew keeping the site cleaned up, there was practically no material packaging that was not picked up and removed. They also ran magnets over the lawn near the home to pick up old roofing nails that had been removed.
