I had an electrical switch and plug repair done in my 1991 built home, the wiring in the home office switch was all wrong. I am thoroughly impressed with the electrical repair service Lisa provided! Lisa the electrician arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Lisa diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the necessary repairs in understandable terms, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable. I feel much safer now with my electrical system working in my home office, and I would highly recommend services from Grounded Solutions to anyone in need of electrical work.

The team was awesome! We worked with Mike to get an appointment and Billy came out to provide the estimate. We needed some outlets added throughout the home. Also some minor electrical work for a built in cabinetry system in the basement and a new outlet for a TV. Lisa and Trey performed the work. They were efficient and transparent about the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m a custom home builder that builds on the north side of Indianapolis. Grounded solutions has been my electrician for many years and I could not be happier with the quality of work that they provide. On each of my houses they get the job done right the first time, efficiently, and are always on time and on budget. Lisa and Avery were fantastic. They did a great job installing outlets in our crawlspace and troubleshooting other problems we had. Very friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling them out again if we have anymore work that need to be done.

We have used Grounded Solutions multiple times during our renovations. They are reasonably priced, professional, on time, responsive, and the electricians are very knowledgeable. We had some issues after burying our power lines that happened late at night (and not to the fault of them), and they were out first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. They also wired our basement, and installed lighting. The electricians took the time to make sure the overhead lighting was nice and evenly spaced, and symmetrical.

I cant say enough good things about Grounded Solutions. We have a very old office building (not quite 100 years old yet) which means old wiring and weird issues from time to time. Grounded Solutions has helped us with tricky issues a number of times and their service has been wonderful. Their techs and office staff are friendly and easy to work with and theyve been able to sort out all of our problems as well as provide a few much needed updates. We plan to use Grounded Solutions any time we have electrical needs now and in the future.

But I received a call back almost immediately and she said she had just spoken to another associate who thought it sounded more like a problem for AES to resolve on the outside of our home. And it was! I do appreciated their thoughtfulness in getting back to me and saving me an after hours fee. I’ll definitely call this company for help in the future.

Very professional staff both at the office and the employees who came to my house. I had 220 line installed and do to my circuit panel they had to relocate and move things all around to make it work. They also install another outside receptacle and the overall finished job on both areas was outstanding. Highly recommended and will use again if needed.

By late afternoon his electrician was at our home and a couple of hours later AES had us hooked back up. Very fair pricing for the job, especially considering the storm damage was on a Saturday. These guys are a very professional class act with superior customer service that is unheard these days.

Installers attitude was a ten in all aspects. I will use this company again for my house renovations. Company is worth more than five stars.

On 12/23, I heard a loud noise and was amazed to see a 3 light bar had fallen down in a bathroom. My husband went on line to see if he could find an electrician to respond but any responders were closed until after the first of the year. I remembered we used Whites Electric before and called. I explained that we were having a delayed Christmas on New Years Eve and needed to have more than a lantern in the bathroom! The wonderful receptionist checked to see what she could do. She said that she could have a technician come the same day, 12/28 after hours to fix it. a very fast and efficient young man named Matthew had the light back up in less than 20 minutes. While he was here, we had him fix a light switch. Matthew was excellent!!! Great value, great work, and really nice people!! BTW, our guest were very appreciative the problem was resolved!

This team recently finished a large project at our newly purchased 1927 built home in Irvington in Indianapolis. They had to rewire the majority of our house eliminating the use of the old knob and tube wiring. it was an 8 day project that they had to do with us living here. It included upgrading our 100 amp service to 200 amp service. They did a great job, and the company they recommended to repair the necessary wall holes was also great. (All IN Painting)If you are buying an older home with ungrounded plugs and 2 wire old knob and tube wiring, have these guys consult before you close as they are experts at getting this type of transformation done efficiently and predicting the cost. Not every electrical contractor will be capable of doing this efficiently.Also BE AWARE, and we were not, insurers do NOT like to insure houses with old knob and tube 2 wire ungrounded wiring. Take this into consideration in your purchase agreement and know the cost up front as it is not inexpensive.We highly recommend Whites Electrical for the type of work we had done.

Had a really great experience with Whites, the crew who came out and did work for us did a solid job and were busting butt the whole time. (trenching electrical out to a electric fence panel, installing exterior outlets for xmas lights, conduit and power under the driveway). We had to cut through the driveway and they did a good job making that look really good.

They really spent the time with us to learn what our needs were and went WAY above and beyond on the day of installing our new generator! Thanks to a careless neighbor with a chainsaw, we have since been able to verify that the investment of a whole-home generator is WELL worth it!! Our neighbors spent the hot, summer day in the dark while we watched TV, cleaned the house, and enjoyed ice-cold beverages in the comfort of our air-conditioned home! THANK YOU WHITES!!!

Brian was our technician. He was here to install a three-way timer switch that I had attempted to install myself. He asked questions about how I wanted it to work and completed the install easily and quickly. He also looked at another three-way switch I thought was not working correctly. We are quite pleased with White’s and will use them for all our electrical issues and installations.
