    Our experience with Riley, Brent, and Kyle from Property Revolution were all top tier. From Riley coming out to get us a quote quickly and efficiently and also helping us pick a shingle color while helping us understand our options, to Brent’s willingness to help continue to reschedule time after time due to nobodies fault but the weather, and Kyle’s efficiency when helping his crew check the quality of their work and clean up. It was all greatly appreciated and they all made a quite stressful insurance situation turn into a positive one! Not to mention their crew had my house and garage done in SEVEN hours, absolutely amazing!

    In November 2024,We had a Beautiful fence put up in front yard to keep our fur babies safe. Christian and Parker , did a Wonderful job . They came and were very respectful,as I take care of my father in law and he was not disturbed in any way.The yard was cleaned up and looked awesome. I really appreciated such a a job well done. I am hoping to get a porch roof on next spring. So my plans are to call Property Revolution again.

They seamlessly tied part of our existing fence to the new fence in our backyard and made it look wonderful. They were highly professional and got the work done expediently without sacrificing great quality. It was so easy to set up as well. They were easy to get in touch with to schedule a consult and were able to get me on the schedule quickly. They were highly affordable with excellent quality and service. Christian and Parker constructed the fence beautifully!After completion, we found a loose panel where the nail gun ran out of staples. They sent someone out to fix it right away. Shortly after, we found another board on a section much further away from that part of the fence that we missed. We reached back out and apologetically told them we had another loose board. They got us on the schedule quickly and sent someone out. Phillip came out to fix the other panel we found and while he was there he filled in some bare spots under the fence with topsoil. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our fencing project and that was our experience with everyone at property revolution, including the administrative staff and Christian and Parker when they worked on our fence.Great company with wonderful service and communication! We love our fence and would recommend them to anyone. :)

    Property Revolution was excellent to work with. The pricing was fair and was close to what I expected based on my research. The process began with Perry who did the estimate. He was nice and very responsive to questions and getting the project finalized for construction. The crew of Brandon, Nick and Noah were extremely professional with great personalities. We happened to be off work during the week and it was nice having decent dudes around explaining the work and being a source of entertainment for my wife. The overall project was excellent and to quote my wife, “ they made my vision a reality. The project consisted of a side deck with an outdoor shower wrapping around to the front of the house with a covered porch with a hip style roof. “ Overall 5 stars for this company

    While I did not hire Property Revolution, LLC for my roof repair, it was only because a competitor was doing a little extra for the same price. What I can say about Property Revolution, LLC is out of the five companies I received quotes from, only two of them I felt were both very knowledgeable, very honest, and very fair. I am a former contractor with 23 years of experience, and can tell if someone in the business is being honest, or just trying to make a sale. The three other companies were trying to push a sale.My entire roof will need replacing in roughly 2 or 3 years. I know that mostly because of these two companies telling me I still have a few good years left with this roof. The salesperson from Property Revolution, LLC was also nice enough to point out various spots to keep an eye on over the next few years. The others did not. I know when the time comes, there will only be two companies I will call for quotes that I can trust... and Property Revolution, LLC is one of them.If you need roofing, siding, decking, or a fence quote, put this company at the top of your list of contractors to call.

    I had a rather large fencing project. It included wood privacy fencing as well as black chain link fencing. The installers addressed all of my questions and concerns and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. The installers worked diligently to get it completed expeditiously and the installation took less time than I had expected. Christian and Parker did an amazing job!     Property Revolution installed my privacy fence for my new home. I could not be happier with the result! Philip, Nate, and Kole were very friendly and professional.     I have had two projects done by Property Revolution this past couple weeks.First I had a window project done quoted by Perry. Unlike other salespeople, he found a way for me to save around eight hundred dollars and I went with that route. The project went perfectly. I had eight windows replaced By Brandons 3 man crew. Brandon was very thorough and knowledgeable about what he was doing all while literally teaching the apprentices. Clean up was great. The job went perfectly well done.I also had a roof replaced. The quote was reasonable by Curt He bid for 2 layers of shingles, but there was actually only one and they rebated me the extra. The job was done flawlessly, and extremely quickly. Cleanup well done and extremely thyrol , and Nick made sure I was completely satisfied before the job was finished. Well done guys. I would highly recommend them for any future projects you may have!!!

    I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Property Revolution. This 5 star rating is based strictly on the efforts of Mr. Riley Griffin. Riley was the most positive, professional, punctual, educational representative of a company I have dealt with in a very long time. Riley came and worked on an estimate on a residential flat roof replacement. Riley was a pleasure to speak with on the phone, arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment. Thorough in gaining an understanding of my requirements and the analysis of my existing roof. He listened to my questions and requirements and was very informative in the process and products available. After his analysis he scheduled a time and date to return and again arrived 10 minutes early! His quote was detailed and he provided sample of the products to be used. We even discussed the involvement of a true project team that would be involved throughout the project and they would accommodate the challenges of working with a part-time resident that would be out of state during the project. The quote was reasonable as was the scheduling. Unfortunately I chose to go another direction due to the complexity of the coordination of this and about ten other home improvement projects. I can say this I will be reaching out to Property Revolution for all future work on my house. If Riley is the standard for the folks at Property Revolution then you can’t go wrong! I highly recommend them! Thanks again Riley, you are one in a million.

    The team that came out to install my fences, both privacy and chain link, did a fantastic job. Their work was to the highest standards, they were professional, respectful, and punctual, even to the point they came out on a Saturday to finish some odds and ends. They also went above and beyond by moving some rocks they certainly were not required to, to help the fence look and function perfectly. I don’t have enough good things I can say about this crew!     My first contact with property revolution was with the salesman, Riley. When my insurance kept making the situation more complicated by the day, he kept positive and even helped keep me informed on what was possible. Once Christian and Parker came out, the work began and each day after, my project looked better and better. At one point the boss, I assume, Brent came out and helped me with suggestions on how and where to do portions of my fence. After meeting and talking with these guys, I plan on having them do more projects for me when our schedules aline once again. Thank you for the great work!

    We are 100% satisfied with the entire process for replacing our roof. I was pleased to have Riley arrive in a branded vehicle, branded shirt and professional computer & docusign set up. Sounds small but it matters to me to get a legit company vs. a hobbyist. Riley showed us the different qualities and even brought color samples of the shingles for us to pick the perfect match. Brian from scheduling was easy to get ahold of and they even came early as another job got postponed. Finally, Nic ran a great team during the work day and follow up with a post-job inspection. Overall a great experience and I recommend them to anyone. PS - they were cheaper than the other quote I got in a much less professional manner.

    Thank you for the new roof! In November, Property Revolution held a contest for a new roof. I submitted my entry and waited. By Christmas, Curtis called and congratulated me on my win.My roof was really bad and this was an incredible blessing. Curt was really nice and came over and told me that would be done with a timeline. They came this February and replaced the entire roof in 7 hours. I appreciate it very much.     Amandalynn did an absolutely perfect job reviewing my siding, gutters, roofing, and attic/crawlspace review for any storm damages. She found quite a few items that need repair that were related to inferior construction. She did such an amazing and thorough job that I actually offered to pay for the quote/inspection, which she would not accept. I highly, highly recommend them and their services and Amandalynn is awesome!

    From start to finish this company has been one of integrity. So rare these days. The person who came to give the quote was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Out of 3 quotes Property Revolution was the most reasonable. I also worked a great deal with Stephanie in the office. She is kind, professional, and if she did not have an answer she would get it and get right back to me. The work crew were cheerful, and they knew what they were doing. They had a boatload of tough bushes to rip out before they could even get the old cemented posts out. They did not fuss but got right to work and had them out in a few hours. The fence is straight and level in really unlevel ground. The team leader of the crew was super and kept things on track. It looks really nice. This company is honest, faithful, professional. As I said, when so many companies are making excuses for not getting products, shipping issues, etc. This company came through. So thankful for them!!!

They communicated well from the start and though there were a few issues with acquiring materials and expected weather delays, we were kept informed throughout the entire process.     Curtis was super professional and went over and beyond to provide us with a detailed roof inspection for our new home purchase. The day of the inspection it was raining heavily and instead of rescheduling the inspection, because he knew we had limited days in the inspection period, he gave up his own time to wait out the storm at the property and conduct the inspection after. We were super impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as their willingness to provide us with excellent service.     I had the chance to watch Property Revolutions replace 3 different roofs as a result of a hail storm that hit our area in April of this year. They were recommended to me by a couple in our church who had their roof done. I am the Pastor of a local church. Our ministry center roof was also damaged in the same storm as well as the roof of the house I own.The work was always done quickly with excellence. The workers were polite and professional. They kept the areas around the ministry center and my home cleaned up at the end of each day.If I had a question I could text the owner Curt Visser and he was always careful to get back to me quickly.Best of all, Curt’s estimates for the church and my home were below what the insurance carriers allowed for repairs!Kurts crew also replaced my gutters and had gutter guards installed on them.Overall, my experience with Property Revolutions was great. Amandalynn was fantastic to work with—she helped me put the whole project together and provided a very accurate estimate, including the roofing boards needed, which made the process smoother.We did run into some challenges due to prior improper work that left part of the roof uneven, but Property Revolution was quick to address the issue, coming back out to improve the section after the initial work was completed. Amanda was very easy to work with and modified the quote a couple of times based on our changes. During the installation there were a couple of things that we wanted completed, but unfortunately, they we not feasible and Riley was on top of it and changed the work order to accommodate us.
