    Several jobs for me over the years. The latest with Josh and Carter outstanding. Kitchen sink leaks, new faucet, new drain plumbing. Basically rebuild the whole set up. Awesome job, quick, great clean up and total explanation of what was done and why it happened to begin with.

    We moved to NW TN in the summer of 2022. We bought an older home, knowing that wed need to do some repairs and upgrades. Jordan Plumbing has been a great partner for us, responding quickly and professionally when we needed emergency service during those first few months, and helping us plan for needed improvements. In all instances Jordans service is reliable, professional, courteous, and affordable. Nobody really ever wants to need a plumber, but when we do, Im glad I have Jordan to call.

    Excellent Service from Jordan Plumbing!We recently had an issue with tree roots growing into and blocking our water pipes. After calling Jordan Plumbing, they came out the very same day to assess the situation. Using a camera, they identified the problem and explained that wed need to reroute and repipe everything. They took the time to explain and show us what was wrong, which we really appreciated.We scheduled the repiping job for a few weeks later, and they were punctual, friendly, and professional. Jordan, Cody and Jayden were the team who came out, and they worked tirelessly the entire day to complete the job. Not only were they hard workers, but they were also polite and funny, making the experience easier. They got everything done in one day, and the results were excellent!We’re really happy with the work Jordan Plumbing did and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

    Josh and Carter came out today to find busted line to outside hydrant. Bless Carter for crawling through the water to the opposite end of the house to fix the line. We also know we are in good hands with Jordans. They respond quicky, reasonable costs, and have always done a great job. We have used them for well repair, updating our bathrooms, installing new water heaters, and and these rare emergency situations. So glad they are in our community.

    Jordan plumbing came in after hours and saved the day! Our hot water heater was broken the day we moved into our new house. I was panicked with small children and didn’t know what to do. Jordan plumbing was amazing! Jessica responded so fast and dispatched help so quickly. Cody was absolutely amazing and his service was top-notch. The following day we had another Plumber come out. He and his partner were nothing but awesome! Jessica was on top of it and stayed on top of it we will forever be a Jordan customer!

    Jayden and Josh came to my house to fix a leak in a bathroom. Not only were they experienced and efficient at the task at hand, they were charming young men. I am thankful to be able to call a service that I can both trust and depend.Different post but still the same great service: Josh and Carter came to my house twice for a leaking dishwasher. They pulled the old one and installed a new one. Not only were they on time, there were 30 minutes early. They removed the old one and left the kitchen just as they found it. I highly recommend these guys. You wont go wrong using them; thats for sure.

    Turned my outside faucet on today, and heard water spewing underneath my house. I immediately called Jordan Plumbing Company. The dispatcher, Jessica, told me that she would get someone on it right away. It wasnt long before Jayden J called and said he would be at my house in 10 minutes. He was there in 5. It took him about an hour to assess the problem, and replace the pipe. It didnt cost me and arm and a leg either. I have used Jordan Plumbing before, and I keep using their services because it is always done right the first time!

    Today, 5/17/24, Jordan’s Plumbing installed a water heater in my home.Josh and Jayden were the employees who came to my home.Josh and Jayden were very professional. Came in, did what they needed to do, cleaned up after themselves, made certain everything worked correctly and, then, even explained how to relight my pilot light if it were to happen to go out. Showed me how to set the temperature and even went over instructions that are on the side of the water heater. Explained my warranty.To top it off, I have 2 big dogs that live in my house. They were friendly with them!I would recommend Jordan’s Plumbing to anyone.     Great guy, very honest. Jordan came out after we were referred by a work acquaintance, he was extremely professional. Initially not very happy with him because I took a day off from work to be there when be came to look at my situation and give me a quote. He did call me and apologize but I did inform him of how I felt. Let me say, though, he made it right. I had been very screwed by a previous plumber who had allegedly repaired my system. Jordan told me like it was he gave me two quotes and told me the truth about the matter. We went for a whole re-plumb. He charged us about the same that the last guy did, without us telling him the cost of the previous job. Today he is complete, and our system has never worked better. Everything drains, flushes, and flows much better than before. I highly recommend Jordan Plumbing.

    Experiencing draining problems from house. Josh & Lequente were able to find the clog (a tree root) in the drain with the use of the camera and then jet it out. They made sure all house drains were working and advised me on further maintenance. They were both open to questions and explained as they were working.
