    Thought my AC unit had burned out due to the smell we got from it July 5th. Just knew I was going to be out 8000 for a new system. Called Tennessee Home Solutions and they sent crew to check on it. I called on July 8th and they were here on the next day. Team did a thorough inspection from breaker box to every component of the unit and to my surprise found zero problems. I was extremely pleased with the job they done and the price was much more than I expected. Very friendly young men with a thorough knowledge of their field of expertise. Thank you so much. From the receptionist to the workers this was a very pleasing experience. I highly recommend them for any problems you may have.

    I give them 5 Stars I would have given more if possible. They went out of the way to take car of my elderly parents on the hottest day of the year. They made the time to get my parents a/c back up a running. Great Job

    TN Home Solutions is amazing! Our AC stopped working on a Friday evening, and when I told them that I had company on their way into town from Florida, they packed up their gear and headed to our house to get our system back up and running before anyone knew there was even an issue. Their prices are great, the communication between employees and customers is superb and the all-around service is top-notch! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend TN Home Solutions to anyone I hear that has a need for their services!

    Jonathan Duke and his team at the Knoxville division of Tennessee Home Solutions are 100% top notch. Anytime we have an issue with our heating and cooling, these folks are all over it.     The technician was great and the service provided was excellent. However, the warehouse and parts availability was poor and pushed back the instal date several times. This was not TN Home Solutions fault, but more an inconvenience through whom they get their parts from.

    Great service. Had to order a new blower motor came in fast considering the ice and snow storms. The technicians were very friendly and polite, and answered all of my questions and concerns. They made it out fast even in the snow, they had to come back out but still made it out the same day. Installed the new motor quickly and made sure everything was working even took off the ice from the fan on the outside unit. Im glad we went through this company definitely will recommend them

    My HVAC system locked up when I had family coming in from out of town. I called 2 other 24 hour HVAC service teams and they could not get anyone to me that day. I called TN Home Solutions and they sent the manager out immediately. Mark showed up about 30 minutes after my call. He not only fixed my problem but answered all my questions about what may have happened to the system. Mark saved me from a very hot weekend with family and earned my business for years to come. The estimate to replace my system was fair and timely. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC repair needs. Despite Mark being a KY wildcats fan :), he was extremely professional and seemed like a genuine good human. Thanks guys!

    I recentlu purchased a Ruud 4 ton package unit from these awesome people, they were very prompt with getting me a quote, they worked with me getting some financing together and from there they were out within a couple days installing my new unit and getting it set up, the lead tech on site even came back after the initial install (after normal business hours) to resolve a minor reprogramming hiccup with the thermostat. I would highly recommend to anyone that asks!!! As a bonus, the first electric bill with this new unit saved us $60!!!
