    We encountered a pipe leak in our basement. The next morning we called Sentry and Dustin came over the same day, doing an excellent job of fixing the issue professionally and in a timely manner. Everybody we talked to was kind and personable, and Dustin explained the work that needed done, why it needed done, and the costs associated with the repairs in consumer friendly terms. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I know who well be calling the next time we need help!

    Dustin arrived early and was friendly and knowledgeable. He was up front about his concerns of having to cut a hole into a plaster wall. He was able to complete the repair quickly and had another contractor out to the house to give an estimate for repairing the wall. I could not be happier! Great job and great service!

    Dustin was great! Called in the morning and got same day service! He was here roughly thirty minutes for a basement grate drain backup along with going the extra mile as the kitchen drains into the same location made sure that there was no clog coming from the kitchen either.

    We had an emergency arise over the weekend and I called Sentry on Monday and they were able to squeeze us in to make the needed repair so that we could get our water back on. The work performed was very professional and the cost was very affordable. They are very professional and return phone calls which I am extremely appreciative of. I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs. They were referred to us from a friend and we would refer them to anyone! Thank you so much!

    Had water leak coming from my water meter. Called Sentry plumbing explained what was going on. Had a guy sent out and was here within an hour. Dustin had all the parts he needed and got right to work. Dustin took the time to explain what needed repaired and had me all fixed up in no time. I was beyond impressed with his work, his professionalism, and him taking the time to talk to me about the problem. The price was more than fair for the scope of work. 10 out of 10 would reccomend. As Im typing this I cannot express my gratitude enough. This guy is the real deal. You will not be disappointed in this company.

    I wanted to be sure and tell everyone how wonderful Sentry Plumbing is with communication, responsiveness, and work quality. Were really are happy with Dustins work putting in our new kitchen faucet with soap dispenser. He was patient with all my questions on choices for extra holes we would have in our countertop.     Amazing service! The quality, care and professionalism is far above the normal. They arrived on time (earlier then scheduled which was amazing!) Cleaned out our entire drain from house to septic tank after another local plumber was unable to. Dustin videod the inside of the pipes and explained the issues very clearly. Would highly recommend.

    This business is the best! We called for help with a utility sink filling up with water, a slow draining kitchen sink and problems with the shower draining. A nice lady took our call immediately and Dustin arrived at our house within about ten minutes at the end of the day on the same day of my call. Dustin fixed our plumbing problems quickly.     The worst feeling ever is when your floor drain backs up on you. Cant use any water in the house at all. I ended up calling three different plumbing companies. A major storm forecast the next day. Finally, after google search I called Sentry Plumbing. They actually answered my call and Sarah was extremely helpful, told me the plumber would be here in two hours. He was early, he was professional and Dustin had my problem repaired in no time at all.     Dustin did an amazing!!!!!! Job changing our leaky water spiket and my walls outside is brick,, not even a chip on the bricks,, , right there you can tell how how good of a plumber he is.Also he installed a new water spicket for the back yard,,, again he did a WONDERFUL AMAZING JOB. We are so please with him, sooo,,Dustin is our personal plumber now. Dustin thank you for such an amazing job.

    Top of the line service! Got an explanation of what was done and how to reduce the occurrence of the same problem. No hidden fees! What they quote is what you pay. The only thing added on is the governments portion (taxes) By far the best experience I have ever had with a plumber!!!

    Had to share this. I do not bother to provide reviews, but I felt compelled. This company is the best from top to bottom. I was having sewer plugging issues and no one could get here.     My main sewer backed up and being a plumber myself that has cleared drains for years, I tried to take care of the issue on my own. Where I work now does not do drain calls and I only had access to a machine that just didnt do the job. I admitted defeat and had to call for reinforcements! Dustin showed up earlier than I was told which is always good when you cant use your bathroom all day! He was very professional, thorough and upfront with his pricing and did an amazing job getting the blockage in our line cleared up. He used his cable machine and when that just wasnt cutting it, got his jetter in to make quick work of it! He also used his sewer camera to check for potential problem areas in my sewer line and for proper flow. If you are reading reviews searching for a plumber and see this one, take it from another plumber who needed help and call Dustin at Sentry Plumbing. Hes a one man wrecking crew doing great work!
