Extremely professional, excellent craftsmanship, fantastic staff, Derek and staff asked each day if I was happy with the workmanship and what can they do. My house was cleaner when they left. This is your sign to stop Googling other kitchen/bath remodel companies and just go with Derek and Fresh Look, Inc! From our first inquiry call, Derek was amazing. Always so responsive, organized and knowledgeable. The best part is the location of his office – it is right next door to Foglios Flooring so you have the luxury of walking back and forth with Derek’s input to look at samples (floors, countertops, and backslash all in 1 place). Derek was so patient with all of our questions. Once we finally had a plan, he generated a 3D visual of the remodel that we could access on our phones or computer. Derek was very transparent throughout the construction and would constantly keep us updated with texts and pictures. Once the job was completed, we had a few last minute asks that he took care of for us – no questions asked. It can be difficult to find reliable contractors these days but that was not the case with Derek and his team. They did great work and we are so happy with our new kitchen! -

Derek and his company did an excellent job replacing the kitchen counter top and the backsplash. I wish I had a before picture to see the amazing transformation. I am so pleased with the results. Working with Derek and his company was a pleasure making the renovation easy with very little disruption Derek was very helpful with making the design choices They are currently working on the guest bathroom and will also do the primary bathroom. -

Our journey started when we bought a decent size 1980’s home, carpeted and wallpapered throughout, with a windowless small kitchen. Lo and behold, the magic wand appeared when I stepped into Fresh Look Inc. showroom at Marmora, NJ. Owner Derek Southard stepped in and saw a beautiful vision for our little niche. We will be forever grateful for his ideas, dedication and hard work he and his team invested in our second home. The transformation is amazing! We now have a beautiful spacious looking home, an amazing large, open and sun soaked kitchen with beautiful Fabuwood cabinetries, and nature inspired bathrooms. Our whole interior has become an oasis of joy. From the start to finish, Derek is reliable, trustworthy and always available for any questions and concerns. His positive approach is admirable. His good hearted nature reflected well in how he provides his services. He goes out of his way when it’s needed. He takes his work seriously. Fresh Look Kitchen and Bath and Derek made every effort to make the entire process simple. Derek relieved a lot of my anxiety about the process and was very well educated about all of the products offered. My new counter tops, cabinets, and back splash bring a new, crisp, and clean environment to my whole floor plan. Derek communicated the entire process with me and answered all of my questions, and even made great suggestions to give my area more counter space. The Fabuwood cabinets look beautiful and provide better storage that I had before. The entire process with Fresh Inc from estimate to installation was time effective and well communicated. The entire team was completely professional. -

We wanted to update our 3 bedrooms and Derek and his crew made it stressless as possible. They demoed and replaced all trim and doors. They removed the carpet and placed vinyl plank flooring which looks beautiful. One of our windowsills was cracked and they made a new one perfectly. They put all new closet shelves in. They spackled, sanded, painted it’s like we have 3 brand new bedrooms. Everything started about a month after we signed the contract and everything was completed in less than 3 weeks. We will definitely use them for more updates. Highly recommend! -

Fresh Look just finished remodeling our 60 year old bathroom and its perfect! The crew is very professional and took care of every little detail. They discovered lot of issues along the way - moldy walls, sub flooring thats a hundred years old, sketchy electric, etc. They took care of all of these big problems that come along with a very old house while giving full attention to all the fussy little details that you want when you have a vision . You can see the result is amazing. I definitely recommend them to anyone who has to tackle a renovation. I definitely plan on using Fresh Look for our kitchen renovation in the future. -
