ML Finish Carpentry recently completed a few projects for us and we could not be happier with the results. Macliver refinished stairs, did drywall / baseboard work in our basement and finally built beautiful custom cabinetry with a large bench for our mudroom. He is a skilled finish carpenter and while we really love the custom built-ins he made for us, we also appreciate his ability to finish each project on time and on budget while maintaining a very clean work area for the 2-3 weeks he was with us. Mac also was able to seamlessly coordinate his own demo and plaster team to expedite the completion of the project. Id recommend ML Finish Carpentry to all of our friends, family and neighbors without hesitation - a true professional who takes pride in his work and comes through on his promises!!

Macliver did a gorgeous job with the molding. He was quick, too--3 rooms in a day. We have an old house with tricky walls and ceilings. Looks beautiful.UPDATE! The team completed part 2 of this project: plaster, caulk, + paint. Quick, professional, and clean. Would hire again!

If you are looking for a reliable company to do excellent carpentry work around your residence or business place this is it! We just hired ML Finish Carpentry to do some work around our house and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We were trying to tie in the old side of our 1950s house to the addition that we recently built so that all of the woodwork would blend in. We also had some doors that had to be replaced throughout our residence. After calling the company, we received a quote the same day. Within a couple days the work had started and moved by so quickly. The quality of the craftsmanship, attention to detail and hardwork that went into finishing our home is unparalleled to any that we have ever received before. We are definitely planning on hiring ML Finish Carpentry for future projects throughout the house. If you’re looking for someone to work on your next project, give them a call. I got the contact for ML Finish Carpentry on Google. I was not very sure of hiring them since there were only 12 reviews. I took a chance and boy, these guys were awesome. Macliver delivered what he promised. I got hardwood floors finished and the guys finished on time and even worked on Saturday and Sunday. I cant thank them enough.

Macliver built and installed new kitchen cabinet doors (and coordinated and managed the painting of doors and the base) for my 1939 kitchen. This instantly upgraded and refreshed my space for a lot less cost and disruption than a larger renovation (there were only a couple of days where I couldn’t use the kitchen which was not a problem). Macliver and the painter (Elton) were both very professional, courteous, and respectful of my space. I’m very happy with the results!

I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process and their professionalism. They came over, measured everything, gave me the price and once approved, scheduled the day (which was surprisingly fast) and built my brand new closet in one single day. My house is old and it has lots of caveats. Macliver did everything and saved me money. Now we will work on building my home office. I’m very happy and will definitely refer him to my friends. I love my new closet! I can’t wait to see my home office 😃
