They knew what they were doing and were done early, but had to wait on Anderson City Utilities to come and hook the power back. They waited 3 hrs. Had Pablo and Eric out to my residence to replace my main breaker box. They were very knowledgeable about the equipment and how it worked. They took time to explain to me how the system works and the inner working of each breaker. After talking with them for about an hour while they prepped the old box for removal. I was very confident in their ability to do the work safely, correctly and with high quality parts. The finished product looks great. I am overall very happy with choosing Knees Electric for this job. I feel safe and secure with my new setup. Thank you Knees Electric. If I could find a complaint, it would be the cost of the project. After a fifteen thousand dollar furnace last month and this five thousand dollar breaker box. Money is tight. But, the quality justified the cost. I feel good about my experience.

Knee’s Electrical sent Matt out to fix our breaker box and we discovered our new house needed a lot of work . Matt was simply excellent. He explained all of our options to us and answered every question we had. The crew he sent out was so professional and so fast that their sign is a testament to both their profession and speed with which they work. Three breaker panels and main line were moved, they replaced, and updated everything including outlets. This was all done over two days Wednesday and Friday. We decided to purchase a whole-house back-up generator. Garth explained everything in pretty good detail and worked with us to initiate a financing option offered by Generac. Our appointment went as scheduled and was concluded on time that same day. Knees took care of the necessary permit and coordinated with the power company and inspection. The install team went above and beyond because they reorganized the wiring in the breaker box to tidy it up, and even color coordinated the NG pipes running to the unit. We had a few questions and issues up until the install, but Garth addressed those and worked with us to our satisfaction. Overall, we are happy with their process.

Thank you so much Matt for figuring out what was wrong with that faulty outlet in our garage. I think five electricians have checked it over the years. They put in a detector and say we are getting electricity. Then whatever we plugged in would stop working after awhile . It was making me crazy! Matt didnt just test, he opened up the fixture and found the problem. Someone had put in a wire jumper to fool the plug tester. (Probably for a house inspection?) Who knew people did stuff like that. I am so happy the mystery is solved and whatever I plug in works now!

There’s nothing negative to say, only positive, about Knee’s. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. We had what turned out to be an emergency, and they came to our rescue. From the support/phone crew to the electricians - most definitely, they are a well-oiled team. The electricians showed up on time and were hands-on involved and as deeply concerned as we were. Knee’s properly diagnosed the problem and solved it immediately, even pulling staff aside from another job because it amounted to that thing. I had these guys come out a couple months ago and it was wonderful experience from start to finish. I am refinishing my old kitchen and needed some outlets moved, a couple new ones installed for new appliances, and a baseboard heater removed. They came in and gave me a detailed quote with a couple of options and walked me through what they recommended but were not pushy at all. When it came to the day they were working, they made sure every outlet I needed was in the right spot before installing. Great price for great work, will definitely be calling them again if I need more work done in the future.

Im always nervous that technicians for the home will be salesmen more than technicians, but there was no sales pitch, no fearmongering to get me to spend more, no subscription to have to sign up for, no signs in my yard. Doug assessed the problem quickly, offered options for solutions, and after choosing from the options he gave, he completed the task quickly, yet carefully. I felt that he was there to solve my problem with his competence and skill (not just get me to spend money for business). We just bought a home in town after 23 years of country living, it was time to get in closer to the city. The house was almost as old as me, being built in 1959 and the service panel and wiring needed modern upgrades. It was a 2 day process, the service panel replaced and wiring switched from aluminum to copper wiring from the mast and modern breakers (and grounding rods installed) was done and service restored on day 1. Day 2 my generator hook up and additional outlets were installed in my attached garage including replacing the extension cord the previous owners had stapled to the ceiling to have power for the overhead door opener (amateur at best). I tip my hat to Logan, Brandon and Chris for the efficient, professional and courteous service they provided. It was a bit pricey, but having everything up to code and the knowledge that it was safer was worth every penny spent. Logan and Brandon came in on the 2d day to complete the work in the garage and worked everything out surpassing my expectations. They performed cleanup both days before they left and did some drywall work as well! Color me impressed! I highly recommend Knees Electrical with no reservations, and if the rest of the crew is as efficient and knowledgeable as Logan and Brandon, this company will be around for a long while. Im one happy camper and cant say all the nice things I feel about these electricians...Thank you all!

My wife and I recently contacted Generac and arranged for a quote from Knees Electrical Service in Marion, IN. Garth Miller was the electrician from Knees who met us this morning.After and inspection of our home Garth sat down with us and thoroughly explained what would take place if we chose to hire his company. He was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. Once he was finished we had a good understanding of; how a generator works, what a generator can and cannot do, the importance of annual maintenance, how the installation would completed, what to expect on the day of installation, what to expect from his company, and much more.We ultimately decided to go with a 22 KW generator. Garth assured us that this generator was more than sufficient to take care of our need. He did show us a larger unit, however there was no pressure to up sale.I would like to say that it wasnt so much the brand name or the price involved (which was very reasonable) that sold us on Knees Electrical. It was this young man. We appreciated his professionalism, his kindness (even toward our two year old granddaughter), his straightforwardness, and his sincerity.Im a retired police officer. I was on the job for 32 years and retired as a lieutenant. As a watch commander for my department, I would often stress to officer that they were the true representatives of the department and should conduct themselves accordingly. When the public thinks about their police department their not thinking of the chief; their seeing the faces of the police officers they have encountered.Garth Miller is the face of Knees Electrical and the company could not have a better representative.

Installed complete service panel, riser pole, grounding rods, breaker panel, with 30amp gen connector with interlock, had to have electrical lineman come disconnect and reconnect to the house there was no disconnect to the house. they had it installed, inspection pasted with no issues, and power was back on within 5hrs. Great work will use again and respectful, they tried to keep dirt from coming in to the house wearing shoe covers when entering the house. They did accidentally cut the fiber optic line going in to the house next to the riser pole, had it fixed by the next day (would have had it fixed same day but fiber optic company did not have parts), Knees Electric paid for the repair with no issues.

They even provided us a generator to use, free of charge, while our power was out most of the day! The only downsides: It DID take a full week to get a technician available to even look at our problem initially (this was acceptable, as it was not urgent), but once an assessment and plan was made, all repairs and upgrades were done within the next 7 days. The job was a bit on the expensive side, but if this means our electrical panels are good to go for the rest of my and my husbands lifetimes (30ish years), I will have considered it worth every penny.

Dana & Caden went above and beyond! They replaced two motion sensor switches that did not work properly with chain pulls I had chosen. They made sure the length of the chains suited me! Im just sorry I didnt know about Knees four years ago when I had the generator installed. They just earned a new customer and Ill be using them for my yearly generator maintanance.
