We hired Perez Interior Trim to completely replace the carpeted stairs and builder grade spindles and handrails in the front entrance to our house. He also built beautiful chair rails in the dining room, removed unsightly built ins in our family room. Mr. Perez is detailed, skilled and very patient and willing to talk through ideas and plans. He even set up an entire example of the detailed chair rails for us. He wants to get it right and that is really appreciated. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Paris and his crew did an excellent job of repairing my first floor after a flood. They installed and repaired drywall and wainscoting.to multiple rooms and the garage. Paint job was excellent. The repairs looks better than the original. They even corrected the lousy work of another contractor (nothing to do with the flood). They repaired ceilings messed up with water stains. They had a great idea to add a beam in the ceiling to help with the ceiling paint transition,since the ceiling was continuous. It looks beautiful! They also installed some backsplash in the kitchen. Really outstanding work. His woodwork skills are impressive (better than our builder by a mile) and his stain and paint were equally impressive. Did the job when he said, in the time frame he promised and better than expected results.
