    It’s not every day you have the pleasure of meeting honestly, good people , very impressed with the workmanship, their knowledge and their prices , if you’re looking for excellent work Nexgen is an excellent choice . Their financing is available and can approve you at no time . They replace my water heater with a waterless heating tank, same Day .. they were all very respectful, make sure they clean up the place after the left .. at the same time, they have my air conditioner, inspected and found out we had three big holes , ect .. Tim Eagleson and his crew literally saved our lives. We were not aware that our air-conditioning was leaking , carbon monoxide levels , We will forever be grateful for all these young men

    Aaron came out for my water heater maintenance this morning and did such a great job. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I always appreciate when people go above and beyond to explain and educate me on my appliances. He didnt try to confuse me and made sure I had an understanding of all of the components and mechanics of any part we were discussing. And he did a great job cleaning up after himself when he was done.

    I recently switched from Burgesons to NexGen and since switching Ive been very happy with NexGen services. We have used them for HVAC and plumbing; and all have been amazing experiences.     We called NexGen for our AC/Heater needs a while ago. And called them again for our water heater. We are not disappointed. Appointment made and decided that day. Install expectations were met. I would not use anyone else for our HVAC and Plumbing needs. With regards to David De La Rosa, he was transparent on price and what will happen on the install. No surprises or misleading statements. He was pleasant and punctual. Glad to have him come out and take care of us. Thank you David and the NexGen Team. Customer for life here.

    I highly recommend NEXGEN as they were top notch in every aspect. I was quickly scheduled for a walk though with Zach as we discussed an entire HVAC replacement to replace the original (27 years old) that came with the house. Zach was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave me options and explained the pros/cons of each. He sent Gustavo to my house the following day to ensure that the install I requested, could be performed. After Gustavos walk through, we scheduled the install which was predicted to take 3 days. Gustavos team was amazing! 3 days later, install complete. I was given a tour of the entire system to allow a self inspection. Gustavo handed me all of the installation/operators manuals and went over them in detail. Final step was pairing my phone with the Ecobee thermostats that were also installed...took about 5 minutes. System performed flawlessly and I cant even describe how much better this system is than the old system (but based on age...Im sure you get my point). Zach checked in with me regularly during the install to ensure things were going smoothly. Once complete, Zach scheduled his final walk though and debrief. NEXGEN hit it out of the park!!!!

    Our ac went out of Friday I called Nexgen and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Highly recommend Brian Cortez Hawkins very professional explained entire process and was very knowledgeable on equipment. Checked everything and cleaned unit. Tested vents inside to make sure air flow was flowing correctly. Thank you Brian we are enjoying our cool home!

    Ivan came to service my stove and I’m very pleased with the results.He did a great job in explaining the process of the work load and the whole time he was here he was very professional. My pet peeve are shoes in the home. I didn’t have to ask him to wear booties, etc. he just did. After he completed the job I noticed he checked to make sure he didn’t leave a mess. I can’t express how well please I was with his work ethic. Most importantly the job was done well. My stove is in working order again. Thank you for your service Ivan.

    Very easy to set up appointment with NexGen to come out and to take a look at our AC that was not working. With summer coming up, we wanted to make sure it was up and running. Alexandro was was assigned to come out and take a look. He was very good not just at finding the problem but also walking me through on what he was looking for and what led him to check and the process of elimination to find the source of the problem. I was taken by this to demonstrate they’re not just taking short cuts and wanting to replace unnecessary equipment that can bring up repair costs. Alexandro made me feel comfortable with his findings and recommendations. I would recommend NexGen as they truly deliver customer service and actually diagnose and trouble shoot to find the exact repair needed.

    Noah was on time and very efficient at diagnosing the problem with our AC.He took many photos to document the current state of our system and very carefully explained the problem and the work to be done to make the repair.     We had NexGen re-pipe the house and main sewage line. After the work was done Andres Cervantez from Quality Control came out to our home on 2/22/2024 to check out the work. He was Great! He checked our bathroom, where they had replaced our mainline. No issues. I am happy with our warranty, and the work done by NexGen! Thanks again Andres!

    Mr. Carlos Acevedo, the Tech of NexGen HVAC called to let me know he will arrive within 45 minutes. He showed up at 10:15 am on time in the neat uniform. He inspected my Heaters and AC carefully and explained how they work and makes some recommendations. He spent more than 2hrs.The thing surprised me and my wife is he told us theres no charge for today then he asked me to sign 2 documents on he wireless phones. I asked him what are they? he said nothing important, they just show his woks at my home. I trust him so I signed them w/o reading the content of documents. I hope I didnt make terrible mistakes.Here are the additional information, today I received the invoice from NexGen that proved what Carlos told me are true. That is good news and I will work update my Ac & Heater system as he recommended. I highly recommend any person who needs a good company to repair the system, thanks Carlos.

    My AC went out completely in my house and I needed new duct work because there was asbestos covering my old ducts. I called Nexgen because 1. I’ve heard their advertisements on the radio and tv a lot and thought they must be doing something right if they can spend all that money on marketing & 2. They have a lot of good reviews online on both Yelp and Google. When I called them, they came out the same day and I was greeted by a sales rep named Zach Negrette. Dude was straight forward and didn’t BS me or try to upsell me at all. He showed me pictures of how the work would look when completed and that is exactly how it looked when it was done. The installers Hugo and Julio did a great job at my house installing everything. They cleaned up after themselves each day they were here and made sure I understood everything that they were doing. I have dogs as well, so they were very patient with me while I put them in different areas so that they could work. I would highly recommend NexGen to anyone needing HVAC work done. Even after the job has been completed Zach has been responsive to my texts and phone calls with the questions that I have had after the install. Sales men (especially car sales men) usually don’t answer or provide good customer service once the sale is done, but this is not true for Zach or anyone from NexGen that I have dealt with so far. If I could give this company 6 stars I would.

    We had an excellent experience with these folks. Eddie from Nexgen Riverside came out to diagnose a problem with one of our AC units. He finished another job early, so he was able to come over to our house early, and was in and out much sooner than we anticipated. He found the problem and did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and going over our options. Will definitely use this company again.

They came out same day and fixed my AC, after I had spent weeks asking my new home builder for help, and their AC company came and left, refusing to assist because it was related to electrical!     Edward P did a great job at serving out heater and AC. He was very thorough and was able to explain everything in great detail. He provided photos and data from his sensors he placed around our house to make sure our unit was running correctly and more importantly safely. He offered solutions that could help our system run more efficiently and save us money on our monthly electric bill.Our biggest concern was that our heater would shut off every 10 mins. Turns out it was due to corrosion on a sensor. Edward cleaned the sensor and left it looking brand new. Now the heater runs with now issue!Usually I try to save money and do things myself but I would gladly pay to have this service done on a regular basis to make sure my HVAC is running optimally…and the best part is it saves me from having to squeeze into my attic!I’m glad I went with NexGen and I’m glad that Edward P was our service tech. Next time I need my unit serviced I’m definitely requesting that they send Edward P!

    He was very nice, not too pushy about other services provided. He did install a new thermostat has a “free gift”. (Although there was absolutely nothing wrong with my original thermostat.). He said it connected to my phone but yet no one in my house can figure out how to do this and we’re still trying to figure out how to use the unit itself. He did leave one of the cleaning brushes at my house, even though he told me what day he would come back to pick it up he never has…

    Communication had degraded at NexGen. I called to make a service appointment and was told I would be called back because all customer service staff was already on calls. The person who called back said she was going to book my appointment. She did book it with a window from 1:00 to 5:00pm on the date chosen. Then the next day someone who said they were with customer service/scheduling and my appointment needed to be solidified at 5:00-6:00pm on the date. She said the person I spoke to did not have access to their actual service schedules. So the time they gave me was in error. I agreed to 5:00pm on the date. The date was today. The technician arrived at 4:00pm. No one texted or called to advise me of the time change. The technician was under the impression that the office had contacted me to let me know he would arrive an hour early. More communication errors. He did the service and said all was good with my heating and a/c, but I should consider adding a device to assist with the starting of the unit in my backyard that had the fan. The device would help stop “hard starts” on that piece of equipment. System is barely four years old. Device costs almost $600. Seems high for an add on they can’t even say I need. Not the kind of service I am used to getting from NexGen. Have been so satisfied in the past.

    Plumber Johnny Moreno was excellent, He was very patient, he was kind, very neat .He explained every thing and I was given options. He was on time, he did not rush. I am a senior citizen. My sink had some leaks that I was aware of. He inspected it and showed me others. He fixed my kitchen leaks and unstopped my sink in the kitchen as well. He is the best in the west.     Called NexGen at 11:00am and they had a tech out here by 12:00. Diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes. Had a manager out within 15 minutes to confirm the diagnosis. Unfortunately had to purchase a new system which was expected after 30 years of the original system. The crew will be here within the hour to start the demo work and then will complete the installation tomorrow. Timely, quick, professional. Have used them for 3 different homes and have always had great service

    I called them for a clogged condensation drain line. I had shop vacd it prior to calling them as the secondary was leaking. I requested that the tech call me prior to appointment so I can get there for him to access. They have a follow up text, and call reminding me the day before our scheduled appointment. And the tech (Eddy called) prior to arrival and gave me an ETA. He arrived when he said he would and was extremely friendly and professional. There was some miscommunication in regards to offered service and cost from the office. He said he will call the office to clarify but in the meantime was given clearance to check things out on what the issue maybe and if he could be of service. Turns out that I had already cleared the line and the unit was operational. He walked around with me to explain my system and made real common sense. With the issue resolved there was no further need of service, (he didnt charge anything as he said I had already fixed it), but he took his time to explain and answer some of the questions I had about what services they offered and entailed. Honest guy with company owning up on the agreement. Even if you had to pay little extra, knowledge, professionalism, expertise, and just straight common sense makes it a A+ experience. Thanks!

    Roger was the technician that came out to help me and Regan was the awesome point man. I had condensation build up that led to a leak from an old HVAC unit at my office. Not only did Roger come out the same day, he made an appointment with me and texted me to let me know he would be 1.5 hours early!     I am commenting on the skill and professionalism of the field manager Travis and plumbing expert Abraham that helped me. They are excellent at their job and found the source of the leak in my siding. They deserve 5/5 and are awesome. However, I am disappointed by their marketing ploy. I called nexgen based on the advertisement on their website Free leak detection with repair ad for $268 promotional offer expiring soon. I called them to confirm if it includes the price of repair and they said yes. However, I learned from the technicians who visited that this price did not include the repair cost. This I thought was very deceptive. I give them 1/5 stars to the company for this but 5/5 to the techs. So, my leak has been found thankfully but I cannot afford the expensive repair at this time. The two techs were very knowledgeable and experienced and didnt waste any time in getting to the source of the problem in detecting the leak.

    The nightmare is over. We finally have a working AC! We recently moved into a new house, and two months in the AC goes out. Well it’s still under the home warranty so we give them a call. Really went out of his way to make sure there were not any additional issues and to make sure everything was working correctly. Gave us great, honest advice on how we could do home care for the AC, and was a pleasure to talk to the whole time. With service like that, we will always call Nextgen first. Great experience!

Ryan was an awesome tech who was able to figure out my heater problem. He also added a iwave r which helps my air quality immensely.     The Technician called and said he would be there by 9:15 a.m. He was right on time. My appointment was for an Air Conditioner inspection. The Technician, found some minor issues, but he did say, for as old as the system is it is in good shape. The technician was able to get the parts he needed and fixed the issued today. I thought he would have to come back on another day. My Technician was Pedro Ortega. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He went right to work and after he finished he went over the issues and answered any questions I had. I definitely would recommend Nexgen. I saw their commericals on TV. Good company.

    I called NextGen HVAC and Plumbing yesterday and was able to get an appointment the next day. I never used them before so I was a little skeptical but I needed my AC unit repaired asap and did not want to pay outrages call-out fees.Once the technician, JUAN, arrived he immediately resolved my issue for a reasonable price. JUAN was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He figured out the issue and fixed it hassle free. I immediately noticed the difference and it works just as great as it did when I purchased it.Because of JUAN, NextGen has won my service. He went above and beyond.     First off...PATRICK was awesome very personalable but still perfessional! When he spoke to me about the issues with my unit, I could tell right off the bat he was knowledgeable!     Patrick was the tech who showed up with excellent customer service skills and personality to match. He completely checked the a/c system and made adjustments where needed. He also didnt leave before adjusting the vents and making sure to show me the air flow & how to use the Nest. I will surely be requesting his service next time I call NexGen.UPDATE: there is definitely something wrong with the Nest program or wiring. I wanted to Nest programmed and I was shown how to basically do it manually by turning the dial. Today/Thursday my house was 91° by 12:00 noon and although it said in 2 hrs before temperature would reach 74° it is 2:01 a.m. Friday & temperature is at 85° and still says in 2 hours. I Googled Nest and it says it could be the c-wire is not connected properly. Before Nexgen came out my house was cool all I needed was the thermostat reprogrammed. I will be calling later this morning complaining & to see how long a service call will take. Otherwise I will be contacting another company that can program a Nest thermostat. Not a happy camper.

    The technician was great and actually arrived early. The reason for my rating is the pricing. My A/C had a coolant leak in it and needed to be fixed and totally recharged. I was charged $83 a pound for r410a refrigerant which is excessive since their wholesale cost is less than $5.00 (five dollars) a pound. While I realize they need to mark up their services for a profit, I was also charged $247 to fix the leak. I am posting this as a warning for people who need service. Their pricing is at least a few hundred dollars higher than it should be. Again great service, AWFUL pricing. I dont know if this is their normal pricing, or if they were simply taking advantage of people during a heat wave. Either way, you probably want to call somebody else.To the owner who posted a response: Despite great service from your tech, I have lowered my rating to a 1. The reason for this is that despite posting that you would contact me AND my filling out your internal review stating I would like to be contacted, you have FAILED to do so. It seems that you posted a response to simply make it look like management cares what customers think to others who read these reviews.I am changing this review again. Management finally got back to me after about a month and made every effort to make me happy. Again, the technician service was great, I am leaving the rating as a four due to the length of time management took, but I am happy with their service.

    Axel Garcia was not only professional but was fast and very knowledgeable. Ive had several companies out to fix my air conditioner and no one could find the issue. Axel ordered the part needed and had it delivered and he installed it the same day. If myself friends or family have have an air conditioning issue I would 100% recommend him.

    I had Nexgen come in and gave me a quote on a new AC and furnace. As soon as I had signed the contract, they went ahead and took out the old units and had them hauled away. The next day they were at my place at 8 am and started working and 4 hours later they were done. I am very happy with their job.They are really good at what they do.     You dont come across such a professional and honest company now a days. These guys were beyond that. I had a thermostat malfunction and they were able to accommodate fairly quickly. Andy was very helpful in determining what went wrong with our thermostat. Not only did he fix the problem, he explained to me what went wrong and how to fix it. I would definitely recommend these guys for any issues with your HVAC in the future.

    Patrick was on time responsive and professional. Unfortunately Patrick said it was going to be expensive over $1,200 even with discounts. When I told him I had homeowners and could he do it through them he told me he didnt know but that definitely would be the better way to go. When I called fidelity and ask them if nextgen could do it, they said they would have to get a report from one of their contracted companies. They called Marina heating and air conditioning who came out and first said I was half a pound life on the freon. Then have to looking at all the information that I gave them from Patrick they said that everything was just fine you have full amount of freon and there is no problem. Obviously this is a day later and 80° in the house and something is obviously wrong. I took pictures at various showing the time and temperature and temperature setting as I had been instructed to do by Oleg. I am really hoping that Patrick will send a full report so I can attempt to get some solution in place

    Recently had Nexgen Air come to replace our furnace, install a new thermostat, and provide maintenance for our AC unit. The technician that helped us was Sal, and he was great! Very responsive to our calls, provided different repair options based on our budget, showed up on time, and very professional. I would highly recommend Nexgen Air!     Amazing and professional every step of the way. Scheduling was a breeze, no pun intended. I was actually a bit surprised that I was able to get a next day A/C diagnostic appt at a time that fit MY schedule. The phone rep was even cheerful and upbeat.Axel, our technician, was also awesome. He was super patient with my curious hands-on 7 year old and with my misreading his name which was clearly printed on his ID badge. Oops. He was thorough in checking out every part of the AC system and answered all of the questions we threw at him. Once the diagnosis was complete, Axel explained what he believed to be the issue and how to address it. As a courtesy, he even swapped out the old dirty filter for a fresh one (he said he was worried about my kiddos health and said it would also improve the air flow slightly).All that said, I have to give a full 5 star review for my entire experience with Nexgen Air and I would highly recommend calling them for all your heating and ac issues.
