    My tech Bodey was on time as always. He efficiently repaired the electrical issues we had identified, and explained clearly what he did. The other thing that I wanted to highlight is that Haupt Electrical bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. I had an initial schedule that had to change due to issues with the closing on the property where this electrical repair was performed. Through the multiple changes I requested to the appointment, Haupt was extremely responsive and bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule/reschedule needs.....just incredible service! I highly recommend Haupt Electrical for taking care of your electrical needs!

    Haupt Electrical was able to get us in the same week called for service. The technician was efficient, friendly, and (above all) competent. He repaired several light switches and installed a new GFCI outlet into the same short visit. I couldnt be happier with the results. I definitely recommend them

    We hired Haupt to install some picture lighting in our house. The company was great to work with. Jordan came out and did a great job installing the lights. He also took time before the install to answer questions and explain the install. He was polite, professional and friendly. It couldnt have gone better.

    Jordan and team were great. Arrived not just on-time but early. Our house is old and difficult, Jordan was willing to work with us on the features we wanted for our canned lights in the living room and get us the switch setup that we wanted. Same thing for the ceiling fan installs in the bedrooms. Even took some extra time out of his day to look at something I left off the quote and let me know what he could do for it.Cant recommend Jordan and Haupt enough. Support local business!

    Great service !! I wanted to hook up a generator for back-up power to my house. I thought I would need a switch gear set up, they offered me another option that I was not even aware of took 30minutes to install took care of getting approval from the city !! Everything.     I was really struggling to solve an issue with outlets in my garage. I had a few friends with electrical knowledge come and trouble shoot the issue with no luck. He knew exactly what needed to he done and his ā€œanything is possibleā€ attitude was so appreciated given the difficult metal framework.

    Bodie And his apprentice came to our condo , right on time. Their work was fast and accurate. They replaced the sheetrock sections for the repair by the other repair service .     Ethan, Jordan, and Chris at Haupt Electrical did a absolutely fantastic job for us!! We have been having an issue with our kitchen outlets not working for over 4 months. The house weā€™re currently renting is very old, and has a lot of fixing up to do. We had some other guy (not haupt) who came out a while back who deemed the issue to be a mysterious electrical phenomena he was unable to fix, but these guys at Haupt came out and swiftly solved the seemingly impossible issue. The rusted over and broken breaker was replaced expertly, wiring reinstalled, and within seconds of the kitchen outlets being inspected they were able to pin point the problem and it was good as new in a matter of minutes! We are beyond thrilled that we can now rest easy knowing our fridge wonā€™t go out in the middle of the night! And beyond being clear experts in their fields, these guys were so friendly, kind, and easy to work with. Thanks so much to the Haupt team, yā€™all are miracle workers! Bodie and Jayce were very careful bringing in, setting up, and taking out the giant ladder needed for the job. And the installation was fast and professional.     Great electricians. Iā€™ve worked with them a few times and they are exceptional in the quality of their work and punctuality. I had a circuit giving me a really hard time and they troubleshooted it quickly. Then I needed some new outlets installed (old house with weird wiring) and they got it done and inspected my house (for a small additional fee) in under an hour. Highly recommend working with them!

    Our outlets in both of our bathrooms werenā€™t working. We called Haupt Electrical to make an appointment and they told us that it would be $60 to assess the problem, and then another charge to fix it. Haupt came out and had it all fixed in less than 30 minutes. The electrician said that it would be a flat $60 since it was a quick fix. I appreciate their good, honest work.

    Our mini split system went out and we needed a new fuse box installed, they were able to get someone out the same day and fixed our problem that night. We were so grateful because we donā€™t have central air, it all goes through that electric system so no ac when itā€™s 99 degrees would have been tough. So friendly, such good service and technician was so knowledgeable. Thankful for them, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great electrician!

    I recently purchased a little 1940s home that needed a complete electrical overhaul. Several people recommended Haupt Electrical and now I know why.     We had 2 HUGE trees go down in a microburst storm which unfortunately took out a power line. The city came and cut our power right at our box and told us we would need to hire an electrician to come repair it. Our house was built in the 1950ā€™s so we knew they may not be able to fix the box or wiring. When I called Haupt Electrical I told them what happened and asked if there was anyway they could come out same day since it was the middle of summer, and we had 2 fridges and freezers without power. They amazingly came out within 2 hours and were able to move and put up an entire new box! It looks amazing and my husband and I are over the moon! The 3 guys that came did an excellent job, were very professional, and were easy to talk to! They answered all of our questions and even worked around the huge mess and all the people cleaning up in our yard! I would hire them for any electrical job, every time!     I love working with Haupt Electrical. I manage a few commercial and residential properties and Haupt is my go to for electrical work. They usually are able to come out quick to assess the project and get me a quote and then fit me in to their busy schedule. Weve had them do everything from installing a single plug to a complete electrical remodel of a 30,000 sqft commercial space. They are friendly, know my name and go out of their way to accommodate me. I like working with them. They have always done great work for us.     We hired Haupt to install the wiring for a bidet in our elderly moms bathroom in the nursing home she lives in. Due to state coding the electrician was not able to install it. Before being informed of this by the nursing home maintenance director, he spent over 90 minutes troubleshooting the best way it could be done because the cord was too short, it needed a junction box installed, etc. He was very gracious and professional. Haupt didnt charge us at all for the visit, and were great to work with.     Haupt electrical is awesome! We found out that there was something wrong with one of our switches. I was replacing a switch with a smart switch with the breaker turned off and got a little zap from the supposedly dead wire! At the same time a light off of another breaker dimmed and thatā€™s when I knew something was wrong. We shut off the other breaker turning off lights to half our home and called Haupt. They were able to get us in extremely quickly despite being so busy and fixed it quickly and efficiently. After this we called them again to install a car charger and they once again got us in quickly and did a prime job!

I thought this was ANY HOUR!     We were referred to Haupt Electrical by a neighbor and had a wonderful experience receiving help from Mike Haupt. Their customer service is incredible from start to finish. They are polite, respectful, punctual, and thorough. We bought a house earlier this year and due to cold weather, our AC unit was not able to be tested when we did our home inspection. When temperatures began to spike in June, we turned our AC unit on for the first time and quickly discovered our outside unit was not running. We called our home warranty company and they sent an HVAC contractor who told us there was no power going to our unit because the pullout handle to our disconnect was missing. He was here less than 10 minutes to tell us weā€™d have to call an electrician to fix it or try to find the missing piece and fix it ourselves, he asked for his $60 service fee, and left. We found a comparable pull out disconnect at Loweā€™s for about $6 but were nervous about messing around with the 240Vcircuit ourselves. After mentioning our AC dilemma to a neighbor, she told us we should give Mike Haupt a call. Mike said weā€™d be able to use the switch from the new disconnect in our disconnect and, if we would prefer, he would come to our house to do it for us (after his regular working hours, mind you). When I asked what his service fee was he said it should only take a couple minutes for him to do, so there would be no need to charge us. When he got here to insert the switch handle for us, things were not lining up exactly with our old disconnect and the new switch so he took out the whole old disconnect and installed the brand new one. Once that was done, our AC unit was up and running superbly. When my husband and I asked him what his service fee was so we could pay him for the work that was done, he told us not to worry about it. We didnā€™t feel right about him receiving nothing for not only fixing the problem, but also for coming after hours and doing more work than what was initially planned (while the HVAC guy who was here a matter of minutes and left with the AC still broken took away $60), so my husband gave him what cash he had on hand, and even then, it took multiple offers before Mike would take it! I was so grateful and impressed with his willingness and kindness in helping us out with our situation when we werenā€™t even technically paying customers. We havenā€™t experienced customer service like that with any of the other service contractors weā€™ve had to work with before. We will definitely be using Haupt Electrical for our future electrical needs!

    I had 2 electrical companies come out for quotes. I paid $35 for the other company quote which was almost double the Haupt free quote. So I was a bit leery the work my be 1/2 as good. Well, it was all fantastic. We had outside lights installed, recessed lights put in our vaulted ceilings, a new ceiling fan and remote installed and basement outlets put in. Wow. Lots done and a fantastic price. I usually like to use companies that others I know personally have used- I took a chance this time and I paid off. Ill use them again.

    I want to give a big shout out to Haupt Electrical. They came out to my house in Dec of 2014 to help me with an ice problem in my rain gutters. I would get these huge Ice formations in my gutters and downspouts. Even to the point that it broke off a piece of gutter and downspout.Haupt Electrical came out and gave me an estimate to put heat tape on my roof. I had 2 other contractors also give me a estimate. Haupt was in the middle price wise, but I felt more comfortable with Haupt. The heat tape melted the snow and Ice before it had a chance to collect in the gutters. They even went into my basement and wired separate circuits for the heat tape. The installation was very professional, and they even cleaned up their mess when finished.I would recommend Haupt Electrical to anyone who is looking to do any electrical work in their house. I would rather do everything myself because I trust myself to do a good job, and working with contractors is a hassle. That said, I am so glad I hired haupt.I had several electricians quoting me approx $4500 for the service change/upgrade I needed done, but Mike and the Electricians at Haupt did it for $3100, which also included installing new a sub-panel that the other higher bids were not including.     5 stars are not enough for the service we received! We have been completing repairs after having had a house fire. Jayce was the electrician who did the work. He was professional, skilled, thoughtful, thorough, detail oriented, and left us with the security of feeling safe in our home again. Haupt was great in communicating what to expect, timelines, and costs. They delivered and exceeded all expectations. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend them to any loved one. They are easy to work with and very affordable.
