    Rich showed up earlier than scheduled appointment due to a cancellation, which was nice. Worked efficiently. Identified the problem quickly, went over options, and fixed the problem. Didn’t try upselling. Will use for all my plumbing problems (hopefully not many) and definitely will recommend to anyone asking for a plumber.

    Absolutely amazing service! The tech they sent out on 4/6 H. Bodo was FABULOUS and so very kind to my step son who had an upcoming birthday! Give that man a raise! :) I highly recommend this company!

    The best plumbers in the area . We had a leak from upstairs letting out outside at the ground floor and received three estimates . The other two companies wanted to tear apart our siding and go in from the outside to try to find the area of issue. Craven sent out their owner and he was able to pinpoint the source of the leak almost immediately and fix it with minimal damage to the drywall inside the home, and a very reasonable bill. We have used Craven for multiple jobs since (clogs and sinks and toilet) and they have been fantastic every time. Dee (their appointment scheduler who picks up their phone when you call) is super helpful, and a pleasure to deal with . Highly recommend them!

    I had an issue with a valve in my basement. Another plumber did not get my issue fixed first go around and than cancelled on me at 8pm the night before he was supposed to return saying I got double booked. I called Craven and Dee explained their pricing. Within a couple of hours Ryan came out got my valve fixed. He quoted me a reasonable price upfront and got the job done. He was very professional. I had a great experience with Dee, Ryan and this company. Next time I have a plumbing issue Im calling Craven first.

    I contacted Craven on one day 3pm on their website Contact Form and requested them to come out within 24 hours to clear a drain blockage.They called back at 10:30 am the next morning (19 hrs later, good response time) said someone could come out between 11-2 same day.The $45 fee (plus tax) was disclosed during the phone call and they said that it would be waived if the work was completed the same day.Ryan showed up at 12:30 and was done at 1:30. Turns out there was never a blockage to begin with, and the previous owner had paid $500 before to have the issue rectified (with a different plumbing company), but it was still happening.Ryan explained the way the washer and tub was set up and why the water was backing into the tub. He could have “snaked the drain” to “remove the blockage” and I would have had no idea, and he could have charged me hundreds of dollars (like the previous owner paid), but instead he was honest.Anyway, I happily paid the $45 fee and he didn’t charge for anything else.He recommended course of action if I wanted the issue fixed in the future, and gave recommendations for the smell too.Honesty is the best policy. I will be using Craven Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

    I have always used Craven plumbing for my business in Cherry Hill. They have always been wonderful throughout the years and I am finally redoing my bathroom and needed a plumber. I hired Craven to come and fix a old drain pipe under my sink and replace my drain pipes in my shower. Their office manager Dee called me when they were on their way and came within the alloted time. She was very helpful with setting me up for the initial estimate and the job. The technician Bo got the job done within a reasonable amount of time. He was very thorough, clean, and very nice. The pipes look beautiful and there was absolutly no mess when I got home. I would recommend Craven plumbing to anyone with a personal or professional need for a plumber. I can guarantee you wont be disappointed.

    I called Craven Plumbing for an urgent issue at 8pm. Rich answered the phone right away, reviewed pricing with me upfront (which was very fair), and said he would be out within the next 2 hours. He arrived just 30 minutes later. He was polite, professional, explained everything to us, and had our issue resolved quickly. I will definitely be saving their phone # for any future plumbing needs, and will also recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

    Had a water heater that died suddenly and was flooding the utility room. In these uncertain times I wasnt even sure who was making house calls. I called Craven at 8 a.m. and by 1 p.m. we were back up and running with a new water heater, new pipes and shut off valves and new venting. This is the third time I have used their services and I must say they are a top notch, professional operation from the receptionist to the technicians. Rich was the first one to the house explaining all our options, with no pressure. Ryan did a fantastic installation and also cleaned up after he was done. They are fast, courteous and professional. Job well done.

    Outstanding service start to finish! I’ve foolishly used other plumbers before and after today I can say I will only call Craven! Dee was wonderful over the phone and Ryan was great, on time, and honest. Excellent quality at a fair price. Stop researching and call Craven today!

    I will never use another plumbing service than these guys for as long as I live in South Jersey. These guys are wonderful! We had a minor issue with hot water access to our newly flipped bathroom shower and with a quick How To from a very friendly and on-time plumber, Ryan, the problem was completely resolved within a few minutes. The best part? He was kind enough to not charge us for the simple fix. Excellent customer service, punctual and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough.

    Rich Craven and his employees have gone out of their way to save me money and not perform unneeded services that Im sure other companies would have charged me for and it still wouldnt have fixed my problem. This is a family-owned business that has been professional and kind to me. Theyll be back to complete this job and any future work I may ever need. Theyre also going to be the plumber that I recommend to my friends and neighbors.

    We had a shower that was having very low hot water flow. Brian showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and provided two options to resolve the issue. Quotes for both options were more than fair and the work was completed within the quoted price. The repair was completed quickly and all work areas were left clean and in better condition then when the work was started, including replacement of a shower tile which broke during the repair. Next time we have a plumbing issue, Craven will be the plumber we call.

    Bob was professional and courteous. He helped me install the laundry Pump at my basement. The install was clean and it doesnt leak anymore. I highly recommend him n this company. Crave was the only company that called me back out of others plumbing company. They have 1 yr warranty on their parts and labor.

    Craven Plumbing came to my home today and fixed a serious leak in a short amount of time. They arrived around 8AM and starting digging, and digging, and digging. Ended up digging about 8 foot deep hole in front yard. Fixed the leak and filled it in. It was the cleanest job I have ever seen. Leveled the hole off, raked all dirt around it, cleaned driveway and sidewalk. Never so happy after construction. Craven Plumbing does an AWESOME and VERY CLEAN job. Highly recommend them.

    Rich Craven plumbing is the best in town hands down! Don’t hesitate to call them and also leave a voicemail if no one answers. They are open 24 hours, due to my ignorance, however, I had contracted Roto-Rooter to do a job before reaching out to them. Long story short, Roto Rooter was going to charge me more than half of what the work actually cost. I felt uneasy about the price, so I called Craven plumbing to get an idea of how much the job actually cost. And right off the bat Rich told me to tell Roto Rooter to stop because they were overcharging me a ridiculous amount. The honesty in him showed right though when he said “I don’t care if you don’t hire me for the job, tell them to stop”, that’s when I knew I had to hire them instead. Rich is very honest and in my opinion that gets him 5 stars, wish I could give them 10 but I can’t . His prices are great so don’t look any further and call them. It can’t get any better than Craven Plumbing

    Honest, professional plumbers. I was convinced that I had a broken soil pipe. I was wrong and just wasnt covering all the drain openings when i was plunging. They showed me how to do it correctly and gave me the choice of clearing it myself or letting them do it for a fee. I let them do it since i was so happy on how that professional they were.

    Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends when they need a new plumber! They were super easy to schedule with, very communicative, on time, prompt and were flexible to work around the fact that our road was being repaved. They were in and out super quickly and worked very efficiently! Highly recommend!! And we will definitely be using them again in the future.

    First class top to bottom! It can be intimidating having to reach out for plumbing services for an issue that you can’t work out at home because you hear so many horror stories about people being taken advantage of. This is not one of those businesses and you should hire them without a second thought. Dee was the initial point of contact on the phone and she set up our appointment. She was very pleasant and accommodating to our timely needs. Her communication level throughout the day in regard to appointment time was so considerate and appreciated. Ryan, the plumber who fixed our issue, was so friendly and professional. Explained everything as he did the work and was upfront about expectations and potential options. Fair prices as well which is half the battle when doing business of this sort. Overall 5 stars and this will be my first call should I ever have any plumbing issues in the future.

    Had two outside faucets replaced along with two ball shut off valves.The woman who answered my call was very friendly and helpful.The work - looks of good quality (I will update should a future problem arise).The price - higher than expected (based on ratings) but Id say average - no complaint.Dislike - The price of the part and installion is together on the invoice, so you dont really know what the part or labor cost is. I prefer invoices where parts are listed separately and there is a straight hourly rate for labor which makes it easier to see what you are actually paying for.
