He fixed a problem with my toliet that many others couldn’t and his prices are very reasonable.     We were very impressed by Spearhead Sewer and Drain. Jacob was professional, prompt, and considerate. He responded to our texts immediately and was able to schedule our service within a short time. Lines of communication were kept open so we knew when to expect him. He was friendly and quick in completing the job, and then went above and beyond, doing other plumbing work we needed. To top it off, the cost was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be calling Jacob again for our plumbing needs.

    Jacob was a real hero. I found myself in a terrible situation with my plumbing and was unable to use my home for a few days because the sewer line was so backed up. After consulting other companies who were either fully booked or did not instill much confidence in me on their abilities to clear said blockage I reached out to Jacob, and he was immediately willing to take a look early the next forming (I called after hours) and felt confident he could get the job done and in a timely manner.He was early, a master in his craft, very thorough in explaining things, was very affordable and indeed was able to open my homes drain after dealing with one of the worst ball roots systems he has ever seen.Thank you so much, Jacob I will definitely recommend your services to anyone in the metro in the future.

    Jacob was first rate!!My main drain backed up into the basement on a Saturday afternoon. Very nasty. I called friends looking for suggestions of who to call and got several numbers. Jacob was the first one to respond, even though he was up north ice fishing. With some discussion we determined I could limp along until Monday morning which would save me the emergency rates.Jacob showed up on time Monday and went right to work with cable and camera. It was a large tough blockage almost 70 feet in, and he brought in another drain guy, David, to help the job along.When they finished Jacob was very diligent about cleaning everything up and followed up with a video of the cleaned out drains. Jacob was polite, answered all of our questions and concerns patiently and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. I would hire him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

    Jacob came to my house on a Friday night of a long holiday weekend to clean my main drain.     Strongly recommend spearhead plumbing. Jacob was incredibly fast, respectful, and honest. He went above and beyond. I had another plumbing issue unrelated to the issue I called spearhead plumbing for and Jacob took time to look at it, give me advice all for free. Again, couldn’t endorse spearhead plumbing more.

He took the time to clean up the back flow after clearing the drain. He added measures to help prevent future issues. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient.

    Jacob saved the day! He made room in his schedule to help me out the Friday before Memorial Day weekend after my sink totally backed up. He worked for 2 hours to on the clog and finally had to hack open an iron pipe in the basement to totally clear the it! He didn’t just “fix” my backed up sink- he worked to resolve the bigger problem. Cannot recommend him enough!

    Jacob was fantastic. We own family run 39 room Inn in Hayward, WI and one of our main lines became clogged on a fully sold out weekend. We called everyone who serviced our area. Jacob was the only one who answered and did not hesitate to come out. It was a long drive round trip but he successfully unclogged the main line and saved us from potentially cancelling 16 rooms!

    When we had a sewer crises that was left unresolved from another plumber, we got Jake as a recommendation. Thank god we did. Jake was so helpful and get our problem resolved.     Jacob was great!! Obviously when you have sewer backing up in your basement, you want to know that the problem will be resolved completely and in a timely manner. Jacob was incredibly responsive and communicative when setting up the same day appointment, keeping me updated when he was on the way. Once he was at the house, he was able to clear the drain quickly. He was great about walking me through the video that he took after cleaning to point out areas that were potentially troublesome. He offered a couple different options for how to prevent the issue from happening again, both short term and long term. His prices were also far more reasonable than previous big-name competitors. I own multiple rental properties and will definitely be using and recommending Spearhead Sewer and Drain to everyone!

    Jake was great to work with. I called on Friday night and he came out Saturday. I had 2 toilets not working and a shower that was backed up. He was able to clear our main pipe to fix 1toilet and unclogged the other. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right! Highly recommended and it didnt break the bank!

    We had multiple companies out to solve a sewer line with roots growing into it causing backup. All companies failed and were advised to dig up our front yard and replace it for thousands of dollars. Jake from spearhead sewer and drain came out promptly and unclogged the line.     Wow—had such a great experience with this company! He responded quickly, and came out to fix our backed up drain the day before Christmas, on a weekend, last minute—and fixed our whole basement drain/was disintegrating and falling to bits/ situation.     First time user yesterday and the experience was amazing as a backed up main drain can be ! Hero and others had come out three times in the last year for the same issue. They charged for a fix, which lasted one week once and three months the other two Times. This time Jake was very responsive within a couple hours, brought camera to make sure job was done right included in the cost, and cleaned up the mess the back up left the best he could. Others had left me with everything ! He even showed me the line, where the issue is, how to maintain or repair it . This company needs to be in everyone’s phone . Thanks Jake !

    We woke up on a sunday with our main sewage line backed up. We knew that we should not use any more water untill this was fixed or we would find it in our basement.     I was having issues with sinking foundation and wanted my drains scoped to verify there wasnt a leak. I called quite a few companies but they all did only main line inspection.     I called Spearheard yesterday afternoon with 2 clogged toilets. Jake was able to help me the same day. He found serious clogs of impacted toilet paper, etc. Jake worked diligently to insure the clogs were completely resolved. He used his camera and thoroughly explained what needed to be done.     Two companies were booked for the day when I called one morning about standing water in the basement. Marvel referred me to Jacob at Spearhead and he was able to make it out by 3pm. He cleared the line with his camera-assisted tool, put plugs in two of the floor drains (that should have already been there), and put an upgraded cap on the main line. One of the floor drains had a bunch of sand in it and he cleared that out too. He referred me to a restoration company who was able to come out just a few hours later. His prompt communication and diligent work was appreciated - Thanks Jacob!
